How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

Pauper and Artisan formats
Hello.
Would it be possible to have more pauper and artisan formats?
Like with each new set rolling in, a pauper or artisan event would be available for that set (or for couple latest sets).Not to mention I would really appreciate seeing those for all time, even as non-ranked plays.

Unable to take game action
Opponent passed turn, I was unable to take any game actions or cast spells. Turn tracker in bottom right was missing, my timer started ticking down. Restarted the app but by the time I got back in it had skipped my turn, lost game because of it

Midweek magic
Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

NEW FROG SHOP IS TRASH, MAKE EVENTS FREE, THIS IS NOT MTGO THANKS.
New frog shop is trash, just make events free, i have to pay to partecipate in an event, it doesn't make sense to lock an event behind a paywall, it's rather frustrating, and predatory in it's execution.

Cube Draft TriLand cant use
If you try to use Tri-Land card (Ex:Raffine's Tower) in a cube draft, it will look like this image and you won't be able to use it.

Win being recorded as win and loss
I entered a match today with 2 losses and 0 wins. At the end of the match, which I won, it showed me with 1 win and three losses (it tallied both), and I was only able to claim my prizes. I was very surprised that I was unable to play again after a victory.

Traditional Draft Resign
After losing one match in Traditional Best of Three Bloomburrow Draft, I was no longer able to play in the event I drafted for, despite that being only my second match of the three I should have had. I would like to be reimbursed if possible.

Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game
I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…7 votes -
Bug: Repulsive Mutation
I cast Repulsive Mutation, X=1, with an opponent's Topiary Panther on the stack. I had a 3 power creature, and they had 2 mana open. I clicked my creature, clicked the Panther on the stack... and nothing. My opponent paid no mana, there was no red "wub wub wub" notification said the spell couldn't be countered, it simply resolved.
My best guess is what happened is that the client failed to register me clicking on the Topiary Panther and simply... did not warn me, which caused me very directly to lose the game. This shouldn't happen, for multiple reasons.

loss in premium draft
I had a phantom loss in this premium draft on 1/3/2024. I just won a game and returned to the results screen with a 3rd loss and the highlighted claim button.

draft does not track wins or losses
In Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts, I keep playing games and they do not get recorded. After every game, victory or defeat, it keeps showing that I'm 0-1. It's cool to get free games, I guess, but my deck is sweet and I would have gotten to 7 wins, but no reward.

Color Challenge & Duel Deck Challenge
Color Challenge and Starter Deck Duel Events not showing as complete, even though I have won with all of the duel decks and defeated all of the color challenges. I have tried logging out and logging back in, but it does not work. Please fix this

Starter Deck Dual and Formats- Bug
I have completed all the deck challenges in the MTG ARENA Starter Deck Duel, but after the recent update this tutorial is stuck in the "resume" status on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, because the whole challenge is completed (already have all 10 decks), and therefore this flag will not clear.
In addition, I am not being able to access the others events and/or formats to play, like historic, draft, etc.

Can't exit tutorial, even after restart.
I've entered the tutorial and there is no way to get back to the regular game mode unless I complete the tutorial (which I don't want to do). Exiting and re-entering the game doesn't help.

alchemy historic changes
This change for historic is outrageous. Why should the historic card pool be nerfed for this fancy new separate standard mode?
This change is just plain stupid and kills mtga for me.
No new changes to the client for years, no introduction of existing table top modes. The client crashes at random times since 2 or 3 patches ago.It would be far better to clean up your mess before expanding onto it and dragging the only worthwhile thing for me down with it.
I' am currently considering dropping mtga all together when alchemy goes live

Game freeze during quick draft
The game freeze during quick draft and I can't concede. I had to quite mtga. This make me lost the game and the draft

Omniscience draft ridiculous
It's common that opponent draw the whole deck in 3 turns, or is plenty of drawing tools in the deck. This event is rigged!!

quick draft disappeared/changed while still playing. Lost what i won, can't even access draft screen to claim prize.
