How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Inkmoth Nexus not dealing damage.

    Inkmoth nexus isn't dealing damage. Observed over three separate matches in Brawl games 4/18/2026 thru 4/19/2026. Inkmoth had stats 1/1 and dealt 0 damage, although infect properly triggered (opponent life total did not drop by the expected 1 life value despite successful attacks).

  2. Tokens not generating

    Max Tokens reached, no new tokens being generated.

    Was playing a Simulacrum Synthesizer deck against a discard deck with no wincon. Opponent cleared my deck of useful cards, but left some wincons for me. However, after repeatedly copying Worldwalker Helm and generating map tokens, the game seemed to max out the number of tokens at around 230 tokens.

    This is probably to prevent the game from crashing.

    However, multiple times when I got my wincon and had opportunities to create artifact creature tokens or copies of Perilous Snare, etc. the tokens would not generate. Frustrating because I actually would have…

  3. Match ended sundely and gave a loose

    I was playing a match and it sudendly ended and I got a loose.. I was winning that match, that happened in a draft

  4. Cheating

    As soon as player began losing, the game started to lag and I couldn't respond to anything. Then on my next turn, I drew a face down card and the game locked up with a triggered ability on the stack from the last turn. Turn timers were not counting down.

    when I cast this card in combat, the game immediately crashes. when I reload, it crashes again immediately once the game loads. once the game has gone past the combat step, I am able to load the game.

    it happened THREE TIMES costing my games in my league. I would like compensation please

    スクロールが発生する程度のテキストを持つカードをドラッグアンドドロップでプレイできない。
    スクロールが発生するカードをプレイしようとしてもテキスト欄をドラッグするのみでプレイできないため早急に直していただきたいです。
    一度アプリを終了させるとしばらくは正常にプレイできますが、しばらくするとすぐにプレイできなくなります。

  8. Raphael tough turtle ability activation

    Combo
    Raphael, tough turtle + krenko, mob boss + dawn-blessed pendant

    If you have too many life gain activations from “Dawn-Blessed pendant” then Raphael won’t trigger at all from the token activation of krenko

  9. incorrect interaction: HULK SMASH! + Red Guardian, Super-Soldier

    Platform: PC
    Game Mode: Draft

    I cast HULK SMASH!, choosing the mode where Captain Mar-Vell, Space-Born (4/4) dealt damage equal to its power to my opponent's Wakandan Drone Flock (3/3). The Drone Flock died as expected.

    Later during the same turn, my opponent cast Red Guardian, Super-Soldier. Its triggered ability should have been able to target Captain Mar-Vell because she had dealt damage earlier that turn. However, Arena did not allow Captain Mar-Vell to be selected as a target.

    Expected result: Captain Mar-Vell should have been a legal target for Red Guardian's triggered ability.
    Actual result: Captain Mar-Vell could not…

  11. Overcharged Amalgam

    I was playing Historic Ranked and my opponent would flash this card in as a counter when I cast a spell and it would counter anything I put out including cascade but no one on that card does it counter or was nothing he had on the board synergized to where it would counter anything I cast. Please fix this asap, thank you so much.

  12. Missing cards

    Every time I receive a card via spending orbs or from completing an achievement it is missing from my library - if I get cards from opening packs or crafting them then this is fine and they appear in my library, its only when spending orbs or acheivement completion that the cards are missing.

  13. Select All

    A suggestion is to add a way to select all.

    I play World Tree a lot. It gives me to option to select which gods. But every time I have to select each god one at a time. . It would be nice if it defaulted to all. This would speed up game play.

  14. Are you guys crazy?

    Don't you realize there are cards completely ruining the game experience?

    Take "Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle," for example: 70% of decks in the top leagues are built around this specific card. If you don't have the brains to see something like that, I'm sorry, but you don't know how to manage a game! You just need to use the statistics to your advantage and ban certain types of cards. And who is the person who creates a card of this caliber—where you just play mana, destroy everything in four turns, and win the game?

  15. Ninja of the Hand Power-up activatable with insufficient mana

  16. BUG! - Incredible Hulk Extra Combats and Attack

    Multiple games now the Incredible Hulk is not dealing damage when it is supposed to and it’s not getting extra combats from damage dealt while in combat. Blocked, unblocked with no interaction, it doesn’t matter. It mostly happens on the first attack but I have seen it happen in later turns too. It’s a huge disadvantage for the card to not work correctly. Fix it

  17. Card UI Badly Done - Photon Barrage Blast

    Attempting to cast Photon Blast Barrage for any large amount of mana with lots of targets is an abysmal experience. Not only does it take forever to actually cast it and try and figure out what copies of the spell go where, it also doesn't let you figure out what you've already done, because it doesn't actually target until it resolves, so you don't know what you're casting it on.

    If you have an opposing board where there's a bunch of 3/2s, 2/1s and so on, it's extremely easy to “miss” what you've targeted because the MTGA UI for spells…

  18. Turn 3 Progenitus shouldn't be possible in Standard

    Just had a game - in standard - where my opponent: Cast "Manifest Dread" into "Personify" into "Progenitus" this is just plain ridiculous.

    How are we supposed to enjoy the new meta if the board is just going to be 10/10's with protection from everything by turn three... this sort of defeats the purpose of playing MTG... I miss the days where you could play more than 10 rounds and it was still anyone's game...

  20. Bug on Chapter 2 of The Clone Saga Enchantment

    Even though the effect of Chapter 2 on the Saga says that the token copy isn't legendary the game still makes you sacrifice one of the creatures to the legendary rule.
