How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Daily Deal Pack
Went to buy the pack for 900 gold and the warning for the upcoming rotation popped up. Past that and purchased the pack and lagged for several seconds until a "Store Error" message popped up. Went to Main screen then Packs, nothing there. Back to Daily Deals and the pack shows Purchased.

Change country in account
Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.

Daily Deals tried to sell me a cosmetic I already own
This needs to be addressed ASAP as it probably constitutes fraud. Today a cosmetic for "Murder" showed up in the store. Its a common card, so I looked up which cosmetics I already had. In my collection, it shows that I have 8 different versions of this INCLUDING the one it listed as on sale in the store. Usually the store will display "already purchased" but now WOTC is trying to sell me the same thing twice. Thank goodness I didn't fall for the scam.

Can't buy gems on MacOS
If I try to purchase gems, I get an infinite "Waiting for server" spinning wheel.

Crash always
Over 20 times in the last 5 days i have tried accessing the store and I was kicked out of the game instantly every time.
I can still access pack page by goong via packs->get packs.
When entering that way I can then access the following pages: gems, daily deals, bundles and decks. Only featured and cosmetics pages crash the game.
Also noticed that when trying to change companion when in a deck it does the same...
I did not have this problem before and my device is up to date and good enough to handle the game. Please help...

Got a Tarkir: Dragonstorm Pack throught Mastery Pass. It said I got a mythic wild card, but wasn't awarded one.
I was awarded two Tarkir: Dragonstorm packs through the Mastery pass. On one pack, it said I got a Mythic Wildcard. However, I wasn't awarded one. I checked the symbols that denote wild cards, and all I had were Rare, uncommon and common, no Mythic. I could really use that wild card. Is there any way to fix this?

Did not receive Mythic wildcard when opening pack
I opened two packs from Tarkir: Dragonstorm, which were a reward through the Mastery Pass. The second pack I had displayed a Mythic wild card, but my symbol for wildcards only showed gold, and it showed 0 mythic wild cards. I could really use that wildcard. Is there any way to fix this?

Android game crashes repeatedly when entering ranked match, until match is forfeit the game crashes on load making it unable to play
Title. Most likely due to MTX as the store also crashes.

No payment methods available
I live in Spain and keep getting an Xsolla message telling me there are no payment methods available in my region.
I contacted Xsolla, and they have not provided any solutions or useful information.2 votes -
Magic the Gathering Foundation packs do not include all cards
Many of the cards in the Magic the Gathering Foundation set are unavailable through store-purchased packs. This is absurd and requires substantial wildcard consumption to address.
You need to fix this and provide adequate recompense to make us whole.

I bought both preorder packs, but I only received the items in the 50 pack pre-order.

Store bugs dragon full Art lands
Tarkir Dragon Full Art lands abruptly disappeared from the store the issue was never fixed and the lands never placed back in the store!?!

Aetherdrift Mythic Pack Wasn't a mythic
Had bought a mythic pack with gems and not only did I not gain progress towards a Gold Pack but it wasn't even a mythic I got a rare.

opened a mythic foundations pack and received a rare wildcard. If I wanted rare I wouldnt have spent the extra gems.

Can't purchase anything in shop
I'm unable to purchase anything, evrytime I click on something it just redirects to the shop homepage, I wanted to buy the welcome bundle, but I can't
