How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Ban Scute Swarm.

    Not only is this an extremely overpowered game-breaking card that takes all the fun out of matches, it causes the game to crash and timers to run out because of its exponential replication. There are plenty of bugs and token generators already that are fair and balanced. BAN THIS.

  2. Tired of botters.

    You need to prove you are actually there before the game starts. Right now you can create a bot to start games automatically and do nothing hoping people concede before the game starts. It takes just over 3 minutes to collect my win when my opponent does this. It takes on average less than 2.5 million to reduced my opponent's life to 0 if they don't play slowly.

  3. Why does the selection for keeping cards work differently than sacrificing them yourself?

    In most instances where you are asked to sacrifice, or remove cards based on effects you select the cards you wish to sacrifice or remove.

    In the case where an opponent triggers an effect that would have you sacrifice cards it asks you to select the cards you wish to keep, but given how rare this is compared to the other option, it is unintuitive.

    Could you standardize this to just ask for the cards to remove, and not suddenly switch to cards to keep?

  4. Have the game work?

    So the lovely waiting for server bug that sometimes rears it's head when you boot up this **** of a piece of software, is now just popping in in the middle of my games! Feel ******* awesome in ranked when you have to alt-f4 and hope to **** that you can get in before your timer expires. Spoiler alert, you can't.

    WOTC only makes some ******* 40% ebit or whatever the *, you can afford to put more than a * intern on maintaining your software.

  5. lare of fortitude X disa the restless not working correctly.

    disa the restless X flare of fortitude

    After using flare of fortitude, the creature disa the restless, created a token even without having caused damage to the player.

    opponent attacked with the creature disa the restless attacked, I used flare of fortitude, disa the restless did no damage to the opponent but still created a creature token.

  6. Fire mark rosewater.

    Completely ruined magic the gathering with this dumpster fire game.
    Developers are absolute trash.

    Sold all my cards and will never give wizards of the coast another penny

  7. iPhone 12: IOS 17.3.1 keep crashing the game Need reinstall to solve the issue (3 times in few days)

    After Karlov update my IPhone 12 keep crashing. The app shut down for no reason and I try to reboot but keep shutting down after that. Everytime something like that happens I need to uninstall and reinstall the game. I already experience this like 3 times in a roll in the last few days. I can’t play events or compete in ranked ladder. Please fix the issue. I can’t provide info cause the app crash before I can’t take a SS

  8. Search filters

    Card search needs vast improvements! (on Arena Android if that matters)

    With the addition of MH3, which has a substantial number of cards that interact with energy counters.
    If I'm wanting to search the Historic card pool for cards to build an energy-focused deck, how am I able to do that? Slowly side scroll through the entire Historic card pool?
    Searching "energy" pulls up 3 cards with the word energy in its text.

    This highlights a huge issue with trying to deck build on Arena. You are not able to search with nearly enough specificity.

  9. Hoarding Broodlord not working with MH2 evoke elementals

    As the name implies, searched for Solitude with Hoarding Broodlord, passed to my opponent turn and than was not given the option of casting it by pitching a white card.

  11. ***** against humanity

    ***** Against Humanity and Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds. Duplicating the ***** token does not work. When I tap a creature to duplicate the token, the duplicate dies immediately. Easily repeatable, happens every time I do it.

  12. Bug: Ripples of Undeath refunding life even when keeping a card 

    1.  Opponent in a sealed match cast Ripples of Undeath early, and would receive their 3 life back both when backing out and undoing their 1 mana payment, and also (erroneously) when keeping one of the three milled cards.

    2.   PC

    3.   Still won, to be honest, due to opponent's misplay and decking themself, but they ended the game at 17 life despite taking approx 25 damage throughout the match.

    4.   The card is very powerful as-is. With this bug? Game-breaking.

    5.  Log attached.

    6.   Opponent misplaying (potentially distracted by the bug, lol.) was a decent workaround!

  13. ghired not functioning as intended

    so Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds is not functioning as intended as when im in a match and i want to go use ghired's ability on a creature i just played, the ability REFUSES to activate even though the requirements are met

  14. OTJ Mastery Pass contains only 29 Mastery Orbs...

    In looking at the OTJ Mastery Pass, there seems to be only 29 Mastery Orbs instead of the usual 30 when you complete the Pass...is this a bug?

  15. resolution android mobile

    Please 🙏 just add a resolution settings on Android phone 📱 like anyone else has done (see YGO master duels and other games on mobile). at 640p at low resolution without anti-aliasing keeps the app smooth and playable instead of what the app is right now.

  16. Algorithm Improvement

    I'm sure you're getting a lot of complaints about how one-sided your algorithm is not being impartial and often times screwing over players with land draws that should not be happening in a purely random sample - so my complaint can be added to that pile.

    But, an idea for changing the algorithm to improve randomization would be having the program assign a number to each card remaining in a deck and pile shuffling the cards into X amount of piles (let's say 6). It can repeat this process Y amount of times then take the middle of the pile…

  18. Wizzard what are you doing?

    This is a suggestion for a product, i.e. your own company. The advice is not to put a customer service if then all the answers are generated with a copy and paste, could it be that your employees are scamming you and not doing their job? Could it be that you scam your customers? The fact is that my complaints have not even been read but answered automatically by a bot that each time generates an identical answer by pasting a name underneath.
    Here is the proof that apparently all the people in wizzard write in the exact same way…

  19. Ban Writhing Chrysalis in Draft

    I am just a new player in mtg, but as my brother said, there was never a common card or an uncommon card that reached such a high win rate in hand. It has destoried many games against RG or RGU Eldrazi decks. Althrough my brother said it was necessary to keep the mtga draft consistent with offline draft:-(

  20. Lord of the Rings

    I was wanting to suggest adding in the commander variants of Lord of the Rings commander cards to arena set code LTC as an abridged version of the cards, or something similar. Cards like Sauron, Lord of the Rings, or Gandalf of Secret fire would be awesome to see in the game.
