How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

BO1 サイドボード
パイオニアBO3ランク戦にて、サイドボーディングのバグ。
・BO3なのにBO1用のサイドボードしかでない
・というか、BO1用ですらない。7〜9枚くらい表示される
・ただしく入れ替えられてるのかも謎
・画面上部のUIが決まってバグる
・デッキの半分くらいのカードがマルチカラー表示になるわけがわからないし、本当に困ります。
ここに投稿したら直るのかも謎。
書いておけばそのうち直すよってことですか？？対応から何から何まで意味不明。

Walk-in Closet bugged, 7/23/25
When playing Walk-in Closet, the game crashes. It cannot be played as either side of the card.

Mastery Reward
Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.
I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.
And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

Buying packs from store not available
After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

Impossible to join arena for iOS
Always CRASH when I try to log in!
After the new update is impossible open mtg Arena for me!

Please take action on the roping plague
Roping is killing Arena. Please do something to stamp out this inconsiderate, sore-loser behaviour.
Various potential roping solutions have been offered on this forum before, so I won’t repeat those here, but suffice to stay that there’s a groundswell of angst brewing in the community for WoTC’s lack of action on this issue.
Reporting players for misconduct also seem to have now effect, as I’ve reported over 400 and keep coming up against the same roping oppoentns.

Imprisoned in the Moon on Kaito
Imprisoned in the Moon played on Kaito, Bane of Nightmares appeared to remove Kaito's abilities, but on the next turn Kaito turned back into a creature.

Personal Ban List in Play Queue
In the Play Queue, allow the player to choose cards or colors to "ban" for their games. For example, if I don't want to match against Monstrous Rage and Manifold Mouse, I can select those cards for my personal "ban list" and I won't play against them. I think of this like kitchen table Magic where you set your own house rules with your friends. Queue times may be longer but I would trade a longer wait time for a more enjoyable experience.
Of course leave the Ranked Queue for competitive play as is.

Cannot cast extra turn spell
Occasionally i cannoy cast Karn’s Temporal Sundering. I have the mana for it and as far as i can tell nothing on the enemy board is stopping me. Has happened in multiple games but not every game. Weird.

GreError
Any interaction that involves even a modest number of tokens crashes the game. Had issues with Myrel, had issues with echoes of eternity, all sorts of cards. Had to not play ranked because most of my matches end in GreErrors. Worst part is, the game CAN do the interaction. I watch it resolve on the screen while staring at the draw logo most of the time. Making numerous decks and combos unusable.

Dollmaker's shop does not trigger sometimes
When playing Dollmaker's shop sometimes it does not trigger when I attack with a creature.
When Dollmaker's shop is on the battlefield whenever you attack with a non-Toy creature a 1/1 Toy creature is supposed to be created.
Sometimes this does not happen and sometimes it does which can be very frustrating during gameplay. I am experiencing this issue when playing on my Windows Laptop.10 votes -
Banning Hare Apparent or token abusers
Ban Hare Apparent or cards that do crazy things with tokens. Baylen the Haymaker and other such cards just allow one player to basically play solitaire while the other player is forced to sit unless they want to concede the match.

Inability to Scroll Through or Access Full Library When Drawing Cards
When activating the -7 ability of Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student or casting the sorcery Enter the Infinite, I am unable to scroll through or access the full set of cards drawn from my library. Specifically:
After activating Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student's -7 ability, which allows me to draw half of my remaining library, the game interface only displays approximately 20 cards at a time. I am unable to scroll through the remaining cards, and cards located at the rear of the drawn set are inaccessible.

Standard event unearned losses
Same bug as others below, when playing a standard event, the server added additional losses to my total, even after wins. This happened on an event every yesterday as well as today. I was therefore cheated out of being able to compete for reasonable prizes for my entry fee.

Skipping Second Main Phase
Routinely for the last few days I've noticed my second main phase getting skipped. It goes right from combat damage to opponents turn. No cards indicating skipping second phase in play. Plenty of untapped mana to use and cards to play. Skip button not pressed. But it just skips to opponents turn right after combat.

Full Screen Issue
When changing the screen setting to full screen after completing any game mode the screen will come out of full screen mode and has to be selected again.

necromastery
Necromastery achievement is bugged and can't be gotten by any means. i've tried every card that brings a creature back to the field with every mana 8 card i have none work this is really irritating.
