How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cant side board
After my phone updated earlier 5/19/26 I cannot side board. After a game one the side board screen came up and I am able to take cards out of the side board and add to the deck but cannot take cards out of the deck at all. I exited arena and restarted my android phone. Problem still persists

Freez midgame
The game freezes visually while I can still click on the menu and the music plays too. But I can't play cards anymore

unable to remove cards from deck to sideboard in Bo3 only able to add from sideboard to deck
I played multiple Bo3 matches after the update. in all of them when I added cards from my sideboard to my deck they added. But I could not move cards from my deck back to the sideboard. I tried rebooting the app. I tried changing my deck view (that actually resulted in a weird thing where I couldn't see anything). I tried changing my screen orientation. I tried bashing my fingers against the screen to see if I could hit any area that selected a card in my deck. No response. It was like the game did not see my…

Sideboard does not work correctly
I can not add cards from my sideboard after game one; or, alternatively, sometimes I can add 2-3 cards from the sideboard, and THEN i can not make any further changes to Main Deck. This has started happening after last set came out.

Rank reset to spark tier 0
I just finished up a quick draft in foundations and suddenly my rank reset to spark tier 0. After the victory it showed my rank just below mythic #500 and then when I got back to the draft screen to claim rewards rank was missing. Then checking my profile it showed this spark tier 0 rank. Hopefully there is a way to fix this and show my actual current rank?

Season reset bug
I have logged in twice today. In the first one, I got the season rewards correctly, and when I logged for the second time, I got de-ranked again. From platinum, to silver, then to bronze, even after ranking to gold 2 on the first logging.

Season Reset Bug
I got my season reward and re-rank yesterday. Then today. I got another reward and re-rank. So I ended up going from Mythic all the way down to Silver Tier 1.

season rank
I logged in yesterday after 1400 hours CDT, and my new rank for the start of the season was Gold 4. I played last night, and I was making progress in Gold rankings. However, I logged in this morning, and I played a couple of games, with me being at Gold 2. I just logged in again now (1745 hours CDT), and I got a second season reward with blank packs, followed by a de-ranking all the way down to Silver 4. What happened?

End of Season "Reward" Twice. Result in De-rank
I logged in yesterday and saw my season reward package. My new rank for the start of the season was Silver 4. I played last night until gold. Today, I logged in and played until Gold 2 over lunch. At the end of the day, I logged in to play again and got a second season reward with blank packs and got de-ranked again to silver.
Can I go back to Gold 2 please?

Outdated client version
I get the outdated client version, but there are no updates available.

Android gameplay- bug "freeze"
Games keep randomly freeze and not let me interact or respond to any moves. Can still view top card of grave and exile zones, as well as any card ont the field giving a card chain isn't frozen on screen over said cards. Has happened 10 times and only started after this last update. Clearing cache on the app seems to help for about 3 to 5 games before repeating about every other game. Usually happens after turn 3 but could be turn 7 before it happens. Will update with more info if i can't troubleshoot.

NETWORK ERROR unable to join event
Whenever I try to play a game it gives me an error saying network error unable to join event. I can't even play the game. Internet says there's nothing wrong. I've repaired game files like I do every single day now. It's just some other garbage that's wrong with the game

Didn’t receive pre order packs
I preordered the pack bundle for secrets of strix and didn’t receive the packs once the set released

Daily wins not being awarded, rank not updating or moving at all.
My rank is not changing, win or lose and daily wins are not counting towards any progression.

Can’t sideboard
Sideboard is not working on apple phones. Have lost many games and ranking by trying to sideboard and it will allow me to add cards but can’t remove any whether they were In main deck or sideboard.

Rank Bug
It's June 1st so the start of a new ranked season. My limited rank was reset from diamond 4 to gold 3 as normal, I got my rewards, started playing. After a few games I got a win that should have taken me from gold 2 4/5 pips to gold 1 1/5 pips. Instead, I lost a pip and went to gold 2 3/5 pips while looking at a victory screen. Unable to sideboard out
After every bo3 match, when it comes to sideboard, i can add as many cards as i want, but I can't take out any card.
