How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Arena iOS disconnect, after reconnect all my lands showed they were tapped.

    During a ranked game in Arena on iOS, I might have lost WiFi connectivity. Once I reconnected - I had missed my opponents turn - during my turn it appeared all my lands were tapped. They were not actually it was more of a visual bug. I didn’t act in a way that I would have had I understood my lands were not actually tapped. Game losing turn.

  2. Marvel Mastery awards - Very Disappointed in sleeve choices

    As a long time member of MTGA and someone who was looking forward to the Marvel Superheroes drop, I have to say the choices of sleeves in the Mastery Awards are an EXTREME disappointment. I know it's just a matter of preference and some will be happy with the choices, but I'd be willing to bet that most of your customers would agree with me.
    Otherwise, I'd have to say this is one of the best sets ever!

  4. several times it has come up with a graphic saying i have wone 250 gold. Each time i only got 50.

    tried to submit a bug report but the page auto loaded this instead. Fixing the page to just let us enter our bug report would be a start.
    Also I just won 250 gold twice and only have 150 gold. Each one only rewarded 50.
    Also a way to put players that take forever to make a decision every time onto an ignore list would be great. Some people are just ridiculous with it either deliberately or because they are distracted. Either way, no one wants to play against someone that takes a long time for each choice they make…

  5. Bought the Daily Deal Lands but only two of them are working

    I bought all five of them, Plains, Island, Swamp, Forest and Mountain., only Plains and Island are showing the new cosmetic, the other three just shows me random normal bordered basic lands as "new".

  6. Bug Report – Desert cannot target my own attacking creature in Nadu deck

    Hi,

    I found a bug when playing my Nadu deck.

    When I attack with one of my creatures, I am unable to target my own attacking creature with Desert, even though I should be able to choose it as a target.

    As a result, the interaction does not work as expected and prevents me from triggering Nadu's ability correctly.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?

  7. BUG - Super-Skrull not getting haste from corpses of the lost

    Super-Skrull is a shapeshifter (and thus is also a skeleton) but it's not getting haste nor the +1 /+0 from Corpses of the Lost.

  8. Skrelv Hexproof from Color does not fizzle Aura Enchantment on the stack

    Skrelv Hexproof from Color does not fizzle Aura Enchantment on the stack.

    I had a Skrelv, Defector Mite on the board as my opponent cast a blue aura enchantment, targeting a Mother of Runes.
    I activated the activated ability of Skrelv, Defector Mite targeting my Mother of Runes, choosing to give it Hexproof from Blue, which should have made the blue aura enchantment fizzle as it went to resolve.

    Possible bug?

  9. REPETITIVE OPPONENTS

    How many times a day are you going to make me play RENHOUJI??????????
    IT LITERALLY FEELS LIKE I DON'T PLAY AGAINST THE REAL F****** PERSON AT ALL. JUST BOTS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. WHAT THE F***!?!

  10. Jackal, Genius Geneticist and Doubling Season interaction

    When doubling season is on the battlefield and Jackals ability triggers, doubling season doesn't double the amount of tokens that is generated by jackals ability. It effects both legendary and none-legendary creatures.

  11. Prevent combat dammage not working

    In my last match, i went all in with all my creatures, opponents launch a fog (the one with cycle), I still dealt dammage.
    Am I missing something or did the spell missfunction

  12. Ban combinations of cards that ddamage when healing and heal when causing damage

    After going through a battle where I lost (and got ******) because an opponent used two cards that caused an infinite loop, I believe that such combinations should be banned. The cards in question were Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Starscape Cleric, played on two separate turns, plus a damage card to start the process. I ended up sitting there watching as my life points disappeared into the void, unable to do anything as the loss happened, despite having a significant life lead beforehand.

  13. Missing Marvel Super Heroes Cards I already Collected

    I have played Marvel Super Heroes Jump In many times. Sadly, the cards don't appear when I am on the Deckbuilding page. I found a pretty lame workaround for finding the missing cards:

    1. Enter Marvel Super Heroes Jump In
    2. Pick your 2 packets
    3. Hit the "Add To Decks" button
    4. Go to the Decks tab
    5. Load the saved Deck from the MSH Jump In you just added to decks
    6. Now you can go into the Search bar and type the name of a card you were missing from your collection and it will show up…

  15. BUG - ghostly prison didn't require opponent to tap mana 

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

      Have ghostly prison in play
      Opponent attacks with two creatures

    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

      Steam

    3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

      Ghostly Prison should have required 4 mana for 2 creatures to attack

    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature

      Creatures attacked without requiring mana while Ghostly Prison was in play

    5.   Add any relevant screenshots/videos

      Screenshot added showing Ghostly Prison on the board and in opponents second main phase. 4 mana sources should be tapped and they are all untapped.

  17. Incorrect rules interactions

    While Pestilent Spirit in play damaging planeswalker does not kill it. Deathtouch on spells is being ignored for Planeswalkers.

  18. Battlefield bug

    The play area was all jumbled up. My lands appeared on opponents side while there lands were in the middle. Which made it impossible to tell how many lands they had or if they were untapped. The way our creatures were arranged made it very difficult to play.

    Good morning.

    I have a question. I usually play the Timeless format in Magic Arena, and I've seen the card The Fantisticar in several other formats. It made me want to play it in that format, but when I search for the card, I see that it's not available for Timeless in Arena. The strange thing is that if you go to the Wizards website and search for the card, it says it's legal in the format, but when you search for it, it doesn't appear anywhere in Arena. My question is, when will they add it, or when was…
