To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Stop sending marketing notifications
What if the companion did not send spammy notifications when you have the setting turned off?
What if the setting itself had any indicator as to whether or was enabled or not?
I use the app to find my assigned table for Monday night weeklies I do not need or want extraneous notifications at 3pm on a Thursday.

Stop sending push notifs after I turn off push notifications
I use your app because i have to. I do not consent to being notified at any time other than when I explicitly am in a tournament that requires its use. There’s a setting to disable “general marketing” notifications but it is not being respected.

Companion App locked to wrong region
I currently live in the Netherlands. I downloaded the Companion app for participating in an event here, but the app will only show locations in the USA. I tried turning my location on and searching any possible Dutch location to no avail. There is no clear region setting in the app or for my Wizards account. The only thing I could think to do was change the location of my Epic Games account since I have Arena through that, but it did not help. The event is tomorrow night, please help.

Bug/Fix: Missing card backs
Some card with backside are missing images/oracle. Meld, disturb, saga to name a few are missing their backside card from the database.
Examples:
Gisela, the broken blade

Partial Search
Would love to search card database by partial name or “starts with”, like if trying to search all cards whose name starts with a particular letter.

Wrong card art
When searching for the card "The Beamtown bullies" a different card is presented instead, when the incorrectly displayed card is than selected it displays all the correct information about "The Beamtown bullies" but still uses the wrong card for the image

I have a notification on Companion that i Cant get off, i have truede servel times no luck, i Think it is a glitch In the app pls help

Unknown notification, unable to clear
Unable to clear notification. Unclear why there is a notification. No events are running. Have tried logging out of account, restarting phone and uninstalling/reinstalling. Notification persists

Previous events
We get to look at standing and matches all during the event but loss the ability to look at it after. MTGMelee gives to option to look at who played who and overall records well after an event has ended

Event Final Standings
After playing an event with the Companion app, I was not able to find the final results of the event in Companion. However, the results did exist, as I could access them through the alert message that Companion sent to my phone's operating system at the end of the event.
It is annoying that the final standings of an event cannot (apparently) be found through Companion itself, even though they are actually generated (as they should be).

Wrong German translation for “Defeats”
Wrong translation of “defeats” in the result page of the companion app. It should display “Besiegt” instead of “Niederlagen”.
After entering the results, the companion app displays the results as “<Player A> Defeats <Player B>“, which is translated as “<Player A> Niederlagen <Player B>“.
While “Niederlagen” is a valid translation of “Defeats”, it is rather in the meaning of “losses”. So on the german app, this reads as “<Player A> Losses <Player B>“, which does not make much sense and is confusing.
A better translation would be “<Player A> Besiegt <Player B>“.And please let a native speaker check your…

Add the history matches of DCI account to Companion. Add the possibility to add one DCI number each Wizars account.

Change color in life tracker
Just a small feature that allow us to set which background color would be in every seat. Me and my friend are bound to specific colors in mtg and seats when we are playing so it would be great to adjust which color is where in life tracker

Let TO have history of players emails for the store
Let a store owner or TO be able to save a history of players from previous events emails. It's suck to keep having to give them my email address every FNM. It wastes a lot time

Advanced search suggestion
In the advanced search, you can add text that would be in a cards rules. It has the options Not, Is, and Or. There should be an option Includes. This would allow people to search for things like enter the battlefield effects without having to put in exact names of creatures and all the details.

Card Database Colour Search Issues - "Exactly" Criteria Does Not Work
On the advanced card search engine there is a feature that allows the user to narrow their search by card colours. There are three options on how the user can limit their search around colours: include, exclude, and exactly. The "exactly" option does not work as read; it functions identically to the "include" option. "Exactly" entails that what ever colour(s) I select to search by is the only colour(s) of cards that should be presented to me. For example, if I do a search for [(card type>creatures) + (colour > exactly > red)] then I should be provided a list…

Card Database Feature Ideas
Hello,
Here are a few feature ideas for the new Card Database-Another button next to Printed and Oracle that says and goes to Rulings
-Under Available Formats your should be able to click on the formats for more information about those formats. I would put them in a stack like:
Standard – More Info (Hyperlink)
Brawl – More Info (Hyperlink)
-Suggestions in search if you can’t find what you are looking for.
-Blue text is not hyperlinked and feels like it should be. This might be a great feature to find other creatures with the same type or some…6 votes -

Please update the older card images to the newer, high resolution type we see for sets released in the last couple years. Way easier to read.
