How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

Opponent Mirror Matching

Question (please answer): Can you provide us with details on WHY this happens, how we can avoid it, and consider a game format that has ZERO influence on player matching? What's wrong with random matching? It allows your customers to test decks properly rather than with the Arena finger on the scale.
Question (please answer): Do you provide your customers with an explanation? How your algorithm works? Why they will never be matched against certain deck types (unless they switch the deck they are playing).It would be nice to have a RANDOM match once in a while. Why is Arena so dead set against this?

Client Crashed during draft match
Client crashed during a Quick Draft, rendering me unable to play my turn, and resulting in a match loss. Is there a way to reverse the loss so I can play the full Draft? Thanks!

Random Defeat Mid Match
Happened twice tonight! In the middle of "Traditional Standard Play," the screen suddenly showed my avatar exploding and showed "defeat."
The first time it happened, I was about to cast a Wicked Wolf during my first main phase. I had lost to my opponent the first match, and this was the second match.
The second time it happened, my opponent had just past the turn to me, and I was moving my cursor over to use a Deathsprout. This game was the 3rd game in the match, and both my opponent and I had won a game a piece prior to the random defeat match.
There were no timers on screen when this occurred, and I had no visible connectivity issues. This is very frustrating, as in both matches I had significant advantage over my opponent and for my avatar to just all of a sudden blow up? This needs to be fixed.

Game hangs at match end
The game hung at the end of the match. Instead of returning to the main display and showing what was won, the screen just went black and stopped. I had to close out and restart the game.

Mulligan smoothing does not properly account for 'X' CMC cards
I'm aware that Arena has a 'smoothing' algorithm designed to reduce the chance of mulligans by giving players a better chance to have a starting hand containing the nearest number of lands to their CMC, but I've noticed that this doesn't properly account for 'X' CMC cards.
I've been playing a simic ramp deck at my local game store for quite some time now and had been having no problems with starting hands (I'd mulligan in around half of the games I played, rarely more than once, but that seemed fairly normal), but when I replicated the deck on arena I found myself struggling to get a good starting hand, frequently mulliganing to five and just having to make do with whatever I had.
I quickly realised something was wrong, so I looked into it and found an article about Arena's 'smoothing' algorithm, realising that to be the problem.
I run 28 lands in the deck, so I should see 3-4 lands on average in my starting hands, but I was only ever seeing 2-3 lands, which made sense with the smoothing algorithm, as Arena recognised the average CMC of the deck as being roughly 3. The problem is that I run 'X' CMC cards such as Hydroid Krasis and Finale of Devastation, which Arena recognises as having a CMC of 2, even though I would never cast them for that. Typically I would never cast them for less than six or seven mana, so if Arena took this into consideration this would raise the average CMC of my deck to around 4, which would cause the smoothing algorithm to give me far more 3 and 4 land hands, which would be a lot fairer.Over recent months I have been attempting to get around this problem by altering my deck to raise the CMC that Arena recognises, and while I have had some success, this never lasts long as another update or a banning keeps putting me back to square one.
I've now run out of alterations I can make to the deck without completely rebuilding it, which I'd rather not do until rotation, as the deck still works fine on paper, so I'd really appreciate it if you could get this fixed so that I can see the deck off properly, as it is unlikely that I'll get to use it at my local game store again before rotation.I'm aware that Arena has a 'smoothing' algorithm designed to reduce the chance of mulligans by giving players a better chance to have a starting hand containing the nearest number of lands to their CMC, but I've noticed that this doesn't properly account for 'X' CMC cards.

Match rigged
Can you please fix the absurd bad game system!!!!
It is absurd that with 25 lands i constantly have mana problems!!!
It is absurd that the percentage of games i start drawing is less than 30% every day!!!!!
It is absurd that if i change my deck i immediately face the worst possible opponent!!!
It is absurd that using a deck with more than 60% of winning history i cannot leave platinum tier 4 or 3!!!!Cambada de atrasados!!!!!

auto skipping main phase issue
so I am on my main phase, with a Goblin Electromancer on field. i am about to cast my 3rd instant/sorcery this turn for Phoenix in my graveyard trigger, i still have one drop of mana, discover cost 2 but with decrease from Goblin Electromancer i should be able to cast it. however it auto skipped my main phase to battle phase that i missed the trigger timing for phoenix.

Connect Lost Draw Ranked Match
During a ranked match, my opponent is losing. Upon their defeat, the game quickly shows connection lost for a short moment and game ends in a draw. I am concerned opponent forced a draw by some disconnect method.

network connection
I completed the player draft portion of my event and now when I click play to play my first game I get a "Network Error" "Unable to join event. Try again later."

No priority after blockers/before combat damage
Had Tymaret, Chosen from Death on the battlefield and my opponent swung with a creature that would be lethal.
I meant to assign blockers (blocking what I could) and activate tymaret before damage was dealt to survive, but as soon as I declared blockers the game proceeded to damage step and I died before getting priority again.17 votes -

Random Disconnections
The past few games that I've conceded, when clicking the Concede button, I get disconnected from the match. I have to reconnect to the client or force close and reopen it.
Additionally, certain games will simply disconnect me for no reason. This did not happened to me before the M20 patch.
