How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Bad UX causing play errors - Arena moves creatures around at will

    A proper feel bad moment when my opponents left most creature blocks my attacking creature.
    Post combat i point my damage based removal on their left most creature, only to discover that arena has moved the creatures around post combat… causing me to kill an unintended creature. Proper madening.

    I cant imagine why moving around the creatures would be a feature? It does in no way mimic real play, moving a creature back and forth. And it caused this and previous proper feel bad experiences.

    Could you not randomly move the creature around?

  2. Turn ended automatically while I still had one action possible

    In my position I could sacrifice Buried Treasure to get one mana and then with my 4 lands and this mana I could have paid for its ability from the graveyard. But the game considered that with a land in hand, no active ability in the battleground and my 4 lands I no longer had any possible action and automatically ended all my main phases. I didn't even have the opportunity to sacrifice Buried Treasure except during the combat phase, but if I did it then, I would have lost the mana once I left the combat phase and I…

  3. You cannot Station a permanent once it has recieved enough charge counters to unlock the highest tier ability

    Once a creature Stations a permanent with the station ability and the charge counters on said permanent unlock the highest tier ability, that permanent no longer gives the option to be stationed again.

  7. Ban Voice of Victory from standard

    Unfun and gamebreaking. Creatures that cost less than 4 mana should not have more than one ability and if they do they should have a serious drawback such as an upkeep cost.

    Voice of Victory lacks such balancing costs and hence should be banned.

  9. Ban Timeline Culler from standard

    It does way too much for it's low mana cost being a 2/2 with haste and the ability to bring it back from the graveyard and attack immediately and then play it again after exiling it is gamebreaking.

  10. Ban all creatures with haste from all formats

    Wizards of the Coast design team, you should have learned 30 years ago that allowing players to ignore summoning sickness was a terrible idea.

  11. Achievements not being counted

    Achievements not counting games played. Working on Historic and Alchemy. Games are not being counted. Count has remained static for a while now.

  14. Opponent uses endless effect but i get the loss

    Opponent uses endless token effect...his clock runs up more than three times before mine but i get the loss and i can not do anything. I think it is pretty messed up that players can exploit that bug and that my clock starts running at all while i am not given the chance to act. Super frustrating to wait all that time until his 500 effects popped and then seeing players getting rewarded a win for this. If the opponent starts this ********, he should get the loss. Or you guys finally create a way the application is able to…

  15. BUG: "Glacial Dragonhunt" does not triggered the "Venerated Rotpriest" ability (Screenshot + Log)

    "Venerated Rotpriest" was in play in battlefield, opponent casts "Glacial Dragonhunt" and targets my "Venerated Rotpriest", however the poison counter is not triggered at all and dies. As you can see in the screenshot "Venerated Rotpriest" is already in cemetery but the opponent has no poison counter at all.
    Log is also included, please fix and thanks :)

  16. "Momir" -style Alchemy cards are able to conjure unreleased cards

    Cards that conjure random cards from the entire game (i.e. Fear of Change, Ornate Imitations, and Roalesk, Prime Specimen) are currently able to conjure cards from the unreleased Final Fantasy set after today's update.

    No I'm not posting this just because I'm salty that my opponent rolled into a free Ancient Adamantoise and stomped me with it over a week before it's release. This bug cannot be intentional and should probably be fixed asap before Square Enix's lawyers learn about it.

  17. Incorreect Card interaction

    Incorreect Card interaction, at the Combat Step: DeclareAttack with all creatures, my Epharas Dispersal has no interaction . This card shoud bounce all attackers.

  18. Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon

    On iOS, I am unable to target Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon with either Cut Down or Go for the Throat. There wasn’t anything else on the board that would have changed her type or toughness.
