How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game freeze when Sparky chooses damage ordering

    I block a creature with two 1 1 tokens. Sparky can't decide on damage distribution.

  2. Karakas & Overlord of the Balemurk

    In the powered cube I lost the game because a bug in my opponents favor. With lethal in a turn I attacked with creature and had Karakas to bounce their Overlord of the Balemurk, but Karakas would not activate/target/recognize Balemurk as a Legendary Creature. I assume bug is Karakas sees it as a legendary enchantment vs legendary enchantment creature.

  3. Mine Collapse bugged

    I encounter the following bug. A had a mine collapse in hand and a mountain in play but the system refused to let me cast it during my opponents turn on their Nissan who shakes the world. Other permeants in play were zuran orb, sentinel of the nameless city, a map token, laelia, the blade reforged and inti.

  4. Invoke despair with shelter by ghost

    I played invoke despair against an opponent who had a sheltered by ghosts attached to their creature. Instead of the creature leaving then looking for an enchantment the game chose sheltered by ghost for the enchantment. And I only got to draw one card instead of two.

  5. Nia, Skysail Storyteller

    In my game of Powered Cube, my opponent played a Nia, Skysail Storyteller. I bounced her with my Teferi, Time Raveler. In a later turn, when he cast it from his hand, it entered the battlefield as Nia, Fabled Skyclimber, when there was absolutely no reason for that to happen and I went on to lose the game

  6. Solution: Roping (reward based, not punishment based)

    Most of the anti roping ideas come back to detecting/punishing the ropers.

    I've been starting to realist the solution isn't about the roping player, rather about the other player.

    In any non ranked, random queued game add the following well publicised rule:

    If you win a game to a roping opponent (an opponent who has roped for >80% of the entire duration of the match and/or has lost to roping timeout) - double your gold and XP track rewards for the game. Make sure both the roping player and the normal player are notified of this bonus at the end…

  8. Arvad, Weatherlight Smuggler does not trigger when decayed Zombies from Jadar die in combat in brawl

    Description:
    Arvad, Weatherlight Smuggler does not trigger at the beginning of the end step when a decayed Zombie token created by Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia is sacrificed at end of combat after attacking.

    Expected Result:
    Arvad’s ability should trigger at the beginning of the end step because a creature died this turn.

  9. Bug: Progenistus can be removed from the game without a sacrifice effect

    Just ended a match using Progenitus and someone played a boardwipe to destroy all creatures.

    This shouldn't have even caused Progentius to be sent to the graveyard because it has protection from everything.

    I don't get how a bug this simple hasn't been resolved yet.

  10. Priority auto passed in situation where I had 2 very important plays

    I played Screaming Nemesis, leaving 2 mountains untapped. The opponent responded with Inevitable Defeat on it. The game did not give me priority to cast Fire Magic or Torch the Tower, which I would have targeted my own Screaming Nemesis with. I don't see anything in Inevitable Defeat's wording that indicates it I should not have been able to respond with an instant of my own, just not a counter spell. I do not believe I passed or had auto pass on. The game basically treated Inevitable Defeat as if it had Split Second.

  11. Didn't get Achievement even though I met the requirements

    I've played probably ten games attempting to complete the Death by Vanilla achievement. I finally won a game that met all the requirements, but I was not rewarded the achievement. I didn't catch a screen shot because I didn't think it was necessary. I hope this log helps and shows that I had only cast 5 creature spells with no abilities to complete the achievement.

  12. Take alchemy out of brawl

    I enjoy brawl but don't want to just play alchemy. For pitys sake give us the option of switching off alchemy cards. If I want to play with alchemy cards I can choose that (I don't) but I'm forced to pay it in other modes that I don't want it included in.

  13. Mill bug

    I was playing Final Fantasy Sealed. End of my opponents turn I milled him with The Water Crystal, he has no card left, one of the cards that just got milled is Dreams of Laguna. It has flashback and it is an instant so still on the end step he plays it and I lose. He should have lost but I did. This costed me 2000 gems. I was playing on my ipad.

  14. song of seasons

    The new alchemy card Song of Seasons seems to only give you 2 lands if the mountain it seeks is also a forest. I have twice cast it and found a commercial district and one other land. In one game, I then cast another copy later and it found me 3 lands, so it wasn't because I was out of forests/mountains. Based on the wording, I can't imagine that's the intended outcome. Seems like it should always get 3 lands unless you're out of one category.

  15. STOP FORCING ME TO PLAY NON-EXISTENT PLAYERS

    HYT, THOKKGRIN, MOON, ETC.
    5,6,7,8 TIMES A DAY YOU MAKE ME PLAY THESE PEOPLE STOP IT SO SICK AND TIRED OF IT

    THEY DO NOT PLAY THE GAME THEY JUST START GAMES AND DON'T PLAY AND WASTE YOUR ******* TIME GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE ALREADY HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO PUT IN A FEEDBACK FOR YOU TO MAKE THE ******* CHANGES

  17. Infinite Loop //Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Starscape Cleric

    It's completely absurd that this combo is allowed as standard. It's an infinite loop that's impossible to counter. You ban Charmed Stray but not this... It's incomprehensible. Do something about it, it's ruining the game.

  19. Archenemy Charm bypasses ward

    I had a Hinterland Sanctifier out with Sheltered by Ghosts attached. Opponent had 2 tapped mana and 3 open mana. At the end of my turn they played Archenemy's Charm and targeted the Hinterland Sanctifier. The ward did not trigger, and I lost my creature erroneously. My opponent seems to have been aware of the bug as they did not hesitate to play the charm.

  20. Dreams of Lagnua - Bug

    PLEASE look into your auto passing system. This is yet again another instance where the client auto passed even though I had available mana and an instant spell to play. In my game that ended at 2025-12-24 23:36 PST, on my opponent's turn 3, they cast an Instant Ramen which I let resolve, but when they drew the card, the turn auto passed, skipping through combat and the end step, directly to my turn. I was not given an opportunity to cast my Dreams of Lagnua which was a legal and valid play.
