How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

My opponent placed so many triggers on the stack that it timed me out of my following turn, allowing them to attack and win. Please fix this.

Phyrexian Dragon Engine ETB
Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability doesn't trigger when it enters the battlefield from the graveyard using Rivas of the Claw's ability.
- Play Rivaz of the Claw
- Discard Phyrexian Dragon Engine (ex: by using Tormenting Voice)
- Cast Phyrexian Dragon Engine from the Graveyard using Rivaz of the Claw's static ability.
- Observe Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability trigger
Result: Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability does not trigger.
Expected Result: Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability triggers as expected.

Alchemy setup
The game tricks me into playing Alchemy. When I import a deck, its automatically turned into an alchemy deck. When i go to quick play every game. It jumps to Alchemy. I think the software team has done this to boost Alchemy numbers. IT IS VERY ANNOYING. please tell them tricking people into playing alchemy to boost their numbers is wrong. Alchemy is not liked by the community. Thank you.

Game freeze completely and bug. Had to restart the whole game
- I play a game of ranked explorer.
- Turn 2 the game freeze completely.
- I restart the game after saving the logs
- I come back to the game but I lost 2 turns and lost a game that would be won since I had exactly the appropriate counter strat card in hand and would have play it on my turn 2.
Expected result : the game don’t randomly freeze during ranked games.
Actual result: the game randomly freeze and bug.
I was playing on IPhone. This happens often on the phone but very rarely on the cpu. It should not happen…

Network Error
i launch the client but i cannot log in becuase im not able to get collection or there was a problem when communicating with the server: Network Error.
Pls fix it.

Bugged Interaction: Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief and Winterthorn Blessing
If Winterthorn Blessing is cast targeting a creature to grant a +1/+1 counter, but not targeting any creature to tap, Ivy will trigger, but the copied spell is replaced by the opponent's cardback and does not resolve. The cardback remains on the stack as a visual bug.
The expected result would be a +1/+1 counter on Ivy.
PC, the bug is repeatable

sideboard visual bug
When playing the second round in Standard Ranked Battles, the card column becomes completely white, and the sideboard becomes mosaicked, making it impossible to check the cards.

Game froze during starting game, before mulligan. Opponent used all his timebank but nothing happened.

Awaken the Forest Dryads not triggering Titania or Slogurk on death.
Steps:
Have either Titania or Slogurk on the field.
Have a Forest Dryad Land Creature token in play (Created from Awaken the Forest)
Cause the Dryad land to be put in the graveyard, either through damage or sacrifice
Actual result: Neither Titania or Slogurk trigger when the land token is put into the graveyard
Expected result: Titania and Slogurk both should trigger as tokens are put into the graveyard prior to being remove from play per rule 110.5f "A token that’s in a zone other than the battlefield ceases to exist. (...) (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable…7 votes -
Waiting server is soooo long !!!
When I'm waiting more the response of arena instead of playing, it is URGENT to do something.

Mac OS not displaying card names or power/toughness
With the brothers war update on Mac OS, I haven't been able to see the names of cards or their power/toughness either in a match or deck builder.

Loading stalls at "Checking For Active Matches" and never finishes
Whenever I try to open arena the loading screen gets to "Checking For Active Matches" but never finishes that step and am unable to play the game. I've closed and reopened many times, and rebooted and tried, to no avail.

Land draw in draft
I have 16 lands in a 40 card deck. How I am going to get 13 lands with 17 cards left to draw. How am I ever going to win that match.

ETB Arcane Proxy don’t work
I cast Arcane Proxy for 7 mana, but the ETB don’t work. In my graveyard there were two instant from 3 and 5 mana.

Error in play during Brothers War Quick Draft game. Fall of Kroog
During Brothers War Quick Draft, I played Fall of Kroog to deal 3 damage to each of my opponents creatures during 2nd Main Phase after combat, but the creatures didn’t die and it passed through my end step and onto opponents turn. Their board was 2 x Yotian Dissident & 1 x Thran Spider. They all had damage assigned to them from my combat step and should have all died from my Fall of Kroog. I lost my quick draft game as a result so am very unhappy I missed out on additional gems and/or packs. There was no instant…

Game is Super Slow & Unplayable
Noticed game was completely unplayable after reinstalling my PC's OS - Uninstalled Arena - Reinstalled it & it took 30mins off a direct Fiber line! The same as it was initially after getting all my software working. It has never took 30mins to install, nothing should ever take 30mins to install, this isn't 1992 it's 2022. The game itself is completely unplayable I have to click on things multiple times & it takes roughly in real-time a minute to watch an opponent play a land on turn one. Midweek Magic Missing Text and Images
The name, description, deck names, event-specific card names, event-specific card rules text, and (intermittently) other card rules text for this Midweek Magic event are missing. My app is up to date and I have tried restarting it multiple times.

The stone brain
Every time I use for the 1st time the stone brain the game crashes. When I boot it up I can resume the game and it works but after the game ends I get a black screen, so again I have to restart the game. In the same session if I use the stone brain again it does not crash.

Muldrotha + Evoke
When casting a card with Muldrotha using its evoke cost, it doesn’t count towards her once-per-type-per-turn limit.
