How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Game crashes upon matching with an opponent
I am playing on Android, with the new patch on 3/31, every time I match with an opponent, the app crashes. I have to open the app again and then it will bring me into the game.

Underworld Breach/Lotus Petal and Priority
Today I discovered an unintended bug where a completely won position was lost becasue of priority being automatically passed while I was still able to take game actions.
Here is an example board state:
Underworld Breach is played on my side, I have a lotus petal in play and 7 cards in my graveyard, and am tapped out of lands; the cards in my graveyard are 6 lands and a brain freeze.
As the game works currently, the priority mechanism looks at my boardstate, decides that I cannot cast any spells by cracking my lotus petal to generate one mana,…

Currency Converter Bug
During a Cube Draft game, any time I used my Currency Converter to return an exiled land to my graveyard it produced a Map token instead of a treasure token as is written on the card.

force of negation and dark depth copies are disappeared
Hi, my non-avatar copies that I crafted of force of negation and dark depth are disappeared. in fact my decks are invalid at the moment.

When I create a ticket in MTG Arena Support, it automatically updates the ticket to be closed and solved

Daily quests not updating
Whenever my quest timer hits zero it simply resets without any quest appearing. I have zero active quests and have missed out on being able to earn quest coins at all.

App crashes when player initiates a duel with sparky
When you start a practice duel with sparky it crashed

Game redownloads every time i open it after a connection issue.
Every time the game goes out from a connection issue, the next time i open it the following happens:
it says it's verifying assets, then it loads a bit, the it starts downloading 1.17 or so GB of files.
this takes hours, the game is unplayable this way, i don't want to waste my data package on downloading the same files over and over.
I'm playing through steam with proton, please fix this i want to play the next set.1 vote -

Disrespectful Customer Service Agents closing my tickets without explanation or resolution - Where to report apart from their own platform?
Any request I create, are automatically closed now and tagged as "Solved".

Land Tax makes you draw lands even after suffling your deck
After land tax triggers and you accept to search your library for 3 lands, your next draw is always a land

weird game crash/freeze
game gave a random notice to reconnect, I clicked it, I watched my opponent continue to play but couldn't do anything. the gear symbol for settings was not there and after a loss said my life was at -4 and both timer ropes were running. When timer ran out it just sat unresponsive.

Gameplay stall
Game stalled and was not able to concede. During the stall, I was able to drag the avatar around, not sure if that was possible beforehand.

Sphinx Tutelage didnt mill opponent when i drew
I had painter's servant and sphynx's tutelage on the battlefield. I drew and opponent milled 2 cards and that was it. With the combo on they should had milled the whole deck. it was two artifact lands but it should have done it.

Able to cast spells without paying cost

Force of Negation is not usable in Timeless because I crafted the OG art, not Avatar
Title. I can't use my 4 copies of FoN. Arena removed all my copies from all my decks. I would like to play the card.

Time Rope forced to concede match
There should be an ability to skip through animations when your cards are triggering abilities. I just lost a match because an opponent triggered my abilities which caused a chain reaction that lasted through several time outs. There is no ability to speed it up or do anything while it’s happening so I lost because of inactivity. This is a horrible way to lose a match because there’s no way to account for that time.

Stasis Snare timing
I cast a Stasis Snare and targeted a creature to be exiled. My opponent destroyed my Stasis Snare, but the exile effect did not happen. If my Stasis Snare was "in play" enough to be destroyed, why wasn't it "in play" enough to exile the creature?

New Update crashes the game
New update (3/31/26) crashes the game.

After victory in ranked point was dedacted instead of granted
Please fix your points granting after victory in ranked standard.
After victory I should have at least one point but instead the one I had was removed.
