How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Enduring Vitality Trigger vs Abyssal Harvester

    I killed an Enduring Vitality and was not given the opportunity to exile it with Abyssal Harvester when the Enduring Vitality died. This "When Enduring Viality dies" effect acted like a replacement effect rather than a trigger.

  3. immerstrum

    I encountered an incorrect rules interaction today. I was facing an opponent who activated Immerstrum Predator to sacrifice a creature to become indestructible, which destroyed one of their creatures. I then activated Scavenging Ooze in response to remove that creature from their graveyard to get +1/+1. All of that worked correctly.

    However, when the stack resolved, Immerstrum Predator gained a +1/+1 as though IT had been the card whose effect chose to remove the aforementioned creature from the graveyard as well.   4. scut mob and perpetual

    Why doesn't Scut Mob and Perpetual work the way it seems like it should? If I load it up with abilities from perpetual cards, play it, and then landfall, the copy is just a 1/1 even when I have 6 lands. It doesn't do that with Squee (I'm going to try it with pack rat). It really seems like it should work the other way, given how Scut Mob works with Mutate.

  5. Manipulated game play

    I'm not sure if this company is looking for a lawsuit or if it's just blind (or manipulated or incompetent) code writing. I have been keeping a tally of the number of lands I scry/surveil/loot (whether it be {1 or 2 scry(s), surveil(s) or loot(s)} per game and it seems to be far from what would be deemed probable, statistically speaking. I am running a 22 land deck yet I seem to find lands about 83% of the time I SCRY, SURVEIL OR LOOT, WTF!!!! I expect fair game play as the top 250 players are invited to a qualifier.…

  6. Bug PC/Steam - Aerith Gainsborough and Authority of the Consuls -

    When I have "Authority of the Consuls" on my side and the enemy have "Aerith Gainsborough" on his side, the enemy Aerith get the bonus of +1/+1.
    Normaly, "Authority of the Consuls" must give the bonus heal only for me.
    But now, Aerith enemy card take MY bonus heal to generate a +1/+1 bonus

    On the first screen shot you have the enemy Aerith card boosted
    On the second screen shot you have my card "Authority of the Consuls" in my graveyard (I discard it myself)

  7. Same deck issues

  8. Great Arashin City not showing cards targeted on stack

    When activating Great Arashin city in response to a card being targeted by an opponents effect, in my case it was Ghost Vaccuum, it doesn't show which copy is being targetted. I fthere are 2 two copies of the same card and one of them is targeted you have to guess whish one to remove.

  9. Toxrill, the Corrosive applying two ***** counters per end step

    During a Brawl match I was playing, the opponent had Toxrill, the Corrosive in play. During their end step, all of my creatures were given two ***** counters instead of one. Nothing on their boardstate or mine doubled counters of any kind or doubled triggers. Everything on board was vanilla. This should not be happening and I lost the game because of the extra ***** counters.

    This was discovered on PC through Steam.

  10. Bug whit Oculus and Manifest hability

    When I cast Oculus the game crash, same whit Manifest hability "turn inside out" or "look the top Two cards" for example Jaya loyal hability and many words and images are in black on cards

  12. Issue targeting and blocking Rot-cursed rakshasa

    I play on MTGarena, on my phone (android).
    [log: 2025.49.55.4263.1164380]
    In a standard game, I play capricious hellraiser. Its capacity triggers and allow me to play (for free) "the end" from my graveyard. But while trying to target Rakshasa with "the end" I can't. It is just not proposed as a possible target by the software.
    On my following opponent's turn, he attacks with Kashrassa... And while choosing my defending creatures, I cannot select Kashrasa to block it. My opponent played no instant to protect Kashrasa neither during my turn nor his/her turn.
    And this bug induced a lost game…

    Game 1: my oponent started roping me in every single step of my turns and his turns. He ran out of timeouts, but the game wouldn't force concede on his side. I waited like 30 seconds on EVERY single STEP of my turns and his turns, for 8/10 turns.
    Game 2: more of the same "gaming strategy/bug"
    Game 3: The game decided SOMEHOW that I had less time on the clock that my oponent. And I reached 0:00 and the game autoconceded.

    How is the time mechanic working?????
    How one player had the equivalent to 30…

  15. Arena won't boot past loading screen

    I play on android, specifically a galaxy z fold 6, and I have had issues the last couple days with Arena not booting past the loading screen when you open the app. The screen goes black after it says loading values

    This is yet another time I'm writing on this blog to report a problem with the shuffler, and I'm so tired of doing it that this time I'm writing in Italian because I no longer feel like translating it—no one reads it anyway. I've also pointed this out several times by opening tickets directly with Wizard, but no one seems to care, hiding behind canned email responses.
    I'm trying again, even though I no longer have any trust in either the company or the developers, who clearly show little interest in the user’s gameplay experience.

  17. Pass the turn button not working

    When i press "Pass the turn button" during my opponents turn, i still get priority whenever opponent casts a spell or activates something.

    I would expect that pass the turn button passes the priority, when i know i dont want to react even though i can react with some activated ability for example.

    There should be an option to actually pass the priority and only get to chose blockers in combat phase.

    バグやチートが多い…

    ・ドラフト中にフリーズし、ピックが飛ばされてカードが数枚取れてない状態になった。
    ・対戦相手とマッチ中にフリーズし、敗北扱いになった。
    ・クイックドラフトで、レア4枚アンコモン9枚の強カードを使っていた。(色やドラフトがたまたま奇跡的なピックの可能性もあるが…)
    ・スムーズに進行していた対戦相手が30秒程考えて、前のターンに持っていたらプレイするようなカードを使ってきた。

    そもそも負けそうになると通信切断する奴が多い。

  20. All Will Be One not functioning correctly.

    I am on PC, though my platform is kind of irrelevant to the issue at hand. The Enchantment All Will Be One has the following ability: "Whenever you put one or more counters on a permanent or player, this enchantment deals that much damage to target opponent, creature an opponent controls, or planeswalker opponent controls." However, in game, the 'or' in that ability is treated as an 'and', meaning whenever, say, a Vivi Ornitier player puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi, instead of dealing 1 damage to their opponent, OR a creature they control, OR a planeswalker they control, they…
