How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Hola, estaba haciendo un draft y estaba eligiendo las cartas, se ha caido el servidor y luego estabais de mantenimiento, habia ultilizado 10000 oros, por si podeis devolverlo o en ficha de draft. Gracias.

Does anyone test the updates prior to loadind them? I guess not just put it there and see what happens, ussual Bullshite

cant´t log in
Can´t log in, getting all sorts of mixed connection errors, paired with lost connection to the server. Although, my connection seems fine, as i am logged in here. Same happens on windows and mobile.

Turn Not Passing
Currently sitting here in a game of Neon Dynasty Primier Draft, and my opponent's turn won't pass. I don't mean that the game has crashed, or that the opponent is taking a long time playing. I have been waiting for the opponent's turn to pass for over 10 minutes now, the timer doesn't move at all, but everything else about the game responds just fine and my connection has no problems. I am unsure if this is a bug or my opponent using some sort of 3rd party program in order to try to force me to quit out and…

Bug
Game just stopped. The game didn't freeze, I can still "interact" with cards, but there's no timer starting on the opponent's turn. The game is just running.

Searching the Library Bug
When searching your library for a card, if you hit "view battlefield" in the top right and then search through your graveyard and hit "done" and then go back to "view browser" for the card search, oftentimes it becomes literally impossible to select a card. The scroll function is still usable, but cards cannot be selected. This is a serious problem when I play Goblin Engineer or Wishclaw Talisman, and it has costed me a few games that I definitely should have won. I currently do not have screenshots to show, but it is easily reproduceable and it has happened…

disconnected after update
After today's update, (02/24/2022), I was disconnected from a premiere draft game, and couldn't log in anymore. Really want my draft token back.

Game Freezzed
While I was playing a ranked game on PC, when I cast a sorcery, it didn't resolve (it wasn't the first one I cast, in fact I was playing it from flashback); As the spell did not resolve, time began to run for me, as if waiting for an action. Any click was unresponsive; even "concede".

Game just frozen
Currently in the middle of a premier draft
Game has passed to my turn, animations and card highlighting still works but its not progressing through my turn.
I also can't concede the game.2 votes -
game stalled
During the alchemy event that just came out, played a card, game just stood there showing the spell being cast and then the timer went down all the way and stayed there like that, can't even concede match.
