How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Phase out;

    When opponent phased out my creature by using 'Spectral Adversary' the UI effect of phasing out did not disappear after my turn was over. During opponents turn and during my next turn the UI effect stayed but I could still use my creature.

  3. Standard Ranked doesn't level up my bronze rank

    Standard ranked games don't update my rank. I have played several games, not updating any win or loss. Profile doesn't update. I would to like to get my right rank updated asap before the season ends

  4. Matchmaking

    The machmaker is bad. It pits me against the EXACT same

    decks, all the time. I know there's a lot of whining about

    this, but this one takes the cake. I actually noted 60

    games where I played as mono green, and the results are

    below. I know that it's not a sample size of millions of

    games but it still looks pretty accurate to me. Also note

    that as soon as I played a different deck (using different

    colors), the matchmakin wasn't an issue.

    To clarify:
    MW = mono white
    MG = mono green
    GW = green/white

  7. couldn't tap creature iOS

    I have a creature under my control that I can't tap on iOS. I googled and it seems to be an old issue. Multiple turns - could not tap it to use "feign death" - could not tap it to attack with it, etc.

    As you can see, no matter where the creature moved it was impossible to tap it.

    I've had this happen on other games, but it's been a minor inconvenience. This changed the entire play of the game though - very frustrating...

  9. Endless spawn glitch combo

    Endless loop error:

    card combo: Heliod suncrowned+peaceful innkeeper+scurry oak= infinite life, infinite token spawns, endless loop in game. See my ID’s game log for 20:10 PST today.

  11. Skipped past second main phase in draft

    In two consecutive games now, the client has skipped directly to the end phase when I pass priority at the beginning of my opponent's combat and they don't attack. In at least one of the games, this directly led to me losing as it didn't give me an opportunity to interact before a critical trigger went on to the stack.

  12. EXTRA TURNS AREN'T FUN

    Watching someone take 7 extra turns in your face after they've done nothing all game is not fun. I don't care about losing close games, or even some blowout games because *********. But Copy, copy, take 3 turns, copy 2 more, take another 3 turns, is **** garbage. You had to ban the last turn taker in Nexus of fate, and you need to do this now with Alarund's Epiphany.

  14. プレミアムドラフト中に突然の敗北

    日本時間2021年10/11（日）20:20頃。プレミアムドラフト4勝2敗で迎えた7戦目、10ターン程経ったところで突然の爆発と敗北表示が出ました。勿論投了ボタンは押してませんし、コンバット中ではなく、自ターンに返ってきた直後の出来事なのでライフルーズによる敗北もありません。
    対戦相手に勝利条件カードがあったわけでもありませんし、私の場や手札に敗北条件カードがあったわけでもありません。
    優勢な場だっただけに悔しいです。獲得できたはずのジェムと、参加のためのジェム返還は勿論、バグ報告に費やされた手間や時間に対する補償を要求します。

  15. Sliver cascade but on mobile

    Some times when the first sliver is casted no card is displayed to play or not. Only options that show is to resolve. So user loses the free cascade.

    I'm at platinum 4 with no pips. My opponent conceded in sideboarding for game 3, in a ranked match and my rank didn't change for my victory.

  19. bosca86 is cheating.

    in addition to Bosca86 cheating, please can i ask that you either bring back older decks or bring forward new ones as i seem to play the same life link hand every time and its getting boring. i used to average 60 %win now its prob 30% and all done to the hand delivered. same decks just who gets lucky. also i play my friend alot at this game and we get no experience or anything for the time we spend playing. this is a shame as we love the game but it doesnt benefit us to play with friends.…
