How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Sideboarding Rank-Up Error
When my opponent concedes during sideboarding in a BO3 ranked match, I only get 1 pip of rank and I believe they only lose 1 pip as well. This provides an incentive to concede during sideboarding against a poor matchup to save rank.

Glasspool Mimic is a shapeshifter but does not have the changeling capacity, so it does not have all creature types like the others shapeshifters. Is it normal ?

My wins in draft are not progressing my 1-7 win bar
In my premier draft (AFR) I just won my 2nd game and became mythic. My rank at the moment is '0 limited' no idea what this means. I have played 3-4 games in this draft and won them all but every time I win the draft page shows me going from 1 win to 2 wins and hasn't gone to 3 wins.

Baleful Mastery got through ward
Opponent played baleful mastery for 2 to target my inferno of the star mounts. I had a dragon's disciple out which gave my dragon ward 1. He only had the 2 mana so he couldn't pay the ward cost. After he dismissed the ward trigger and 2 sedgemoor witch triggers, it exiled my dragon anyway.

mad mage no attack
Dungeon of the Mad Mage, opponent selected Djinni Windseer to not be able to attack until their next turn. I was able to attack with the creature

No rewards for leveling up
I have noticed that I haven't received the uncommon card rewards from leveling up past level 80 the in last few days.
- level up.
- Using PC.
- Getting an uncommon card.
- Add screenshot of level add have the log if need.

Baleful Mastery failed to exile Toski
Cast Baleful Mastery on my opponent's Toski for 1B. He drew a cars, but Toski did not get exiled. There was no other card or effect to prevent it.

Magic missile + paladin shield bug
Hi,
I've had a bug with magic missile vs. paladin shield in a draft. I lost the game due to that, so I was advised to ask for a event refund (traditional draft forgotten realms).The bug:
After casting magic missile on 3 targets, opponent casts paladin shield in response and targets one of the target of missile. In response, I kill that target (power word kill), and then magic missile fizzled instead of shooting the two remaining targets.I went on the discord and with the help of a few people, we reproduced the bug twice, and recorded one…

Friendly Brawl Hasn't Worked Since 8/24 Update
The direct challenge brawl function has not worked since the 8/24 update. When going to select decks, you are unable to select a brawl deck, thus triggering an error. We've upvoted other complaints, waited for a few weeks, and this has still not been addressed. My friend and I both play on PC.

MTG Arena doesn't work on Thursdays
This is three Thursdays in a row that I have been unable to play a game due to lost connections with server. The first couple of times, there were updates. This time, there doesn't seem to be anything going on at all. I'm guessing that it is simply a lack of server capacity for whatever the system does on Thursdays. This was such a good product before the update three weeks ago.

broken friend match functionality. cannot play historic 60 card outside of tournament or friendly/ historic brawl
Hello, I see that you fixed the 3 game historic 60 card tournament feature (3 games) for friend matches. However, we used to be able to play a single historic match using the 60 card challenge match feature. However, that feature no longer allows the user to select a historic deck.
The second bug is the brawl match. This used to allow the user to choose friendly brawl decks. It no longer does. This feature has a second defect. Even if you choose a standard brawl deck, it displays the error: invalid deck.

ミシックに昇格したタイミングでランクが構築・リミテッドどちらもビギナーティアになりました。また、それ以降どっちをプレイしてもランクの変動もなければデイリーミッションの達成、報酬ももらえません

Rigged
I believe, strongly, that your game is rigged. If you don't stop with these greedy, malicious, unfair practices I'll take my business elsewhere. Just plain let a random generator generate the cards and stop toying with your players.

Protection from "creature"
I've been playing "Jumpstart: Historic Horizons" recently and, twice now, I've had different opponents select "Creature" for "card type" when deploying "Serra's Emissary". I had no idea that this was a valid card type. I was thinking the intent behind the ability was something more along the lines of "protection from goblins" or even "protection from <color>". However, if "Creature" is valid (and, clearly, it currently is), it seems ridiculously over-powered. Matchmaking always making mirror matches
I have played today exactly 20 Historic Brawl matches, and 16 of them mirror matches. It's awful, tedius, completely unacceptable. This has made me absolutely angry and I want to vomit.
