How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Didn't receive priority after Mishra's Foundry activated
While my opponent had one creature out but also a Mishra's Foundry in their lands, I cast Invoke Despair. As I expected, they turned Mishra's Foundry into a creature, so that they could sacrifice it instead. I was going to react by getting rid of their Mishra's Foundry--but it went straight into allowing them to make their Invoke Despair selections. Doesn't the game usually give priority (without entering Full Control) if the opponent casts a spell/activates an ability? It cost me the game. Thanks.

Game wont run keeps lagging out and crashes
Game wont load and lags out constantly with the new update.
Haven't been able to play since the update.
When will this be fixed?

Visual Bug after Draft
After I completed a Brothers' War Alchemy Draft I looked at the select game mode menus and noticed a visual bug that was occurring with the symbols at the top of the UI.

“Recently played” Playblade not updating.
The “Recently Played” playblade is no longer updating. I played quickdraft but it didnt appear in my “recently played” play tab. Instead, it just shows other formats which I have not played since the precious update.

Card display during pack opening
While opening packs, cards which have other parts (create tokens, have spell books) are displayed slightly cutoff when viewing the details. I am playing on a Windows 10 device.

Restarting during updates (windows)
I have just finished getting my update done on PC.
It took me restarting the client approximately 20 times and downloading about 50-100Mb at a time before the client restarts itself.
Each time I restart I have to wait 3-4min for the client to complete "gathering local files." It then starts the download, goes for a short while. Then decides it is finished and tries to launch.
Extremely frustrating, perhaps related to remaining connected to a busy server?1 vote -

Game Crashing constantly on Android
The game is crashing constantly on Android. I'm on the latest patch, have a 2022 Samsung mobile phone, & my internet access was strong while playing.
The most recent new catalyst I've found for this ongoing was going to the Sleeves tab in the Profile & either clicking on a Sleeve or simply attempting to scroll down on the page.
Twice the game immediately crashed, on the 3rd attempt the screen went black for a few seconds then crashed.Not to mention it's now extremely rare to be able to get through a SINGLE match without the game crashing &…

App stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest
Mobile app on iPhone. Posted the same a few days ago and issue was fixed for about 24 hours.
When opening mobile app loading screen is stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest” then “Error updating data”Have restarted phone, toggled Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue.

Torens card frame misalignment
Please fix the visual error with this card frame of Torens, Fist of the Angels. The white stripe across the top of the art is clearly out of place. Kinda bummed I spent gold on it now

gifts not collected
Received two emails from Management . Each one, a gift enclosed. One apology for a problem I do not remember complaining about Neither one credited to my account when I hit COLLECT at the bottom of the email. Could you please look and see if I was emailed two items with gifts enclosed? thank you

App Not Working
Bug. Cannot access the game via the app. Have deleted, restarted phone and reinstalled app. Stops at “loading asset manifest” and tells me to check my connection.

Wacom tablet no longer usable as interface
Similar to other users whose touch interface no longer works, as of the latest update my Wacom tablet's touch and pen interface can no longer click on anything. The pointer still tracks my movements, but I can't actually activate menu items or play the game.

Zommed double face card image are a bit out of the screen when opening a pack
When I open a rare double face card in a pack and go mouse over, it zoom, but actually, the zoomed image is a bit out of the screen on the left.
See image below.I'm using windows pc in 4k definition.
