How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Problem connecting to server
I am unable to complete logging in. From the log in screen I go to the splash art, then it tries to connect to the server, as would be the last step before seeing the main page with tabs to events and others. It used to not go anywhere, but now it throws up a problem with "loading collection". I was able to log in a few times through desperation, as I wanted to complete my decathon event before the time ran out for it. Once was when I was logged in straight after reinstalling the game, two more times…

Cannot click on buttons
Ever since the update on 12/13/22 I cannot use the touch interface of my MS Surface Pro8. The touch interface moves the cursor and interacts in everyway except clicking. When I use the touchpad instead, it will let me click on things most of the time. Though there are still random times that it doesn't and I need to select something else first before it will let me click what I want. This happens on all selectable buttons, in game, or on the main screen.

Liliana of the Veil ultimate UI
Repro: Ultimate Liliana of the Veil, especially if opponent has a pile of tapped lands.
Platform: Android, although I suspect all mobile clients would suffer this problem.
Results: Every permanent has a selector for either pile "1" or pile "2", but for permanents stacked on top of each other such as lands, these are difficult to click, hard to read, and impossible to associate with a specific permanent. This impacts gameplay as you cannot effectively put opponents off a specific color or otherwise create the best/worst pile.

All of my emotes are gone
Playing on iPad, the client crashed while I was in the middle of a game. When I logged back in, all of the emotes I had were gone. When I go to the emotes page in my profile, it displays a message about how I can unlock emotes along with a confirm button. Clicking confirm takes me back to my profile. While on the emotes page, however, I can see behind the message that I have 0/10 stickers and none of the text emotes beyond the default ones. Please restore all of the emotes I had collected. Thanks!

Auto pass bug
When using the auto pass button on opponent's turn, it does no work. I still have to click resolve manually on each effect. I use arena on android os. Auto pass functions normally on my turn.

Servers are down.
The servers are down. Your official site says they are up. Right a script that has a dummy account log in every 5 minutes. When it fails to log in, have it ping someone to discover the problem. Alternatively, get servers that aren’t literal potatoes.

Menu options are all blank.e all blank.
When quality level is high or ultra, mac version's menu options are all blank consistently. My machine is a Mac mini(2018), 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, with a rx 5700 xt 8g(egpu).

free deck missing
Completed the 'earn a new deck' challenge today (would be my sixth time after starting), but the new deck didn't show up. Have quit/restarted the program a few times through the day to no avail. Quest now says "Earn a new deck tomorrow!"

The game crashes whenever I play certain cards, I believe because of animation. (gyruda, the Royal Scions, among others)

Cannot connect to server
It's really annoying. I cannot connect to the server. It is not possible via iPad/iOS and also via my laptop (PC) /steam.
Is my account corrupted?

Buried Treasure does not hold priority
LCI card Buried Treasure does not hold priority when played if the game does not detect anything else to spend mana on. This is relevant because a common play pattern late game with the card will be to play it, sacrifice it, then activate its ability from the graveyard to Discover 5. Currently if you play the card with no other castable spells in hand, the game automatically passes priority back to your opponent depriving you of the ability to activate it in this way. App won’t load on my iphone
After latest update for SNC, the app won’t load. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled multiple time and it only works the first time. If I close the app and try to open it the screen goes black and the goes back to the Home Screen. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting on the mobile performance issues and crashes and none of the worked. IPhone 8 is listed on the supported device list.
