How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. “Unable to Login Authentication failed Timeout”

    Have gone down every troubleshooting rabbit hole I have control over - this is happening from different networks, different devices, but from the same account - friend's account is fine

    Looking at the logs, I'm not sure if I'm seeing a cached reattempt at connecting to the same front door? Either way, there are multiple posts on Reddit and here that are having similar account-bound issues.

  2. Authentication failed Timeout

    I am unable to log in to my account, and I don't know why. I know it isn't an issue on my end because I've tried it on multiple devices and on multiple networks with the result being the same. I have not had any issues with the Arena client until yesterday, when this started to happen. Just my luck that the day I decide to spend a little bit of money on Arena for once, I can't play the game.

  4. Rank reset to spark tier 0

    I just finished up a quick draft in foundations and suddenly my rank reset to spark tier 0. After the victory it showed my rank just below mythic #500 and then when I got back to the draft screen to claim rewards rank was missing. Then checking my profile it showed this spark tier 0 rank. Hopefully there is a way to fix this and show my actual current rank?
    This is on a PC.

  5. Season reset bug

    I have logged in twice today. In the first one, I got the season rewards correctly, and when I logged for the second time, I got de-ranked again. From platinum, to silver, then to bronze, even after ranking to gold 2 on the first logging.

    Game is not allowing me to login to any account. Keeps saying Unable to Login/Authentication failed for <account name>: Timeout.

  8. Mythic ranking not show

    I was mythic in limited (#50) and since today it is not being show in the interface, it says spark tier 0 and shown as mythic in constructed and diamond limited it happens both in windows and mobile, so it should be server side not local

  11. iOS don’t have an update on 5/27/2026 so I can’t play the game.

    Whenever I try to open the app, it tell me that I have an outdated client version, and that I need to update the app, I click okay, like I have a million times before, and like usual it takes me to the App Store, but in the App Store it just says Open, where it usually says Update, if there is an update available. I’ve tried refreshing the screen, closing and restarting both apps, and also my phone, nothing works, and I am unable to play the game because of it.

  12. Daily quest doesn't light up and my wins doesn't count too

    Being playing a couple of games I noticed my wins don't count trying to make it to 15 wins for the daily wins. Got stuck at 14, then the reset came played no counts still for both the wins and daily quest casts.

  13. Daily Wins and Missions not registering progress

    On iOS, daily win progression and missions/quests are no longer tracking across any game mode. Progression stays on 0 despite meeting wins/criteria.

  14. full screen mode not staying active

    Full screen mode will not stay active no matter how many times i go in a reset it to full screen every single time the screen changes scenes it goes back to windowed mode. How do I fix this

  15. App keeps crashing since new update

    Since the new update (02/25/2026), app keeps crashing on opening screen. I've tried force stop/ restart to the same effect. After checking multiple times, it seems to to happen at the "loading initial scene" part of the loading screen.

    This issue is happening on Android for me and so far I haven't made it any further than the losing screen.

    i cannot log in i was playing then a game ended i won and then timeout it failed to log in when i try to reconnect and when i try to reconnect this weird thing happens

  17. Game freezes during turn, leading to timeouts or crash

    Since the last update (Feb 24th 2026) The game tends to become unresponsive as card effects resolve, leading to unpreventable timeouts and game loss. It's like "waiting on opponent" timeout, except it's my go but there's no option to resolve the stack or pass

    Repairing/reinstalling/reopening doesn't fix as maybe 60% of games still end through concessions due to technical issues

    Suggestion: implement a "Sorry, I'm having technical issues" emote so at least we can maintain a level of respectful sportsmanship during these frustrations

    I can't justify spending Gold or Gems to join events knowing that the game will probably crash,…

  18. App won’t start?

  19. Fullscreen setting doesn't stick

    On Windows 10, playing game through Steam for PC, when I change the graphics setting to fullscreen it stays that way only for the tab you are on. For example, on the main game bar at the top you select the "Packs" tab and enable full screen it will remain that way while on that tab. The moment you switch to another tab such as "Home" or "Store" it will revert to a windowed version of the game when it gathers data from the server. This issue remains persistent for all tabs and when checking the setting it will show…

  20. Magic Arena, can't log in

    after my last match today i simply wasn't able to connect to the game again, i get "Unable to login authentication failed for ********: Timeout"i tried reinstalling the game and some other trobuble shooting but nothing seems to work
