How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Black screen mobile (iOS)
I literally just figured out the problem. I was looking at other peoples tickets and seeing if they had the same problem as I do. I saw one guy had the same exact problem as I did… he submitted a “screen recording” of his iPhone and I noticed his phone was “in Thai language.” This was an odd coincidence, so I thought maybe this is “our” problem… I changed my phones language to “English” and low and behold - it worked! Bug/Product Suggestion Title
1.)Open "Magic" application 2.)After finishing loading thee application the UI has an unknown symbol on the top right next to the gear/cog symbol. 3.)Android has no simple method for users to input distributed codes.Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS) (See above notes)Unknown "actual" result(s). Défi de couleur, erreure réseau
Bonjour, je ne peux pas faire le dernier défi de chaque couleur car le jeu m'affiche erreur réseau. Alors que je suis connectée. Je ne peux donc pas débloquer les decks des défis de couleur et les autres mode de jeu. Merci de régler le problème. Je suis sur PC

Latest decklists link
The latest decklists advertisement on the main homepage doesn't link anywhere. I have clicked it a million times and it just does nothing. All the other pages on the scrolling main window at least open a browser, although several of those lead to 404 not found web addresses also.

Cosmetic Pets are spawning wrong
Every single deck I play uses the "save profile" for the cosmetic avatar, sleeves, and pet. Every game I have played since Dominaria's launch spawns me in the wrong pet, always the pet one click past the one ive selected. Elementals, dogs, dragons, books, all of them are spawning in with the wrong pet.

Dog Pet from M21 not working properly
I'm playing from a windows 11 PC.
No matter which of the dog styles I choose in each of my different decks, they all default to the wolf when the match starts.
Please, take a look into this as it is my favorite pet.

Unable to login
- Steps : I run the app on my IPhone. The loading screen start and then a message is displayed and can’t connect to the game.
- I am currently playing on IPhone.
- I can’t connect to the game or play.
- I want to be able to connect and play.
- I added screenshots Ps: I tried almost any way possible to work around this and nothing seem to work

iPad/iOS Login Experience Could be Better
The iPad and iOS login experience isn’t great. The keyboard covers the username and password fields and I also have to open up my password manager and search out my wizards.com password—it isn’t automatically suggested. Maybe FaceID/TouchID could be an option as well.

I was drafting then it had the network error. I turned arena off and when i tried to log back on I keep getting authentication error when I try to login

connectivity
Hi,
I have good internet but the game suddenly lost connectivity. I was waiting more than a minute to find another player to play a draft match, but it was taking that long that I restarted the game. When I finally got back in, I had an extra game lost on the draft which I even didn't enter. Could it be possible remove that lost from the draft?

Mac lag/slowness/crash in the latest update
All my Macs (more noticeable in Macbooks) started lagging as ****. Frame rate goes to 1 then crashes. This is a recurring problem that appeared this year and comes and goes between patches. Please fix it for good. The game is unplayable this way. Previous 2022 everything worked great. Even last patch was ok (still. not an amazing performance, but playable).

Resolution on MacBook
After the latest Update to Crimson Vow the resoultion on a MacBook Air is a mess. I can suddenly only choose one resolution and the windows is ether tiny in window mode or when I choose fullscreen mode on the left and right side there is some space missing so I cannot see the pets and the whole cards on the stack - which makes it not possible to play the game. Before the latest update all was working. (macBook Air 2020)

Format change
Between Matches the game switches formats without me choosing. And I unwillingly play alchemy without choosing to.

Settings buttons are slow, exiting the game crashes the app
I would recommend using an error and performance monitoring tool like Sentry.io
Using this tool you can identify these issues and resolve them quickly.1 vote
