How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Failure to maintain server connection for starters.
So. You fix "loading initial scene" followed by connection failure. Followed by repeated failure to connectcto server. Two updates. Zero ability to play on a device claimed to be supported. Customer support directed me to use the FAQ and follow the suggested actions. After my initial email stated I had done so before filing a bug report.

Data Log Files Exceeding Upper Limit to Successfully Log Compliant. When I try to upload a Data Log file to register a complaint against a player who is roping then if I've been playing for several hours or days the Data Log File can exceed 200,000KB. I've concluded that about 40,000KB is the uppermost data that can be uploaded to the complaint register. My issue is why does WotC require all the data for every game since I commenced playing that day. If I do not turn my PC off for several days then the data file is huge. Doesn't…

Unable to sign in to my account on Firefox
When trying to sign in to my account using Firefox to report another issue, I am unable to sign in, the screen where you enter your username and password says "Unexpected error. Please try again." The page functions correctly using Chrome.

Two musics playing simultaneously
It happens to me two or three times, last time after a "match nul" (draw game ?): when entering the next match the music of the previous arena is displayed simultaneously with the new one ...

Missing UI images/elements after completing event
Finished a traditional draft on mobile (Nokia xr20) and encountered missing UI elements in the menus, leaving white blocks in their place. Restarting resolved the issue.

Issue with the reminder text for the creature extraction specialist returns
When extraction specialist returns a creature from the graveyard to play, the reminder when you inspect the returned creature is vague/worded wrong. In my example, it returned an attended socialite and the reminder on the socialite reads "when attended socialite enters the battlefield, return target creature card with 2 mana or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. That creature can't attack for as long as you control attended socialite" and then below it says extraction specialist, attributing that effect to it. It should say extraction specialist in both cases where it says attended socialite.

Can't log to my account that's been enabled after a ban
Hello
It's everything in the title, my account has been terminated about 6 month ago, recently I've been pleased to receive a mail saying that it was enabled. But since that mail I still encounter the same error message for a banned account:
"an unexpected error occured (error code: fobidden), please try again".
I sent 2 tickets, one is noted "solved" but none has been answered I absolutly don't understand what's going on and what to do or if there is a delay and how long in this case ????

Traditional draft queues do not show player names or correct avatars during draft portion
during the draft portion of traditional draft, when viewing the state of the table, the avatars are all wrong, mine is in correct, all the other ones are the same avatar, and player names do not appear. this does not happen in premier draft

Retro Artifacts are not flagged correctly for the ?booster search filter
In the collection search, selecting the "Retro Artifact" subset with the ?booster filter returns no results.
The Mystical Archives, which are a similar subset, are correctly selected with set "Mystical Archives" and ?booster.

When browsing a zone, clicking anywhere hits decline to cast spell
I cast Ultimatum, opponent is choosing the spells I can cast. Meanwhile I browse my graveyard because one of the spells I hope to cast lets me grab creatures.
As oppo chooses the spells, and the popup to cast them appears, I happen to be in the graveyard view and clicking. The zone disappears during this time and this click is somehow eaten by the 'Decline' button, despite being nowhere near the decline button. So I just declined to cast a planeswalker and a seven cost card that puts three creatures into play.

Autotapper is terrible with Mishras Factory
The autotapper will leave up Mishas factory over all other land...leaving me with a hand of cards I need W for... I would not even have the mana to activate the factory......terrible design hoice

Store Carousel Active Area
Description
When scrolling through the carousels in the store, the scroll will suddenly stop working. When I move my cursor to be over one of the items, it will start working again. But if it falls into the small sliver between items, scroll will not work.
I would expect the scroll functionality to work as long as my cursor fell within the vertical space that the carousel (which stretches across the entire screen horizontally) occupies.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Store" tab
- Move cursor into carousel. Place cursor between 2 items (so that neither is magnified).

Mastery Tree gave me a reward I didn’t want
I clicked on the first card in the black path of the mastery tree to see what it was, and it immediately gave me that card after an error message about not connecting to the server. I messaged support, and they said there’s no way for them to remove the orb from my tree so I can get the card I want. It seems a little weird, since they control everything about the game, that they couldn’t figure out how to take back the card I didn’t want and give me the correct card. Since I don’t buy the paid…
