How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Arena freezing
Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.
Please, hurry up solving this bug.

Arena freezes after any action
Arena freezes if I try to do anything, e.g. re-roll quests or access the store. I'm using windows 10 and restarting didn't help.

Mastery Pass not being accredited.

Game reverts to windowed mode (from fullscreen) after match end
Game started in windowed mode, when it should have started in fullscreen. I switched it, but it would revert to windowed mode after every match

Crash on load after Bloomburrow update
When the startup sequence finishes "loading initial scene" the application immediately quits to desktop. This has only occurred since downloading the Bloomburrow update a few minutes ago. Stuck waiting for opponent
Cannot play the game, whenever I open the app it immediately goes into a screen with the text "Waiting for opponent".

post update - freeze - if i change to change quest or if i try to open a pack
After the update on Sept 12 I can no longer change quests (game freezes and needs to be restarted) and i can no longer open packs of cards (same result).
Many, many more random freezes but those two are consistent every time.

Can't change deck image after BLB update (Only once in a while actually)
Like title say, after the BLB update gone online, i could change the deck image only once in a while, rest of the time the drag and drop showed the "drag here a card to change the image" thing but it didnt change.

DAILY QUEST ROLL CRASH THE APP
After the update of today 13.09.2024, when i roll the quests, the game crash.

Crashing after update
This morning - September 13 - I started Arena and it apparently reinstalled itself (9GB download).
After that I succesfully completed a match on the ladder, but it seemed very laggy. During the second game it crashed twice (see pic. 1, everything just froze). I tried to restart it, but it crushed directly on the home page (see pic. 2).22 votes -

Step 1. Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
Step 2. Click play to wait for a game
Result. Game gets out of Full ScreenScenario 2. When leaving games
Step 1 (in game). Settings > Graphics > Full Screen

MTGA.EXE has stopped responding
"MTGA.EXE has stopped responding" error message occurs when I hover over my quests or enter the store on windows 10 surface pro 3.

Client goes from fullscreen to windowed every game
Everytime I start or finish a game the client goes into windowed mode, so I have to go into settings and change it back to fullscreen.

I experience a freeze leading to a crash whenever I interact with the client
I am experiencing a freeze which requires the client to be restarted. In attempting to fix this issue, I have attempted a competely clean install (including removal of Registry keys), and I have rebooted my network and my laptop multiple times.

I experience a freeze when I enter the Quickdraft event area (ie. I can't press the button to pay the gems or gold to enter Quickdraft), and I encounter a similar freeze when I click on my daily quest in the Home screen. The freeze eventually results in the game crashing…

Crashing when I click "play" (windows)
Playing on Windows (PC). I downloaded the new update today and now the game becomes completely unresponsive every time I click the Play button and I am forced to terminate the program via the task manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists

Sideboard Issue in BO3
Playing BO3 Standard Ranked matches, the sideboard doesn't work correctly and doesn't let me add cards to the deck,

MTGA Freezing then Crashing on Mac (Sonoma 14.6.1) after large 9/12 Update
Successfully updated via Epic store on 9/12 and ever since Client will open but will subsequently freeze and/or crash before entering a queue.
Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped and MacOS is fully updated Sonoma 14.6.1

Game constantly crashess
After a 10GB Update on September 15th 2024, the game crashes after a few seconds. Restarting the game does not help. This continues happening constantly, rendering the client completely unusable. Other actions trigger it, but the most common triggers are 1. Opening the store, 2. Trying to change a daily quest.

Theros Nyx lands style not working properly
When selected, the style for the Theros Nyx lands doesn't work as expected. When deployed on battlefield, the style works, but when hovering over the card or while the land is in hand, it doesn't. See screenshots for reference.

Sideboarding after bloomburrow update
Sideboarding is completely broken after the bloomburrow update(android):
-I can't add cards from the sideboard while sideboarding. It's only possible if I have a copy of the desired card already un the deck, then I'm able to use the "+/-". (Not 100% replicable)
-Cards removed from the maindeck don't show up in the sideboard or take roughly a minute to show up after removing from the deck.
-In the deck editor: The deck stays in the sideboarded state after a bo3 and loses it's sideboard.
