1. Save "find match" preferences when changing screens

   When changing your deck, sometimes the "Find match" selection switches from "Standard" to "Bot Match" or "Timeless play". Never do that. I want to play standard, which is the only mode I ever play so no need to "suggest" other stuff to me. I never want to click "play" and have to concede immediately since I am in the wrong mode

4. Pass turn button needs confirmation

   So this screwed me over today. I was about to swing for kill and was checking my cards and mana (on mobile, so lots of tapping). As I let go of the card I was zooming in on, I went to select a card to the right and mistapped and hit the stupid pass/end turn button. Never used it before in my life and did not know it doesn’t have a confirmation (are you sure you want to pass/end turn?). This seems like a HUGE oversight. Needless to say I just said oops and scooped because that was that for me.

5. Bug Report: black box covering opponent's field

   Game version: 2025.47.10.8329.1133811
   Platform: PC
   Expected results: I am able to see my opponent's side of the field
   Actual results: large black box covers opponent's field after declaring attackers multiple games in a row

   Details:
   During a quick draft match, after declaring attackers my opponent's half of the field was completely covered by a large black box and the sound effect that creatures make upon declaring attackers started playing rapidly in my headphones. The black box made it so I couldn't see any of my opponent's permanents, their health, hand, or the stack, and I wasn't able to activate abilities of permanents I controlled. The game also ran incredibly slowly to the point that I started burning timeouts due to the lag.

   I tried using the 'Repair Game Files' button but the same thing happened in my next game upon declaring attackers for the first time. Unfortunately I didn't capture any screenshots but I've added an issue log I captured after the fact.

   Ogni volta che il gioco deve connettersi al server dà errore. Soltanto una volta su 30 riesco ad accedere, ma dopo una partita, appena deve connettersi di nuovo al server, si blocca di nuovo

9. “Master” audio slider always resets to zero on launch

   I am running Arena on MacOS through the Epic Games Store. Every time I launch Arena, the “Master” audio slider resets to zero. I have to go to Audio settings to turn the volume back up; the other audio sliders all appear to keep their settings between launches. I believe this slider should remember its last setting between launches.

13. Network Log-in error

    Everytime I want to play the screen gets black telling me that is waiting for server, after the loading ends it tells mee Error Updating Data but my connection is fine! Or if not that it tells me there is a Network error...
    How can I solve that=

14. unable to get collection

    When I start the client, after 1 minute of loading, I get the error: "Network Error: Unable to get collection." I get the same error on both Windows and Android.

17. This Company ignores reports. Don't pay any real world money until they respond!

    The interface is buggy.
    Simple stuff — Some cards do not give you the option of priority when the rules state that you get to have it. Some cards also give you priority when there are no targets, forcing you to pass at every single step (ie Jolted Awake).

    Less simple stuff — Other players that auto-concede are either disconnecting/disconnected or are running a trainer that force quits. Us legit players will have to sit through it when it gets stuck. These should NEVER turn out to be a "draw". Give the win to the person who showed up and didn't leave.

    Hard for people to comprehend stuff — (I have done PvP game modding so don't try to troll or gaslight me, k?) Players are using trainers. The cards highlight white when the other players are looking at it, but only one "section" at a time can highlight at a time. When everything on their board flickers, or their deck skips, you can see that they're using a shuffle trainer, and you can tell they are randomizing their hand by clicking a menu option. It's why every turn they take is an extra 15-20 seconds from a "normal" turn. This is most apparent when they start to run down the timer and then you see their cards flicker 3 times, then they suddenly have a perfect response for everything, and typically they'll either win in the next 2 or 3 turns, or (rarely but I have seen it and, again, I won't be gaslighted) they'll attempt to cast a spell without paying its cost (probably an "untested" option on the trainer that comes with a warning) and they'll auto-concede.

    I've seen this in about 20% of games I play. I am familiar with how scripting works (C++, Angelscript, etc.) and how mods can adjust data through a keypress interface. If you want to know more about how trainers work, GOOGLE THEM. It's VERY EASY to find out what they are. MTGA trainers are not public, because (in case you didn't know) there are locked forums that post links to download things via dark web. I have been in PvP clans before and saw these firsthand, and it's absolutely not a new thing. Even within the locked forums you have to reply with a "Thank you" or upvote their post in order to see their links.

    Now that I've explained for the greener folks, I should assume that some the ones who do know also work for the digital game team, and are probably instructed to deny and ignore, because while people are using trainers to win (this is highly likely, so let's just accept that it's worth looking into), they may not be using it to get certain store items for free. Perhaps they're still paying real world money, and I think that's the only reason the dev team is pretending it's not a real issue.

    Problem is, your less enfranchised players take up the majority of your customer base. We're the ones who have to constantly put up with losing to people who are probably as abusive and disrespectful in real life (another story; bullying is just wrong) because we simply don't do microtransactions.

    This company has to get it together if they want the game to last a while. Some of us who are very capable of collectively impacting things are really starting to get fed up, and I, for one, hate that I even have to think that way.

    Maybe do something.

19. Daft reward packs and mastery packs opened but no cards from the packs have went into my collection.

20. My Creature Appears on Opponent's Side after Battle

    My creature attacked, was blocked, then my opponent and I both cast instants. My opponent conceded before damage was dealt.

    After the game, my creature appeared on my opponent's side of the battlefield as if it was under their control when the game ended.
