How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Latest decklists link
The latest decklists advertisement on the main homepage doesn't link anywhere. I have clicked it a million times and it just does nothing. All the other pages on the scrolling main window at least open a browser, although several of those lead to 404 not found web addresses also.

Sleeve missing, other old problems.
hi, as per the file, the bro sleeve, purchased with the mastery, is missing: as a network system administrator, I think the pointer to the file in the database is missing.
Also, almost every time you open a booster pack, you don't see cards below 4 in your summary, so you don't know when you have a boost in your collection.

Unable to login
- Steps : I run the app on my IPhone. The loading screen start and then a message is displayed and can’t connect to the game.
- I am currently playing on IPhone.
- I can’t connect to the game or play.
- I want to be able to connect and play.
- I added screenshots Ps: I tried almost any way possible to work around this and nothing seem to work

connectivity
Hi,
I have good internet but the game suddenly lost connectivity. I was waiting more than a minute to find another player to play a draft match, but it was taking that long that I restarted the game. When I finally got back in, I had an extra game lost on the draft which I even didn't enter. Could it be possible remove that lost from the draft?

Application Memory 52 gb - MEMORY LEAK
I am trying to edit a deck and when I click on the pet to change it, the client freezes and crashes. My system shows that Arena is using 52 gb of application memory (this is repeatable, not just once). There is a bad memory leak in the current version.

Format change
Between Matches the game switches formats without me choosing. And I unwillingly play alchemy without choosing to.

Settings buttons are slow, exiting the game crashes the app
I would recommend using an error and performance monitoring tool like Sentry.io
Using this tool you can identify these issues and resolve them quickly.1 vote -

Failure to maintain server connection for starters.
So. You fix "loading initial scene" followed by connection failure. Followed by repeated failure to connectcto server. Two updates. Zero ability to play on a device claimed to be supported. Customer support directed me to use the FAQ and follow the suggested actions. After my initial email stated I had done so before filing a bug report.

Data Log Files Exceeding Upper Limit to Successfully Log Compliant
Data Log Files Exceeding Upper Limit to Successfully Log Compliant. When I try to upload a Data Log file to register a complaint against a player who is roping then if I've been playing for several hours or days the Data Log File can exceed 200,000KB. I've concluded that about 40,000KB is the uppermost data that can be uploaded to the complaint register. My issue is why does WotC require all the data for every game since I commenced playing that day. If I do not turn my PC off for several days then the data file is huge. Doesn't…

Alchemy/Standard menu
Please change the default choice when selecting the menu back to Standard from Alchemy. If people wanted Alchemy you wouldn't have to trick people into playing it.

Two musics playing simultaneously
It happens to me two or three times, last time after a "match nul" (draw game ?): when entering the next match the music of the previous arena is displayed simultaneously with the new one ...

Missing UI images/elements after completing event
Finished a traditional draft on mobile (Nokia xr20) and encountered missing UI elements in the menus, leaving white blocks in their place. Restarting resolved the issue.
