How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can't log in authentication failed
Game keeps saying that servers aren't responding authentication failed 3/27/26 on android. Cleared data, restarted phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarting after each action.

System failing to authenticate my account or connect to the server so I can play
I played last night and when I woke up this morning it was buggy and not allowing me to enter the game so I closed the game and verified it and now it's not able to authenticate my account at all.

Triggers/Interactions that cause a card to display on the right side of the screen cause Denial of Service
Prior to the rollout of the TMNT set/scenery, this was not an issue.
What happens:
A card will cause the opposing player to interact with the board/game somehow. For example, a card will cause the opposing player to mill two cards. The card will display on the right side of the screen, which is correct behavior: it's showing me what the player is supposed to do. The problem is this state of the game does not progress. Not Getting My Secrets of Strixhaven Pre-Order
I spent over $50 on a pre-order and it never showed up on the packs page prior to the release that I had even bought anything. I thought maybe it was just something that didn't really matter and I would still get the 50 packs I pre-ordered. But nothing. I did not get my packs. Just to make sure that it still counted as I bought it even though my screen is still telling me to "get packs" with nothing else on it, I checked yesterday to see if it was still in the store and it wasn't. Unable to Login Authentication failed Timeout
Since this morning I've been having trouble logging into the game, getting an 'unable to login: authentication failed for ' error.
Last night everything was working great! I've tried reinstalling it several times, trying to log in on my phone, checking the files, trying to log in on a different pc and about every random comment that’s seems to work for other people on threads that have had this problem but nothing has worked for me. My computer hasn’t had any windows updates or changes.

application can't be opened Error -50 (mac M1)
Cant open/login to the game. Tried between 15:00-15:35 GMT+1. Server status for Mac is "Operational".

Threshold indicator on Shoreline Looter doesn't work
Shoreline Looter has a Threshold ability that activates when there are 7 or more cards in the graveyard. However, the indicator on the corner of the card doesn't change from 0, despite there being multiple cards in the graveyard and the ability being active. This only happens with Shoreline Looter; other creatures with Threshold (in the same deck) don't have this problem, which has happened to me in PC and Android during Standard Play and Sparky matches.

Numbers aren't readable
Hello,
After the most recent Arena update I downloaded on my Android phone, numbers only apart as white boxes and some text is blurred. I've included pictures to illustrate.7 votes -
Bug
When loading the game, text and images are not displaying properly. Text on cards is not legible, and important game info like life totals and planeswalker loyalty is covered by white boxes. This impacted my gameplay and led to me losing matches in my powered cube draft.

Sparky Not Going Away
There are already countless reports about this… Sparky appears every time I open the home screen, “What an adventure, you’ve got a quest” and so on. I’ve completed the tutorials. I’ve completed quests. This is seriously frustrating.

Sparky Bug
I am having an issue with Sparky though. I have reached Rank 3 in the spark rank, but the quest won't complete.
As a result, I am constantly harassed by Sparky at the home screen.

Fullscreen setting doesn't stick
On Windows 10, playing game through Steam for PC, when I change the graphics setting to fullscreen it stays that way only for the tab you are on. For example, on the main game bar at the top you select the "Packs" tab and enable full screen it will remain that way while on that tab. The moment you switch to another tab such as "Home" or "Store" it will revert to a windowed version of the game when it gathers data from the server. Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in

Can't join the game
Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ? Stuck on “waiting for the server”
The game will not let me in at all. Upon starting the application it stays on “waiting for the server” FOREVER. Eventually the main menu music starts playing in the background, but the menu never appears. I restarted my macbook, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried logging in on my phone… nothing. I can’t get in anywhere. The status page says “all systems operational.” This is ridiculous.

During Best of 3 (BO3) sideboarding sometimes top UI menu crashes to white
When sideboarding in BO3 sometimes UI will "crash to white". The top bar becoming nigh-unreadable.
The effect will remain until the next restart of the game.

Sparky fix
Problem: Sparky which is intended as a feature for new players shows up if it is accidently triggered in the codex. This is not intended design and a lot of players are complaining here in the feedback forums and on the Steam forums and probably everywhere else too. It is, an issue.
Fix:
-Take 30 to 60 minutes for reading the "Loading initial scene".
-Identify the "Sparky call function".
-Open "notepad.exe".
-Add "BREAK" to Sparky's function.
