How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

New deck quest error
When I first logged in I got notifications of new cards that I received. It looked like what happens when you earn a new deck through the quest, but the deck doesn't show up in my starter deck list.
I then completed the new deck quest and got no rewards and the quest is on cool down.
I am on mobile.

Brawl Format Commanders Too Repetitive
don’t ever want to be one to complain. I want people to play magic as much as the next person. If your check my account, I play more than 95% of people. I support the game in both paper and virtual. I have loved this game for quite some time.
I say all that to follow it with this. The status of historic and normal brawl in arena is awful. For anyone trying to be creative or just get into the game, some of the recent 5 color commanders have become so normalized and repetitive that’s is so discouraging to…

Missing Mythic Rare and Uncommon Reward Cards
I purchased the Dominaria United Mastery Pass at level 1 and now I’m level 29 and haven’t received any of my Mythic Rare or Uncommon Reward Cards. I have gotten everything else as far as I’ve noticed.

Cards with no title, type and characteristics
When I play a game or set deck I can't see the type and the characteristics of the card.

Mythic pack opening
I just opened a Dominaria united Mythic pack and instead of receiving a mythic card I received a rare wildcard as my top prize, not a mythic card or even a mythic wildcard

Deck Shows Incorrect Wildcards Required
I have imported a deck called "Mono Black Mid" which I want to complete construction of with Wildcards.
The deck itself is "highlighted" with the coloured Lotus which indicates it should be able to be constructed. In addition, hovering over the deck indicates the following Wildcards are needed to complete the deck : -
* Common 1 (I have 49)
* Uncommon 8 (I have 56)
* Rare 15 (I have 25)
* Mythic 11 (I have 11)Every time I try to construct this deck I get an error message "Not Enough Wildcards - You don't have enough wildcards…

mythic reward card mastery pass missing
Hello, I just bought the mastery pass for this season and I should of had 2 mythic card from buying the mastery pass( im currently level 15) and i didnt receive the mythic card reward for level 8 and level 11.
Please help

First time searching for a card in collection or deckbuilder takes an extremely long time
Something seems to have changed with the Dominaria United update which has made the search function worse. The first time you search for a card using the search text field in the collection or deckbuilder takes a huge amount of time. After that, it seems ok. In previous builds, it never took anywhere near this long for the first search.

Paradox engine broken combo
I see it's a felt issue: I've been playing against an artifact deck using Paradox engine, I don't mind losing, I would just like to play. After 4th round he took a 5 min long turn repeating the same combo over and over again where I had no say in anything. Either you ban it or you make it something like "congratulations, you win the game". At least we won't lose more time.

Goldspan Dragon uncraftable
I am unable to find Goldspan Dragon in any way. I've tried searching with any code I could think would maybe work, then just searched dragon and set the filter to red. No Goldspan Dragon in the game, yet my opponents seem to have a never ending supply?

Deck Renaming [bug]
(version: Windows PC)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Rename a deck same name as an existing deck you own.What I get:
Endless loop of error message: "Deck name already in use" when you try to close the window.Expected resault:

Cards missing names
Cards are missing names and numbers. Can't se the amount of friends online. Restarted the game and PC severeal times.

バグか判断が付かないため、こちらのフォームにて失礼いたします。
以前もご連絡させて頂いたのですが、未だ直っていないようですので再度ご連絡いたします。『渦巻く霧の行進』日本アーティスト版のカードスタイルにて、日本人アーティスト名が未表記となっているようです。
これはバグなのでしょうか、それとも意図的なものでしょうか。
担当アーティストより直接確認を取るべきでしょうか。

Starter decks bugged in new season
The starter decks for the season that just started are bugged and unplayable. At least 5 decks can't be played. See screenshot.

Color challenge Network error cannot
Color Challenge: Network Error
With the rotation of what is standard, I went to update my decks for basic play and I can only use the basic starter decks. I used to be able to update these decks and all I receive is this network error saying unable to update.
I cannot play other players with basic starter decks, unless I just feel like getting destroyed every day all day. Brawl decks I can edit just fine. Standard 60-card deck play through color challenge though does not let me do anything.

Tagesangebot karte gekauft und kann nicht ins deck aufgenommen werden
Hallo, ich hab mir heute eine karte im Tagesanbot mit juwelen gekauft und ich kann sie nicht in mein deck aufnehmen. Es handelt sich um die karte Rith, befreiter Urzeitdrache. Ich habe den karten stil gekauft und weiss nicht ib ich die karte nur dann verwenden kann wenn ich die normale auch habe ider ob es reicht den karten stil zu kaufen weil es wird nirgendwo gesagt das ich die karte dann nicht spielen kann. Mfg

Cards in Premier Draft Dominaria United with no names, types, or power/toughness
All card names, types, and power/toughness were missing when I did a premier draft of Dominaria United... Do I get my gems back for this? They still aren't visible when I go to create my deck...

Can't select older sets for Explorer
During deckbuilding, older sets in the "Historic" category cannot be selected in advanced filters for Explorer decks. This includes sets such as Ravnica Allegiance or Throne of Eldraine that are legal in Explorer.

Deckbuilder Card Search Function
Is there any way you can increase the speed in which the Card Search function returns results in the Deck Builder?
The first time I search for a card with a particular word in it, it takes about a minute or so before Arena returns any results. After that, it seems to work very quickly. Is there any explanation for this?

Mac picking pet crashes
When you are on Mac and try to change your pet in a deck, the game crashes every time
