starter deck dual
I have just returned to magic arena after a long time of not playing. In my starter decks section I have the 5 mono colour starter decks and one of the starter dual decks, red/green. The starter dual decks event says I've won 3 times with each deck, yet I have none of the other decks in my deck collection or starter deck collection. I've tried playing each of the decks and winning 3 times again but it does not unlock any additional cards. This makes it pretty much impossible for me to start playing again as all my old…

Stopped receiving new rare cards
Cannot receive new (not yet collected) rare cards in LOTR. I only receive rares that I already have one copy of. Also in The MoM set, I stopped receiving all rares. There are approximately 15 uncollected remaining, but I only get gems.
Mythics seem to be delivered normally.

Removing card with active text filter reruns the filter
Using the full deck (horizontal) layout, you can press the UP arrow and type stuff to filter your decks contents. Filtering Brawl decks in particular is very slow (much much slower than a simple text search should ever be! - it should take less than a second), so you don't want to do it too much.
If you remove a card when you have an active text filter, instead of simply removing that card and leaving the rest of the layout as is, it seems to want to re-run the entire filter again. This is a massive waste of time,…

88 Rares in LTR Collection.
There is an error in the Lord of the Rings collection databases, it states that there are 88 rare cards in the collection, when in reality there are 80. In this way, it is impossible to complete 100% of the collection, since that there would always be 8 cards missing.
I hope they correct the error as soon as possible.

Wild Card Crafting System
I had an idea for making the most out of the cards you earn and the rarities tied to those cards. I understand the idea of using wild cards to make more cards, but what about vice-versa? By scrapping unwanted or banned cards from your collection in order to get more wild cards, though it could be seen as broken, it would circumvent the overflow of unused cards in a players collection and make deckbuilding more flexible. its just a thought to make the game a little more breezy.

cards not being awarded

Import Deck Failure
Annex Sentry is part of Arena no?
Can we maybe have a change where is skips “invalid” cards and goes onto the next and gives a “report” of lines that were “invalid” after the fact?

Deck non reçu après plusieurs victoire (deck starte bi-color)
Bonjour,
Alors voilà, étant débutant je suis à l'étape ou je dois battre dans adversaires avec les 10 decks bi colors qu'Arena nous fournis, il est noté qu'après chaque victoire d'au moins un d'entre eux, vous gagner le deck dans votre collection perso mais j'ai constaté qu'après 2 victoires avec le même deck (charge) je n'ai pas gagné le deck ! est-ce normal ou le problème vient de moi ?

PS : Je tiens à préciser que ma compagne qui a commencé en même temps que moi à jouer a Magic, à exactement le même problème.

Gold packs include banned cards
When opening the gold packs you can still get banned cards, these also don't get reimbursed with a wildcard (As they usually do when the card gets banned and you have them in your collection).

Bug: Arena freezes during deck edit
Bug: Repro with the following steps:
1. Edit a deck
2. Choose horizontal card layout
3. Click the up-arrow to hide the collection
4. Click the down arrow to reveal the collection
5. Click the advanced filter buttonAt this point, Arena is frozen and will not respond to any interaction.

Cards not being added to collection
Cards from packs I opened are not being added to my collection. I have suspected this since Lord of the Rings came out but have not caught it for sure. Todays I proved it. I bought a pack, it had Eomer, Marshal of Rohan in it. I closed the screen showing the cards and immediately looked at my collection. That card did not show as a new card, and when I checked for it by specifically looking at only my LOTR cards, that card was not in there. I then searched for that specific card, shows I have zero. Can't preview card styles for backsides
I believe this is a bug since we used to be able to do this.
Previewing a card style of a double sided card in deck builder only shows the front side. And it has the text "This permanent is not double-faced and cannot transform".

Purchased the new card style for Overgrown Farmland. Its not showing up as an option in the deck builder.

Account hacked?
Hello. Something strange has happened to my account. Two days ago one of my decks disappeared from my deck list. I checked my ganeplay history and the games I played with this deck since 1st of July are not listed. But the strangest thing is that yesterday I realised that some of my wildcards have also disappeared. I had about 180-190 rare wildcards and now I only have 163. Has my account been hacked? Thanks.

Slow deck editing
Deck editing has gotten very slow since the update. When trying to remove a card from a deck it takes 9 -12 seconds to remove. This happens on all 3 of my household’s windows computers. It does not happen on my IPhone.

Rebalanced cards deselected alt arts in decks
When you updated some cards eg Queza with their rebalanced versions, if they were in a deck, they lost any alt art selections that were in place with them.
Expected: do not change peoples alt art selections inside their decks.

Favorite Cards
Just being able to select certain cards as favorites, then go find them in a space marked for favorites. The best way would probably be just adding a button to the top of the deck builder by the color/land buttons, then make it like a star or something, and similarly having a small star button on the cards themselves.

Battle Preview doesn't show proper "Transform Into" if there is a card skin applied to the battle.

Llanowar Elves missing Parallax Art Style
I put in a code a long time ago to unlock the Llanowar Elves parallax art style and I can't select it. I have already checked the code again and it was redeemed. I installed the app, restarted the app, and still no art style for my card. I have unlocked the Elves from the various sets and I can't change any of them.
