How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Cloud Key from packs and quick draft not going to my library
For some reason, the Cloud Key artifact is not showing up in my library. I just drew one from a pack and went to check my library to make a deck with it. I was unable to search for it and thought that was odd since I bought many brother's war and already had several, including this last one. A few days ago, I also picked one for use in my quick draft deck. However, they are all missing and I can't find them at all. Please help, anyone also experiencing this?

Where is my cards
Where is my cards? I buying many cards and using Mastery XP but I don't receive the cards. Fix the issue please. Long time the same problem. I wasting my time and money 😡

Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter
Using Liberator as your Standard Brawl commander only let's you use plains for deckbuilding and only if you use the suggest lands button. Technically you should only be able to use colorless land? bug?

some Cards from new brothers of War packs not added to collection
I have had four cards so far that were issued from packs in the new brothers of war that were not added to my collection, and do not even show up under uncollected. Self assembler is one and omnithopter is another. there were two others, but I did not write them down at the time.

draft
Picked a "Blitz Atomaton" from draft, the screen went black and I wasn't able to pick my next card for the next two picks of the draft. I was given random cards and the draft continued then as normal.

missing gladiator deck
I tried to access the new format, but I'm missing the pre-made gladiator decks. In my 'Decks' tab there is no folder beside 'My decks' and 'Starter decks'

Wildcards are awful
Wildcards are extremely hard to come by, even if you spend money in the game, but they're the only sure way to get specific cards. I recently put over $100 into the game and hardly got any rare wildcards. Even my vault barely budged, not that a filled vault gives much. The worst part is if you craft cards that don't end up working out, you are seriously out of luck. No other way to test cards and no way to refund. It feels like the game is designed to only allow the wealthy to actually play. (The new golden…

Gladiator: Unable to use some lands
I've made a gladiator deck, but I included basic lands with art by Rebecca Guay. Because of this I couldn't play in the gladiator event. I thought we could use all cards in MTG arena in gladiator. I fixed my deck by replacing those basic lands with newer ones.

Retro Artifact collection bug
I purchased some BRO packs and I received a card with the icon of a gem saying that I already collected all the mythic cards in the retro set, but looking at my collection that's not the case!

3rd time i buy a pack and i can't find it later in my collection
It just happened again, same shi* different buys, i just buy the "reckless fireweaver" red card in 800 gold and it doesn't shows up in my collection. I figure that you aren't going to fix this bug uh. It's ok, you're just making people uncomfortable with the game and reducing the amount of people who puts their real money on it.

favorite deck symbol
Love the Favorite tag option for decks in your collection, but instead of the "Heart" symbol, Might we get the Magic the Gathering Logo instead (the Spiked leaf one)? it would be more fitting.

Bug
I noticed when I was trying to build a deck that the card Shadow Born Apostle has text saying "a deck can have any number of cards named Shadow Born Apostle" but upon further inspection, I have found that you may only add a maximum of four to any deck. Unlike Rat Colony and Persistent Petitioners, that state the same, it does not function the same.

Singleton Deckbuilding issue.
Singleton format no longer available in select list (dropdown filter).
Old decks still have selected "Singleton" format
When new deck is created, singleton format is not available.

Stops responding constantly when trying to create a new deck
Whenever I search for a card or finish a deck it will stop responding and sometimes even crash.

Missing Cards / I just only can get Cards with Boosters the Ones are missing
I I think I can only unlock cards in the library through boosters. Nixilis would have to be free by code. Argoth about the Master tree. Onis as a reward for MIdweek Magic. and many more. I'm pretty angry because I've already invested money, my desire is completely gone when I can only unlock cards with boosters.

Mobile deck building bug
Android Mobile deck building won't save decks. App waits for the server and a time-out error occurs. Multiple attempts will lead to loss of server connection and app needs to reconnect. The deck cannot be saved or created.
