How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

False advertising. I wasted time and gold only to find out that it was an unlabeled phantom draft. Fix your game WOTC!

Yargle false labeling
Yargle Event was misleading! No where did it say phantom draft! When I finished the third event, then it changed the instructions and said it was a phantom event. Had I known from the start it was phantom then I would never have sign up! I feel like I was cheated out of 3 events and 3000 gold.

Selection stuck during draft -- screen auto re-sizing
I am using a PC and this occurred in a premier draft.
While drafting a mixed-up premier draft. In pack 3 pick 1, the auto selection tool chose the land from the land slot but not the auto-selection blue banner like it was tentative, full on reserved it as if I had clicked on it. I attempted to pick murder, but could not switch it. I attempted to click on many cards, drag one to my deck, switch the view, and change the resolution before the timer ran out and provided me the auto-selected pick. Log provided. It went back…

Broken Prize Redemption Link
I won 1x The Hobbit Collector Booster Box in the recent Arena Direct. My prize redemption email arrived today, but the link is broken. Clicking the magenta REDEEM button (or copying the URL and pasting it into a browser) leads me to the page in the attached image. For that reason, I have not yet been able to claim or redeem this prize.

In the last two days, I’ve lost the rank up awards for constructed silver, gold and platinum. I am on IOS, on an iPad.

Riddles in the Dark
I received the notification for the third riddle, answered it correctly, but there was no reward. I went ahead and answered what I could anticipate as the rest of the riddle answers. These were all accepted, but I received neither the notification after the 3rd notification, not any of the corresponding rewards. Hours later, I received the 3rd riddle reward, but no new notification for the 4th riddle. The riddle answers are no longer accepted when I enter them, presumably because I did previously.

Sparky’s Challenge
Piattaforma: iPad
Problema: bloccato nella Sfida di Sparky, impossibile riscattare la ricompensa della 3ª vittoria, di conseguenza non riesco a sbloccare Classificata/Brawl
è un bug noto elencato nella loro “Known Issues List” (“Sparky’s Challenge is disabled before user can claim 3rd win reward”)

Companions in brawl are broken
Companions in Brawl are not visible, not usable. Companion restrictions are still in place for deckbuilding

arena disconnect
Yet another frustrating experience with Magic Arena. I was making a pick in a hobbit Premium Draft when the Arena server simply disconnected me during the third pack, messing up my picks and ruining my playing experience. I closed and relaunched the game, but when I opened the menu, it looked like what you see in the second image. Note: I was playing while on Discord, as I usually do, and my connection never dropped or lagged.

Network error in premier draft
A network error occurred during a Premier Draft during card selection. After the error cleared, all subsequent cards were automatically selected, and the game froze at the end of the deck selection without sending me to the deck editing screen.

Draft drop unable to reconnect
Was in pack 2 of a Reality Fracture premier draft in the PC client and connection to server was lost at approximately 8:13pm est. Exited game and attempted to restart to join the draft again, but arena sat on "checking for updates" for a minute before giving me an error message. After this happened twice, I restarted my computer. As it restarted, I was able to connect into the draft on the android version of the client and make my last 3 picks

Survey not loading
I got randomly selected and got an email to do a survey. It got me excited because I like surveys. But when I went to the site by clicking more info, it did not send me there or it said can't find survey. Please fix. Love surveys!

Here’s what SUCKS about hidden achievements:
Terrible design: Opponents concede before you can complete "Extremely Lost."
Because they are hidden, no one knows about them, so you can’t expect any mercy from players.
Grinding these achievements is pure agony.

iOS draft packs disappear if pick timer runs down while zooming in on card
iOS drafting bug while zooming in on cards during draft
Recreate by Drafting on an iPad
Press and hold a card allowing you to zoom in
Allow pick timer to run out
Expect to see new pack
Result is cards are not displayed at all and you cannot make a pick
Only known fix is rebooting loosing time in the draft1 vote -
Alchemy Deck Duels Event - Airborne Artifacts - Unable to submit deck
When you try to submit the "Airborne Artifacts" deck in the "All Alchemy Deck Duels" event, it returns a Network Error and says "Unable to submit deck. Please try again later."

Alchemy All Decks Duel Event cannot submit "Elven Legions" deck
Tried the new Alchemy Event with All Decks available. The event won't let me submit the deck "Elven Legions". Instead, I get an error message "Unable to submit deck, Network Error". All the other decks in the event seem to be working just fine.

Draft Pick not selecting
In my Reality Fracture Contender draft on PCI was unable to select card to draft, the computer defaulted on the land card in two different instances. I've included the logs from both instances. It's hard to make a competitive deck when you are forced to select 2 different lands instead of any other card for 2 of your packs.
