How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Crashed during draft
I was playing quick draft and the client stop responding. Causing me to concede the match after no actions could be taken

プレミアムドラフトのピックエラー
プレミアムドラフトのピック中に、カードテキストを確認しカードをピックしようとしたところ、カードが消えそのターン中その位置にあったカードがピック出来なくなりました。(放置した場合そのカードがピックされるのではなく別のカードがピックされました)

Bug where Arena searches for an opponent then immediately kicks you out and cannot reconnect until you've "Abandoned"
In New Capenna premier draft after winning a game and requeue within a minute the next match will search for an opponent and the game will crash, kick me out and when I try to rejoin it will not let me get back into the game and the game will continue crashing until I've abandoned the match. I can then log back in with no problem. This eventually made me lose in an event and currently given me one loss in my next draft.

Streets of new capena sealed event
Playing my sealed event 1 had 2 wins and 1 loss. I played this morning my 4th match which i lost but it took me straight to 3 losses, gave me the gems and packs for winning 2 matches and kicked me out. Couldn’t even screenshot it or anything. Please i would like some type of reimbursement or help on this matter

Deck stats error during draft
I was starting a draft, and clicked to see the deck stats. After that, the client didn't allowed me to return to the draft, so I had to close MTGArena through the task manager, making me lose the first 11 picks of pack 2, and randomizing almost 1/3 of my draft deck, since it took longer than usual to reboot the mtga client.
Right on the first New capenna draft. Very disapointing.1 vote -
The game just during a Draft game
At the beggining of the fight I was About to play my first Land and the game just crashes.
Here Are some screenshots, you can see nothing changes for minutes, I close the app.... I expert full compensation, thank you.1 vote -

IMH Mastery Pass not giving Rewards
I did not get the 2 uncommon or 2 mythic rare reward cards for passing level 9 of the new Innistrad Midnight Hunt Mastery pass nor did I receive the rewards from level 3 and level 7. No reward screen is coming up to show what is earned along with the missing button to "claim". I have not seen this at all so far on this Mastery Pass. Also, the small notification beacon under the "Packs" option at the top has been missing, even if you have new packs waiting to be opened. Less of an issue, but an issue…

Game Crash during Quick draft
I was in my second match in kamigawa quick draft and suddenly had a crash and loose the game, without no idea of why it happened. My opponent and i were at 20+ life points, and there were no reason to why it happened.

Kicked out of arena event
PC
I joined an Explorer event yesterday before i knew about the que issue and when i logged in today im no longer in the event and my money has been taken. I did not retire from the event and would like the gold back for the event

premier Draft Pick bug
プレミアドラフトで画面のどこをクリックしても反応がなくなり、カードをピックできませんでした。

Did not switch to my turn in premier draft
On Android in premier draft. Client showed it was opponents turn. Timer went down and it didn't switch to my turn. I logged out and logged in and it recorded it as a loss. Please refund my gems

frozen draft
Client frozen during ranked draft.
Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

draft rápido
Antes de começar a edição "Ruas de Nova Capena" eu havia começado um draft rápido. Hoje após o lançamento da atual edição fui continuar o mesmo draft, porém ocorreu um erro de rede. Acredito que seja pela atualização do sistema. Gostaria de voltar a jogar, ou que me devolvessem as gemas gastas para entrar no evento. Desde já agradeço.
