How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can't sideboard in standard metagame challenge
I was 4-0 in the metagame challenge, and would easily won my last match, but I lost because there is a bug that don't allow me to sideboard. I was with a RW tokens needing to put my hasters to win a game against a mill deck, and I couldn't get out my sunfalls. really, I lost at least 4 hours playing this tournament to lose like that.

draft
Client stops working when trying to log into any kind of draft. Specifically stops working when I try and start. Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts. Would just like my 10,000 gold back as it seems like it will leave the que soon. But would also like this fixed soon as I really like to draft and I just cannot draft.

Incorrectly given 3rd loss in draft
I was in a bloomburrow premier draft and won my fourth game to give me a record of 4-2. After the match when I returned to the main screen, I had correctly been awarded the win but had also received my third loss.

Mastery xp not adding
Mastery xp from weekly xp quest is not adding to my mastery pass total.

Premier Draft Win/Lose Bug
I was playing on my desktop (Win 10), and I played 5 games with 4 wins and 1 loss in total. But I suddenly found that my draft result was 4 wins with 2 losses. This display bug frustrated me, cause if I didn't notice that and kept playing, only one more loss would end this draft, which was supposed to be two. The records of 17 lands that I attached prove that I only played 5 games and I won 4 of them, which made the "4 wins with 2 loses" result in MTGA ridiculous. This would cause me…

Pauper and Artisan formats
Hello.
Would it be possible to have more pauper and artisan formats?
Like with each new set rolling in, a pauper or artisan event would be available for that set (or for couple latest sets).Not to mention I would really appreciate seeing those for all time, even as non-ranked plays.

Traditional Draft Resign
After losing one match in Traditional Best of Three Bloomburrow Draft, I was no longer able to play in the event I drafted for, despite that being only my second match of the three I should have had. I would like to be reimbursed if possible.

Unable to find Ranked Constructed Events
When I hit play I have no options to play Ranked Standard BO1; or ranked explorer or Alchemy or whatever
I see what you're suggesting. I'm not in tutorial mode. Just when I go to events I can see Standard Event... but I don't have access to the ranked constructed events; just unranked.
I have no access to any ranked constructed events. I've played Alchemy Events, Standard Events and my ranking doesn't change.
I was able to find ranked individual games in the play tab - but not ranked events

NEW FROG SHOP IS TRASH, MAKE EVENTS FREE, THIS IS NOT MTGO THANKS.
New frog shop is trash, just make events free, i have to pay to partecipate in an event, it doesn't make sense to lock an event behind a paywall, it's rather frustrating, and predatory in it's execution.

jump in event stuck
jump in event button "play" became 'home' for a long time, but no fix and replay, click home will turn to main home page, plz fix it!

Shadow of the Second Sun Skips Post-Combat Main Phase
- Play Shadow of the Second Sun in pre-combat main phase.
- Post-combat main phase begins, triggering the aura.
- After the extra phase trigger resolves, it just skips to the end of turn.
The bug happens consistently, got some straight losses due to this one. Please fix it asap, thank you.

Unable to take game action
Opponent passed turn, I was unable to take any game actions or cast spells. Turn tracker in bottom right was missing, my timer started ticking down. Restarted the app but by the time I got back in it had skipped my turn, lost game because of it

Cube Draft TriLand cant use
If you try to use Tri-Land card (Ex:Raffine's Tower) in a cube draft, it will look like this image and you won't be able to use it.

cant play triomes in chromatic cube
The triomes in the cube have a different art style so I can't put them in my deck despite this event should be phantom. I don't own the triomes and I don't want to pay 600 gems to get an art upgrade for a phantom event ????

Jump in Event - stuck
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still showing…64 votes -
Win recorded as loss
I was playing OTJ draft with two losses and 0 wins. I won my next match but the app recorded both 1 loss and 1 win. Since that totaled 3 losses, I’m not able to continue.

Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game
I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…7 votes -
Bug: Repulsive Mutation
I cast Repulsive Mutation, X=1, with an opponent's Topiary Panther on the stack. I had a 3 power creature, and they had 2 mana open. I clicked my creature, clicked the Panther on the stack... and nothing. My opponent paid no mana, there was no red "wub wub wub" notification said the spell couldn't be countered, it simply resolved.
My best guess is what happened is that the client failed to register me clicking on the Topiary Panther and simply... did not warn me, which caused me very directly to lose the game. This shouldn't happen, for multiple reasons.
