How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can't switch Deck in Jump-In - jumps to Deck editing
I went to select the deck, then editing, then I think I clicked on Decks and Collection. Once I was back at the Jump-In, every time I click on the deck, it brings me back to the deck editing; I restarted the client and it didn't solve the issue.

Malfunctioning in several card effects during draft
I've been having issues with the correct functioning of several cards during draft in different matches, in the log of the corresponding match it is possible to see problems such as "cackling observer" was used by an opponent to exile "virtue of persistance", when the "cackling observer was removed from the field, it was never offered the option to choose the cards, also when when "elspeth conquers death" reached its third counter once again it was never offered the option to choose the cards, i have seen bugs many times which also made me stop with the game for a…

MH3 Premier Draft Game Crash
I tried playing a match in premier draft on IOS. A couple of turns into the game, I was disconnected to the server and the game crashed. By the time I returned to the game, I had timed out. I thoughts it was a connection issue even though I had full connection to the internet. I tried a new match and this issue repeated itself. I know it is an app issue because the performance of my other apps running have not changed.

Bug: Report a Problem in your Event
I played a quickdraft today and in the last match the connection with the server disappaered (see screenshot ending with magic). After I was able to log on again the boardstate was changed in such a way that I was lost.
No problem I thought I just report a problem with my event. When I go to that page, they ask to log on to report a ticket. So i try, i get redirected to my account page logged on, however if I try to go to the place where I have to log the ticket I am logged out…

Unable to find Ranked Constructed Events
When I hit play I have no options to play Ranked Standard BO1; or ranked explorer or Alchemy or whatever
I see what you're suggesting. I'm not in tutorial mode. Just when I go to events I can see Standard Event... but I don't have access to the ranked constructed events; just unranked.
I have no access to any ranked constructed events. I've played Alchemy Events, Standard Events and my ranking doesn't change.
I was able to find ranked individual games in the play tab - but not ranked events

I won my 4th game in quick draft but it was registered as a loss
I participated in Quick Draft and was at 3-2 when I won my match. Although the victory was displayed on the screen, it incorrectly registered as a loss, ending my run prematurely. I used gems to enter and played on a PC.

再度、マッチングを試みると別の方とマッチングする

Constant Disconnects during Draft Events
Constant disconnects from the server during draft events. Disconnects during the draft itself causes auto-picking of cards, and disconnects during games in the event cause turns to be skipped. Both of these inevitably result in match losses for the paid event.

card style reward
I participated in the Midweek Magic: Explorer Showcase, and at the end I was rewarded with a card style. I was given a card style for Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero. What is currently in my collection for the card style, is just the same card style as the original. Is this intentional? Is there no parallax or other sort of styling? Why is this a reward then? I feel cheated, and I'm not even sure how exactly, I'm just sure the exact same art and visual presentation is not a "card style" and it definitely isn't a reward.

Jump In event.... AGAIN!!!!!
How is this still a bug? I stopped playing this app almost a year ago because of this. I've entered so many times in the Jump In event and can't get passed 2 even after resigning and winning several more matches. I've posted a ticket in the past and not a single response. This needs to be fixed or just remove the event completely so we can progress.

Hideaway cover charge is ridiculous, unclear and far too expensive
Drop cover charge for Hideaway. This promotion having a 25 dollar cover charge and still limiting the only item of value (draft token) to one is absolutely ridiculous. I saved up for my token thinking it was a nice promotion only to find that I would have to spend two drafts worth of gems just for the privilege to buy it?
This is the first time I've ever left feedback but this is upsetting. The level of greed here is truly unbelievable.

July 2024 Updating Starter Deck Duel decks
The new updated Starter Decks have been a breath of fresh air. I've enjoyed playing with every deck, except for the Red/White Discovery deck. Every other deck has a reasonable mana curve of 1- and/or 2-drops, but the Discover deck only has two cards it will gladly play on turn 2, which puts this deck significantly behind in the game against every other deck.
Whoever built this deck probably wanted to maximize the discover 3 mechanic, but failed to remember that the deck still needs a good curve to operate. The deck needs to tone down on some of the…

Jump-In refuses to build decks or let me resign
I've been playing Jump-In almost everyday lately until yesterday when after resigning to make a new deck I found that while I can select packets I it refuses to build the deck and the resign button is completely gone. This started to happen when I chose the five color packet titled "Spelunking" and has been stuck every since.
I've tried validating bundles and validating full games through steam, but nothing has resolved the issue.

プレミアドラフト中、相手の授与クリーチャーがエンチャントしているクリーチャーを除去したところ、授与クリーチャーが画面に存在しなくなり、画面に存在せず、対象にもとれない、ブロックもできないクリーチャーに殴られて負けました、さすがにひどいです、補填おねがいします

Uncommon instead of rare reward
I completed the MWM Chimil event and received an uncommon as my second reward, despite the event listing it as a guaranteed rare.
