How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Did not receive my rewards for Arena Direct Final Fantasy Play Booster box
Hi WoTC,
I had written in to seek assistance multiple times but your customer service representatives had never acknowledged or responded. I won 2 Final Fantasy Play Booster boxes via the Arena Direct event back in July 2025, and have since not heard from you on my reward, nearing half a year later. I wrote in multiple times providing the details and have not heard from you ever. What does it take for a company of your size to look into my request for clarification?

Mtg old series phantom draft
Would it be possible for you to do phantom quick drafts or phantom premier drafts with cards from older editions of Magic? (Such as Onslaught, Legions, Mirrodin, Kamigawa…for example)
This idea came to mind while looking back at the cards I had in the 2000s, and that it would be really cool to be able to re-draft old expansions to rediscover old mechanics and cards with lower power levels than current ones.1 vote -
Midweek Magic Gone?
It's Dec 11 and MWM hasn't shown up this week since I updated on Dec 9 and Sparky showed up again. Very disappointed I don't get to play it this week. Please fix.

Tutorial repetition
Each time I opened the home page, the tutorial flashed. Informing me that we are able to gain reward after meeting its request. And then it disappeared without any guidance. I'm sure that I have passed all tutorial. Unfortunately, I failed to start a dual in PC since the tutorial appeared. I failed to enter any game since the annoying tutorial flashed in the home page!

Immediate loss after connection problem premiere draft
I had a match in Premiere Draft and my internet connection went down for a few seconds. The game went immediately to the draft Interface and it showed 1 loss after I had connection again. There was no chance to get back into the match.

Premier Draft TLA Pack 1 missing from logs
The logs during Premier Draft TLA are missing the cards for Pack 1. This affects 17Lands and possibly other plugins.
Note there is no "SelfPick":1,"SelfPack":1,"PackCards" line in the log:

Crash
My game crashes frequently. This started some time in the last 7 days. The majority of the crashes happen right when a match is found. Not a huge issue as I can open the game again and get back into the match mostly. But recently it crashed then signed me out in the middle of a ranked draft match two separate matches which caused me to time out and lose and ultimately lose my draft run.

Weird amount of gold given and draft joined without player input
I closed the game earlier today and when I logged back in when I got home I received a reward of 300 gold, which I noticed was odd because as far as I know there’s no way to receive exactly 300 gold. Then I noticed that some of my gems were missing and as I was investigating I noticed that I had “started” a quick draft. The prompt is for me to resume drafting but I’m not clicking it for evidence. I have no idea how this occurred or why, it’s all very strange

Drafy problem
bject: Server Error During Premier Draft – Unfair Losses
Hello,
I would like to report an issue that happened today during a Premier Draft on PC. During two different matches, the game suddenly showed a “Server Error” while I was inside the match, and I was unable to reconnect both times. As a result, the system automatically counted both situations as losses, even though the errors were not on my side.Details:
Format: Premier Draft
Platform: PC
Date: Today
Issue: Server Error occurred twice during the match, unable to re-enter, both counted as losses

Traditional Standard Event has been missing for 15 days.
It’s missing on every platform. Has been since the Avatar set released. Just look at the Constructed events tab in Arena to see it’s not there. This is seriously ridiculous.

Modern Horizons 2 Limited Events/Draft
Dear MTG Arena Team!
I would like to inquire whether a Modern Horizons 2 Draft will be offered in MTG Arena in the foreseeable future. I have noticed that many cards from Modern Horizons 2 are already available in the client, which is why I am wondering whether a corresponding Limited event is planned or whether a date has already been set.
I would greatly appreciate a brief response regarding the current plans.

Wan Shi Tong, Librarian Bug
I was playing the arena direct event when the following happened: my opponent cast “wan shi tong”. After resolving but before the counters were placed on the creature, I cast “sold out,” exiling the creature. Despite not being able to place the counters on the creature, my opponent still drew multiple cards. This is incorrect. Wan shi tong reads “… put x plus one plus one counters on him. Then draw x cards…” this means you would have to put the counters on him prior to drawing the cards. Since the counters were never placed, the player should not draw…

December Qualifier Weekend
December Qualifier Weekend - Wrong dates/information displayed/provided.
The dates information provided via emails to qualified players and on the official webpage Qualifier Play-Ins and Qualifier Weekend Information (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/qualifier-play-ins-and-qualifier-weekend-information?utm_medium=playerinbox&utm_source=arena) seem to be erroneous.
As per the webpage and the screenshot provided, qualfier weekends usually hold "Day 1" on Saturdays and :Day 2" on Sundays. However, the dates indicated are December 12 (a Friday) and 13 (Saturday). This would mean that, as per the webpage, the BO3 qualifier play-in is on the same day as the qualifier itself... which doesn't make much sense.

DRAFT BUG
During a premier draft, I got disconnected, and when I came back the cards didn’t show up, but the timer kept running until I lost by timeout
