1. automatic loss in match while opponent times out

   I had started my first match of a draft and was waiting for my opponent to mulligan. I watched their timer go down and expected it to use a timeout. After waiting, I ultimately ended up with a Defeat despite their clock going down.

3. accidentally used draft token

   I was on the "Outlaws of Thunder Junction" premier draft on my Android phone. I didn't get a screenshot, but there was a floating coin in the middle of the screen. I looked like there was a UI bug with the "daily challenge" coins, and they were in the wrong place. I clicked on the floating coins and it triggered me to join the draft, eating my "draft token." I immediately canceled that since I did not want to use my draft token on this event, but it looks like it was consumed. You may want to look into this floating coin issue. Can I have my draft token back? I really wanted to save that for Blumburrow.

4. Starter Decks Not Adding to Account

   so, winning or losing has no effect on adding the starter decks from the starter event to my account. as per the "instructions" that disappear before you can even read them...

   This bug happened last year in WOE, and wizard only fixed half of it. It used to became 6-3, and now it became 7-3 lol.

6. During the draft pick, the picked card follows the cursor

   During the Premier Draft Throne of Eldraine, the Merfolk Secretkeeper that I picked on the fourth pick started to follow the cursor after a while. I believe this happened near the end of the first pack.

   After that, switching screens or opening the Options did not resolve the issue, and eventually, a bug occurred where the draft screen would not end. The attached images are screenshots taken at that time.

   As you can see in the second and third images, the Merfolk continues to follow the cursor even when switching cards or opening the Options.

   As a note, I was also sharing my screen on Discord at that time. I'm not sure if this is related.

7. Connection and server instability - Lost a lot of coins and diamonds and didn't refunded

   I've created a lot of tickets reporting bugs during events and just received has solved but nothing was refunded. See the attached image about the tickets!
   My id piro#68252. And i see others bugs that are like or have some similarity with bugs i'd reported on tickets. I wanna all my 20000 coins and 2000 gems expended on that!

8. Kicked me out of draft

   Not sure if this was posted before, but I received a loss in an ongoing draft after someone on my friend list sent me a challenge during a game. It force exited the game and did not allow me to return, leading to a loss.

11. Quest Rewards notification doesn't show the reward

    I finished daily quest of “Play 45 Lands” for 750 gold, 500 mastery xp and the ticket

    When the claim reward screen came up it gave me 750 gold and the ticket, but didn’t have the mastery xp in the claim reward.

    As well, the tips say can refill each daily quest once per day (“you can reroll ‘them’ once per day) yet I have only been allowed to reroll only 1 quest per day.

    The daily quests always give 500 mastery xp along with 500/750 gold, and now currently with MH3 they also give 45 tickets.

    Daily quests which you can have up to 3 at one time.
    And all 3 quests always give mastery xp.

    But this quest with the claim screen didn’t say I got it with the other 2 rewards that you get with doing a quest.
    Which I attached a screenshot of the play 45 lands quest that I completed and didn't get all the rewards.
    Here are the two other quests I have that show the rewards I should get when I complete them.

    So again. 3 screenshots all showing the 3 quests I had at the time. They all show mastery xp as a reward.

    The play 45 lands show that it is completed and that it rewards mastery xp, yet I did not get mastery xp in the claim screen, when it gave me the rewards.

    As well the daily wins don’t offer mastery xp after 9 wins (10-15 wins are gold or ICR), But that doesn’t stop you from completing one of the 3 quests you can have.

    I then it probably was a bug/visual glitch, and if can forward the issue to the correct people to check that issue.

    I was just playing MTGA quick draft arena and lost a game when I should not have lost at that time. The creature attacked with trample and was blocked by a greater defense number than power, yet trample damage went through like only one creature blocked, not two. Occured at about 3:53 PM Pacific.

    J'ai eu le message correspondant a une erreur réseau, mais le jeu n'arrivait pas a se reconnecter. C'est déjà la troisième fois que cela m'arrive, et cette fois j'ai des vidéos et screenshots (ou l'on voit que l'ordinateur est bien connecté a internet avec un réseau qui fonctionne, mais que malgré tout MtgArena ne parvient absolument pas a se reconnecter au point qu'il eu fallut que je redémarre la machine et non pas seulement le jeu). J'ai perdu mon inscription au draft après avoir redémarré evidemment.

    Jogo podre, medíocre.
    Os desenvolvedores tem zero respeito pelo jogador.
    Em partidas não que não seja de rank ou evento, é até aceitável na mão inicial faltar terreno, vir com terrenos demais, ou terreno só de uma cor, porém a brincadeira acaba , quando você gasta OURO ou GEMA, para jogar um evento/Draft. O algoritmo de vocês é pior que existe, ou vem um milhão de cópias de uma carta na mão inicial, ou vem só um terreno, ou só terreno, ou só compra terreno, ou não compra terreno nenhum, o equilíbrio parece ainda mais imundo e injusto nos eventos, é um desgosto esse jogo meu Deus e outra coisa horrível é o suporte, você não consegue dar um feedback direto do jogo, parece que vocês dificultam propositalmente para que os jogadores não reclamem, nem vou mandar imagem das partidas pois deve ter inúmeras reclamações igual essa, e qual é atitude de vocês uma resposta padrão de bosta, não tem o mínimo de respeito, acabei de perder 2 drafts pelo algoritmo lixo de vocês, tenho vontade de vomitar

17. Arena Direct all weekend

    The new Arena Direct ending early Sunday morning (in North America) restricts access for many people, in particular observant Jews who cannot play for the first 3/4 of the event. The event should last 12 hours longer so that people can play on Sunday.
