Quickdraft challenge bug
Lost 3 times in quickdraft murders at karlov manor. Should count towards "play 3 matches of quickdraft" achievement. It did not. Playing on android version. Saw two other similar reports on this, little to no attention towards the problem. Nice one

bug in premium draft
Bug no rascunho premium
Eu estava jogando o evento de rascunho premium Tarkir Dragonstorm no meu iPhone 11, quando o jogo me incomodou duas vezes e me desconectou da partida. Tentei sair e entrar novamente várias vezes, mas enquanto a partida estava acontecendo, o jogo não me conectava. Muito frustrante, porque eu queria jogar e me divertir mais com o baralho. Esta é a segunda vez que esse bug acontece nos meus rascunhos... em partidas 1v1 esse problema não acontece.

error al pickear en draft premier
Cuando estaba pickeando en draft premier sobre las 10pm me dió error y me sacó del juego pese a no tener problemas con la conexión a internet, perdí gran parte de los picks del segundo sobre mientras cargaba volviendo a entrar. No es la primera vez que el juego me saca justo en mitad de la partida o durante los picks en draft, cosa que solo me pasa en este juego, espero que solucionen el problema. After winning Draft game, count as a win and a lost at the same time
After winning a game in premiere draft Tarkir Dragonstorm the app end the event with the reward. I was 1win and 2 loss, after winning I was 2win and 3 lose, as if the game count both as a win and a lost at the same time.

Prerelease boosters
Hello! I've playied the pre release event yesterday on my LCS, used the companion to track the event in the same account as MTG Arena but the packs didn't show upin the booster section of the digital game. There will be not anymore packs or codes to get the packs?

Extra loss on draft tarkir dragonstorm
During a tarkir draft, I was 2-2 and I win my 5th game, but i received both win and loss, forcing me to end my draft.

Draft disconnected
I got disconnected from Draft game. When hitting play again to reconnect, I got put into a different game and received a loss. Attached are my logs. I did not experience any internet issues on my side so I believe this has to be server related. Please let me know if you need anything else to help debug this issue. You have been very helpful and prompt to remedy the situation in the past. I look forward to hearing from you.

Quickdraft challenge bug
I played several matches of "Quick Draft Murders at Karlov Manor" and even won a few, but never got the rewards for "Complete three Quick Draft Matches".

"Waiting For Server" and dropped out of game
Mid-game, "Waiting for Server" and a black screen pops up mid-match. It then exits the game with no indication of win or loss. I had this issue happening in Jump-In, Mid-Week Magic, Standard, and Explorer. It hadn't happened in draft or sealed until Dragonstorm.
This occurred during both a sealed and draft event. It happened after two losses. My event wasn't cancelled. I went on to play the next game, won, and then was dropped for my third loss, even though I didn't lose three.

Arena gave me a draw midgame and it was counted as a loss
I was playing a historic event, and I had already lost two games. I was in the middle of a game, and midway through my opponent attacking me for a nonlethal amount of damage, the "Draw" game conclusion symbol appeared above the game. Unfortunately, I clicked through and was unable to get a screenshot. When I exited the game, it was counted not as a draw, but as a loss. As a result, I lost my event.

Disconnected and couldn’t reconnect
I was playing premier draft on arena and I got disconnected due to connection, when I reconnected it showed as if I never played this game so I entered a new one. When the second one finished, it counted the first one as loss

Did not lose draft game--server resynced
Not a connection issue. Some server resync booted me to draft menu (from a winning game) and ascribed me a loss (the loss only appeared after 1 won an additional match)

Jump In! shows I only have "1 Win", but I've won 5 times today.
To reproduce, I played several games of Play In!, I have won 5 and lost others. But on the Jump In! screen, it says only "1 Win".
I am on Windows 11 PC.
Actual results: Play In! is stuck on "1 Win". No matter how many times I win, it still says "1 Win".
Expected results: Each time I win a game of Play In!, the count should increase. For me, today, that means it should say "5 Wins".

Strange text on loading screen and instantly disconnect when matched
This happened multiple times already. The loading screen has weird text characters and once I am matched with an opponent MTG Arena crashes. When I boot it up again, I see the same loading screen, hear the sound of being matched, and the crash occurs again. This will happen every time I try to reload the game until I time out of the match.
This happened on Windows at 11:00am CST on 4/12/2025.

Won my draft game but it also shows 3 losses
I was playing in Premier Draft Takir: Dragonstorm. I won my latest game. When I got back to the draft screen, it showed my recent win but it also showed 3 losses. I restarted the client and still see 3 losses.
I won the game by playing Jeskai Revelation and doing 4 damage to my opponent who was at 2 life at that time.
Can I get a refund?

Kicked out of Premier Tarkir Draft
I was doing a Tarkir Traditional Draft. I lost the first match, but after winning the second one, I had to close the client. When I came back, I had the claim option but no way to go to my next match.

Multiple Arena client bugs
I signed up for the Tarkir Dragonstorm Sealed event and encountered 2 bugs with the Arena client:
1. While playing a game, I the server kicked me out and I was unable to rejoin the game. I was at home on a stable netowork, so this was not due to networking issues on my end. The server gave me loss for that game even though I had 3 timeout fuses remaining.
2. In my next game, the interface did not allow me to activate the ability of my Unrooted Ancestor while my opponent was attacking. This cause all my creatures…1 vote -

I started a game in the Sealed of Tarkir event and when I started the first game the program closed. I tried to return several times, and when I finally returned, it counted as a loss.
It is very frustrating to start such an expensive event, already with a loss, for which I was not at all to blame.
