How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Foundations premier loss due to empty board bug
I queued into my foundations draft, but after joining I was met with an empty board and hand, and eventually it started roping. I restarted the client to try to reconnect, but when I came back to the game I had a game loss.

Jumpstart Combo Legion Elves not working
Game always results in a tie (GreError) and the aquired cards are missung in the Deckbuilder.

Draft Crashed and lost me a game
I'm playing on MacOs and the game crashed on me while playing a match in the current Premiere Draft, which lead to me losing it.

Please hire qa. With active Jump In deck, bought Foundations Jumpstart deck. Event matches all GreDraw; loading deck hangs
This morning I saw the new Foundations Jumpstart arena event. I had an active gw deck in the Jump In event and maybe that was a problem. I purchased a deck in the Foundations Jumpstart event (ended up with Stoked Ninjas, a R-U packet pair), but I haven’t seen it. When I went to start games, I get a popup error message saying the match would be a draw. Even before seeing opponent information, every match in this event is a draw. Also, when I click on the deck to look at it, the Waiting for Server spinner animation appears……

GreError
Keep getting GreError when trying to join a match for Foundations Jumpstart event. Wasted 200 crystals for nothing.

Foundations Jumpstart Event - invalid cards in packets
I used a play-in Token to join the Foundations Jumpstart event.
For the first packet, I selected Legion. For the second packet, I selected Stalwart.Each time I try and play a game with this deck, the game immediately ends in a forced draw as soon as an opponent is found.
If I try and double click the deck to see its contents, the game gets stuck "Waiting for the Server..." and I have to force quit the game.

Traditional Draft automatically cancelled while 2-0
I paid (in gold) for a Traditional Draft which was at 2-0 yesterday. When I went to continue it today, I couldn't find it in my In Progress events. When I filtered by Limited, Traditional Draft showed up, but I was presented with the Claim screen (see attached image).
To confirm I wasn't experiencing memory loss, I checked my run on 17lands. Here is a link to that: https://www.17lands.com/details/59fec909323b4689a16e3157e9d3a9dc
It shows my run as 2-1, but the actual games played show me as 2-0.
If possible, I would like my draft refunded.

予選プレイイン(BO1)にて1戦が終わり勝利したものの、1勝がつくと同時になぜか1敗もカウントされていた。まだ1戦しかしておらず未敗北なのに1敗した事になっているため補填をお願いします。

Crush mtga in matchtime
Android mtga client freezes during match bo3 draft, then lose server/waiting for update.... Restarting the game for the fourth time and auto-losing for AFK, in cases of draft bo3 is offensive and expensive =/ frequent Gaben loses. Tilt.

Crash
My game crashed in the middle of a premier draft. Then it crashed during a game and it recorded it as a loss in the draft tournament. I want a refund.

I won match in standard meta game challenge but it sent me to claim rewards instead of going to next round
Idk what happened but I jut recently won my match in meta game challenge but it told me to claim rewards and I did not press resign. Pls help

When pack three of my Foundations Premiere Draft was about to begin there was a loading screen and it took me right to deck building. I was not able to draft my final pack.

The game registered one 2 wins and one loss instead of 2 wins
During my current premier draft, the game registered 2 wins and one loss instead of 2 wins. This is the second time today that I have encountered a similar issue.

Problem with Foundation Premier draft
I think there is a problem with Premier draft algorithm. I played 3 Premier draft events for Foundations and in 3 of the matches i didn't draw a land for 7 Turns which is certainly possible but also in 3 matches i drew lands 7 turns in a row. I find this with the number 7 a little to exact but i guess it could be just bad luck. Thought i should report it anyway.

Disconnect / Crash During draft
I was playing Foundations draft, mid game I got disconnected returning me to the Draft Page but it did not count as a loss. It happened again, crashing mid game, did not have the usual notice/choices of "Reconnect. Exit Game, Report", returned me to the draft page, and it counted as a loss... I'm not sure if it's a connection issue... I attached the log of the incident

summoning sickness runaway together Could not attack with my burnished heart -
during round 4 of my premier event draft - my opponent cast a Runaway together targetting my Burnished heart with summoning sickness and his Fanatical Firebrand - In response he sacced his firebrand and targetted my Wary Thespian - killing the thespian and did not bounce the heart
The turn after and the next one my burnished heart was still suffering from summoning sickness preventing me from attacking!3 votes -
Quick draft finish before I lose my 3 games
I entered a game of the event "Quick Draft Murders at Karlov Manor", which as soon as it started I left the game. I then re-entered a game, which I won, but when I go to the event screen it is closed as if I had lost and completed my 3 possible games.

Packs not passing during draft
Packs did not show during draft. Noticed after delay seemed too long. Premier Foundations draft. Missed half my second pack picks as a result
