1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Alchemy Rares and Uncommons replacing all VOW rares and uncommons in boosters
Opening 3 booster packs from Crimson Vow resulted in all rares and uncommons being from Alchemy 22 instead.
I understand the WotC is trying to push Alchemy on everyone, but come on. Opening Crimson Vow packs last week did not do this, and I wouldn't expect that in 3 packs of crimson Vow I didn't get a single crimson vow rare or uncommon despite not even having a full set.

Neither the packs nor the draft bundles are available on mobile for preorder.

the shop displays the pixel art snow covered mountain. I bought it, but it gets me the borderless standard art

My oko bundle disappeared
I bought the OKO bundle ($49.99,50 packs of OTJ,painswalker oko and plainswalker oko’s card style) and the bundle disappeared just now,what happened to my account?

Purchased 10 Mythic Packs of But..
I just purchased 10 Mythic packs MTG Arena of Khans of Tarkir. Are they are not playable? I did not see the card to be able to add to my Alchemy deck at all. A matter of fact they are not showing up in my Collection! My profile shows I have cards in Khans of Tarkir.

Basic Island Throne-of-Eldraine parallax style
I purchased the basic-island throne-of-eldraine parallax style (see capture), however the style added to my collection was the basic island parallax from war of the spark.

Throne of Eldraine unexpected pack opening behavior
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug Open 2 packs for Throne of Eldraine
- Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS) PC
- Enter the actual results you’re experiencing Receive Gems reward, not expected Rare or Mythic card.
- Enter the expected results of the feature Expected a Rare or Mythic card when opening pack.
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos Currently have 221 of 276 rares and 70 or 88 Mythics collect in Throne of Eldraine. Opened 2 packs after winning 2 packs in recent draft event.
- If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps. none.

Purchased item not available after I purchase it.
Purchased Archangel Elspeth in Daily deals. Not showing up in deck builder or my collection at all, but took the coins that I used to purchase it.

Wildcard auto redeemd
Today I Opened a Mondrak glorious Dominous short Afterwards I shouldve got a wildcard from the mastery track but what i think happend is that i got a second mondrak instead.
because after opening the booster pack that i got from the mastery track i decided to try a new deck and while browsing my collection i saw that i now posses 3 Mondraks before i had only 1!
i could not explain this to myself so i checked my wildcard count which was still at 4 but it shouldve been 5!
