How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Store error: internal error

    I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

  5. unopened packs disappeared

    A few days ago i activated a code in the store giving me packs for the yet to be released expansion.
    Although the Packs tab still has a shiny dot under it, the packs themselves are now gone. Or invisible.

  6. Game crash on IOS

    The game continue crashing when we open it on IOS, it’s been 4 days now we can’t play…
    It’s not possible to delete the app and reinstall 1gb for each match we play

  8. Unable to purchase Baldurs Gate Wyll Pack bundle on iOS

    The choice to purchase the Baldur's Gate Wyll Pack bundle is missing in the store for IOS devices.
    Only the Lae'zel Play bundle is available
    I can see the Wyll Pack Bundle from my desktop

  9. Alchemy Horizons Pre order bundle with Wyll is not showing up in the store

    There is supposed to be 2 pre order bundles but only one is showing up… the Wyll bundle isn’t there. I would like to buy both.

  10. Could not find voucher for lookup

    I redeemed a Baldur's Gate Prerelease code in the MtG Arena Store today. It said that it was successful. But nothing appeared. Also, the Packs tab is lit up, but no packs are being displayed. I looked in the Player.log file and saw these two lines:
    Could not find voucher for lookup: VoucherCLBPreReleasePacks
    Store display for voucher "0acc98d6-ea71-4ec4-8c0c-d53992f753fb" missing!

  11. Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass Expiry Date

    I was going to get the Mastery Pass and finish getting to level 90 in time, but the pass now ends 7 days earlier than previously announced. at this rate, I don't think I'll be able to get all the rewards I'd envisioned. Is it a bug that the date has changed or was the date on Arena announced wrongly?

  12. Gems instead of rare without full set

    I opened a pack of kaldheim that I bought with gold and instead of a rare, it gave me 20 gems and said I had all the rares in the set. This is not true, I am missing a single copy of about half the rares in kaldheim and a playset of almost all of them.

  13. Internal Store Error when purchasing packs

    When I purchase a pack, I get a message that says “Internal Error” and when I return to the pack screen, whatever I tried to purchase has been duplicated on the menu.

  14. Bug - can’t play the app “Asset Erorr”

    Hey I can’t launch the app in both my IPhone (13 pro OS 15.4.1) nor on my iPad (also 15.4.1). The problem is “Assent Error detected “.
    I deleted and reinstalled few times -didn’t work.
    Also with VPN - didn’t work.
    Can’t play , very very frustrating .
    Please assist

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Please come up with some kind of way to trade. I don’t care if it’s only rare! Or even if you have to trade in 5 or for just 1 wild! At least that’s a…

    Mastery pass only has 30 new capenna booster packs instead of the 36 packs as advertised! Please fix this

  19. Internal Error + No levelling

    Whenever I attempt to purchase literally anything, cards, skins, pets, you name it. An error "Internal Error" occurs. My levelling also seems to be stuck at 1000/1000 if that provides any assistance.
