How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena

    I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.

    I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.

    Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

  2. Refund/replacement for mythic pack - Mythic Pack False Advertising

    I purchased a mythic rare pack and did not receive a mythic rare nor a mythic rare wildcard. This is at least the second time this has happened and seems to be an issue that has been happening for quite some time. Please fix this issue, that's false advertising!

    I cant buy gems, the page keeps on 'waiting for server' when I have chosen my gem package, it does not go further to the payment page

  4. Unable to Purchase Gems with Paypal

    Unable to Purchase Gems with PayPal. Tried multiple times and the only screen that comes up is 'Just a second" with the spinning circle. Tried twice, same thing. Went into my PayPal account directly, no activity showing so far. Assuming not going through?

    Mastery Pass Reward Bug: Level 4 of Lorwin Eclipsed Mastery gives me 1 Lorwin Booster and 3 Edge of Eternities boosters instead of 4 Lorwin Boosters

  7. Golden Pack progression

    I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

    Spending money on this game(buying cards) has completely broken my matchmaking. I was enjoying this game until I decided to spend money on it. Since then I am winning less than 10% of my games and I’m going up against people that have special skins for every single card. Had I known that spending money on this game was going to produce this result I obviously wouldn’t have done it.     1. Clicking on Store Button at the top menu

  12. Golden Pack error

    I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory

    I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

    I purchased packs with gems and no progress to golden pack was made. Purchased more packs with gold and still no progress for golden packs made. Issue run into on PC. Stuck at 0 progress

    I was looking at the winter sale bundles available and when I realized it was a twelve days of christmas thing, i wanted to look at what each day's sale was. I purchased the ones for days 2 and 3, then I could see what was for days 1, 4, 6, and 7 (current day). However I can't see 5, which I looked up was 5 full art lands.   16. Mac OS. Cannot Purchase Gems.

    I cannot purchase gems. Every time I click to purchase more gems, I get stuck on the "Waiting for Server" screen. Its been like this for 7 minutes.

  17. Paypal Store purchase dosnt work

    When attempting to purchase anything from MTG Arena with Paypal option on infinite loop ...enter Username enter Password, thats all I get I only have paypal option as i do NOT have a credit cards only a savings debit card they dont work i have submitted this info 3 times under technical problems NO response in weeks I emailed their 3rd party people via messenger that run/control their payment system Wizards know of this issue and have yet to do anything about it.

  18. No rare card when opening Foundations packs.

    I don't have anywhere near a complete collection of rare foundations cards but am receiving gems instead of a rare card every time i purchase a pack.

  19. Mastery Reward

    Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.

    I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.

    And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

  20. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.
