How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Did not get my purchase
I purchased a bundle of avatar and protector but only get the avatar.
Then purchased a set of planeswalkers and didn't get any card this time.1 vote -
I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time i tried to enter the event, I cannot connect
I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time I tried to enter the event, I cannot connect. I tried to reconnect, but to no avail. However, Arena still collected the 1000 gold fee. I have no issues connecting when playing Standard Best of Ones though.

No mastery quests
I paid for the mastery pass but am not getting an additional quest queue. Just the regular one each day. With no additional quests, it's just a waste of money. I don't care about cosmetic cards from the orbs.

I purchased the daily deal pack but the image wasn't showing.
I purchased a pack thinking it would be kamigawa as the card style were from kamigawa, but the pack is kaldheim and I would like a refund.

対人ドラフト参加権について
①対人ドラフト参加権を所持している状態でマスタリーパスを購入しましたが、対人ドラフト参加権の枚数が増えておりません。
②プレミア・ドラフトでまだ2敗しかしていないのに、プレイが打ち切られ報酬が確定しました。上記2つの不具合が発生しました。無課金での遊戯ならともかく、上記2つは両方ともジェムが絡んでおります(マスタリーパスのためにジェムを購入しています)

Sticker Emotes clip behind store display when moused-over
NEO Sticker emotes don't display correctly on MOZ in store prefab.
This didn't happen on first time in the Store, but when I returned and viewed the store offer it hecked up.1 vote -
Bug
Windows client.
Store: Featured tab: Hover over the "Kamigawa Sticker Bundle" at the top of the border. There is an invisible hitbox above the actual graphic, and when the cursor is at that boundary, the icon animation stutters extremely fast between frames, in what could be a dangerous epileptic trigger.

Store: No Option to Purchase Alchemy Boosters
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the packs tab under the store page.
Expected Result:
Purchase options for Alchemy boosters.
Actual Result:
No purchase options for Alchemy boosters.

Purchases missing
Purchased environmental sciences a few days ago and it still isn’t in my collection, but my gold went away. Today the exact same thing happened when I purchased the 4 new planes walkers deal . Paid 4000 or 5000 gold and now I have nothing . Thanks again! Should I just not buy the deals of the day?????? Please fix and address this problem

Draft Token Disappeared
I bought the 3400 gems to go and use to purchase the kaito set mastery bundle that came with the pet his avatar and a draft token at least that's what the picture showed before I used the gems to purchase it but when I went too any of the drafts it shows I don't have anything of the sorts

Deals sshop glitched
The shop is glitched after kamigawa update ....spent coins on ephemerate and tezzerets gambit only to recieve nothing as apparently the cards dont exist ? Cant find them any where and am very unimpressed with this update so far as i got lagged out of 2 games i payed 10k to be in forcing me to lose from a strong position

Did not receive my 50 packs from the prepurchase with tokens and such.
I have not received the prepurchase 50 packs with the tokens and such for Kamigawa. I cannot report it as the site keeps asking for login info and never goes beyond that. Is anyone else having this problem?

No rewards
After climbing the constructed ranked ladder from silver to gold I did not get the reward. No booster or gold.

I have not recieved any of my Mastery Mythics. Spent 20 Euro on the Mastery pass...
Dear customer support, I've purchased the crimson vow mastery pass and recieved quite some rewards but not my Mythic wildcards. Managed to get to lvl 85 today to try and get another Mythic wildcard but once again I did not recieve it!
I would like to have my wildcards redeemed or the money back that I spent on this mastery. Thank you for reading and your support. hope to hear from you soon.

Purchase not applied
I purchased both cards on daily offers (Kessig Naturalist & Bloodrage Alpha) on the 09/02/2022. None of them was added to my collection!!!
