How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Codes redeemed but no rewards
I've been trying to redeem the codes for the strixhaven sleeves. I can't find an expiration date on them. I do not have them, and when I try to redeem them, it says they have already been redeemed. No sleeves, mainly curious, and I would like the sleeves.

Rewards System for Feedback and Explorer Feedback
I would be more incentivised to provided more accurate reports if developers issued rewards for engagement. Gems/gold would be fine.
Mostly an auto system or that devs can manually commend someone for exceptional information (a reward of 10k Gold / gem equivalent).
You want player engagement in these dark times for WotC, pay your players (literally its free rental money and can never amount to a loss of actual USD for wizards)
Currently hasbro is down 41% YTD and some of that isnt just market forces but WotC self inflicted injuries.

Pack bug
I just bought 2 of the new packs, I opened both of them at the same time and it only showed me receiving 2 cards...
I can see more new cards when I look at deck editor though.

Daily deal disappears if another is accidentally clicked in the background
- Navigate to Store
- Go to Daily Deals
- Select a deal and when it pops up in the foreground click another item in the background
- both items appear in foreground
- close foreground items and the first item you clicked is not in the list anymore
I would expect to be able to select the original item again

I bought a mythic pack from the store and received a Rare Wildcard as my rare, this also was the 10th pack that contributed to the gold pack so as to give more context.

Weird hazard card
I bought the new alchemy pack in the store rn and I got this weird looking card with a hazard sign. I'm not sure if this is a feature or smth but I've never seen this before and it looks really weird so idk

error opening boosters
I claimed the 3 welcome boosters to the "Phyrexia all will be one" collection but when I opened the first one the others disappeared; there are no boosters to open and the cards are not in the set. Up to the moment of this communication I have received 9 boosters, 6 by pre-launch code (without problems) and the 3 welcome ones.

Ikoria Lair of behemooths Mythic Booster problem
So I was opening an Ikoria Lair of beheemoths Mythic booster and it gave me as a reward for collecting all the mythics in the set some gems when I haven´t even collected 6 of them. Not only they did not give me my mythic card but they didnt give me any gems neither.

Google play credit
Every time I try to make a purchase with Google play credit, my transaction is declined. No explanation why or way to work around. I bought a gift card for Google play to do the pre-order for ONE and now have a useless $50 because your service is declining the payment option. Do you not want to take my money?

Questionable math in Daily Deal
Today's "Daily Deal" features a New Capenna Mythic Pack for "-15% OFF", which is strange because the deals usually say something like "15% OFF" or "50% OFF", without the negative sign. This led me to wonder if perhaps the deal price is actually HIGHER than normal, so I went to check it out. The regular price for the Mythic Pack is 260 gems and the deal price is 230 gems, so it is indeed a discount, but only 11.5% rather than 15%.
Perhaps someone based the deal display on the regular (non-Mythic) pack cost of 200 gems? In that case,…

The store is terrible. How am i going to spend $50 on a bundle and not get a list of contents
The store is terrible. How am i going to spend $50 on the jace bundle and not know what it comes with.amount of packs included etc
Its been going on for way too long.
I have no problem buying stuff however as a rule i will never buy something i either cannot see or dosnt have a list.Every time i click on an item in the store i want to see the product and a list of contents and packs awarded etc. becaus several of the curent items are not listed. Why are some pre release items not listing…

Missing Mythic copy while opening a Pack
I had purchased the event pass for Baldurs Gate. On the first BG Pack I won for the event it shows that it gives me 2x copies of the new planeswalker Minsc and Boo, however when I go to my deck and Check the card, only 1 copy was there,
I'm missing the second copy of the PW, check my accounts pack history

Problem eith mythic pack
I opened a few mythic packs while missing quite a lot of them but they gave me 40 gems even though im missing both mythics in the regular set AND some of the retro artifact as well… it’s already the third time it happen

Broken pack odds link (legal)
In the shop you have the option to click a link to see pack odds and info, the link is broken. Also under the packages there’s no additional information about pack quantity for the new sets coming out, a little bit of info once you click through would be amazing.
