How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Im using a iPad I reported over a week ago that when I open packs from the store it is not going towards the gold pack I must have open between 10-20 packs and have been stuck on 4 for the past few weeks I’ve tried uninstalling and re installing but still not going up

I BOUGHT MYTHIC PACKS WITH GEMSTONES AND RECIEVE A RARE WILDCARD. HAPPENED TO ME AT LEAST 6 TIME NO WAY THIS IS NOT A BUG
HAPPENED TO ME AT LEAST 6 TIMES BUT IM TIRED OF BUYING GEM WITH MY MONEY TO CHANCE A MYTHIC IN A CERTAIN SET TO THEN RECEIVE A RARE WILDCARD IN A MYTHIC PACK AT LEAST GIVE ME A CRAPY OR EVEN BANNED MYTHIC BUT A RARE WILDCARD HAS TO BE A BUG. I FEEL LIKE IM BEING TAKING ADVANTAGE OFBECAUSE OF HOW SILLY THE FIX IS TO THE PROBLEM.

Bought card from store, not showing up in my inventory
This morning, I went to the store and purchased a card named Valkyrie’s call, which was on discount. I purchased it for gold, around 1,800 gold. When I purchased the card, it disappeared from the store but I cannot find the card and it’s not showing up in my inventory. I performed an advanced search and it is not showing up. Would like to have the card :). Help!!

Daily Deals misinformation.
It's 2026, July 23. Daily deals, single card offer; Liliana, Dreadhorde General is showing "Collected:0" when I have 4 collected.
I have the tempting option to buy this card for the one-time, bargain price of 800 gems or 5280 gold, over 4-5x the price of a booster, and NOT add it to my collection.
If someone actually clicks this, believing they 0 as displayed, forgetting that they have a set of 4 already, they have no way of proving that fact after the purchase, and they themselves can't be sure how much they really had before buying, as they'll still…2 votes -
Missing Store Bundles - Bug
I am inquiring about the status of the Planeswalker and Spark Bundles that were previously available to purchase before the Hobbit pre-orders.
Are they gone for good?

Multiple Japanese texts for the The Hobbit pre-order products are wrong
The Bundles category in the Store page now shows three pre-order products for the The Hobbit set. Their Japanese texts show something unrelated to the set, however. The three texts are as follows (the parenthesized texts are comment for those who don't understand Japanese):
Pack Bundle: １枚《トニー・スターク》カード・スタイル購入時に (This is grammatically broken, but sounds like saying "when you purchase a single copy of the card style for Tony Stark"))
Pass Bundle: 「アイアンマン」スリーブと相棒：アイアンマンのブリーフケースを受け取ります。 (Iron Man sleeve and a companion: receiving a briefcase of Iron Man)

Missing Cards After Opening Starter Boosters
When I opened the starter boosters, some of the cards I obtained were not added to my collection. That honestly makes me hesitant to buy any booster packs, since I'm worried the same thing could happen again.

Bought the Daily Deal Lands but only two of them are working
I bought all five of them, Plains, Island, Swamp, Forest and Mountain., only Plains and Island are showing the new cosmetic, the other three just shows me random normal bordered basic lands as "new".

Arena store on iOS doesn’t work
Ever since updating to the iOS 27 public beta, I can’t make purchases on the Arena store. I also get Store Error alerts whenever anything related to rewards shows or I navigate to the store.

New "Sale" is predatory
moving wildcards from a direct cash price to predatory Gem denominations artificially increases the minimum price floor. labeling a price hike or Gem-gating as a "sale" or "deal" is anti-consumer.

Puschase fail
Hi. I bought Lathril, Blade Of Elves from sale tab but its not shown as I get it. My gold shown spent so i am sure i bought her. İ was building deck with it then i closed the client than boom she is home.

BUG: Riddles in the Dark, code success, then failed to get reward or next riddle
I entered the third riddle code "Wind". It said success, then the waiting for server overlay appeared. I closed the dialog, but when the server caught up, I never received the reward nor the next riddle. When attempting to resubmit the code, it says its already been used...
Repro steps:
1. Submit a valid code with a bad connection to the server
2. While you see both the success dialog and the reconnecting to server overlay, close the success dialog.Platform: PC
Expected Results:
Either the dialog never closes (blocked by overlay) or the reward is received when the client…1 vote -
Packs
The list of standard sets in the user’s <<Profile>> collection do not match the list of standard sets offered in the store leading to confusion around which packs are standard playable and contribute to the golden pack.
