1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

opened packs
I opened 10 MH3 packs and 4 of the rares were given to me as gems even though the set is not complete. I have never had this issue with the past sets and usually do this to complete the rares.
It was my understanding that, "If you open a booster pack and already have four copies of all the rare and mythic cards in the set, you will receive gems instead."
Can I get a refund?

Purchase of Event Items
I have 11,325 gold and I went to purchase a sticker set that has only 1 day left to buy. I hit the purchase button, but an error pops up saying I don't have enough gold. I have the dragon stickers in the bundle so the price dropped down to 3,950 gold. I would really like to buy the Baldur's Gate Sticker emotes.

Gems instead of rares in MH3 packs
I opened ~200 modern horizons packs, instead of getting a complete set I got a bunch of gems, my rares collection is still incomplete. Missing cards: Flutterstorm x4, Ophiomancer x2, Laelia x2, Branching Evolution x1. I know others who have the same issue with getting gems instead of rares
Also, I got 40 gems instead of a Modern Horizons commander card after completing all mythics, when reward distribution clearly mentions that commander cards will replace mythics once all the mythic cards have been obtained

Can't buy gems on MacOS
If I try to purchase gems, I get an infinite "Waiting for server" spinning wheel.

card styles and duplicate protection

today Outlaws of Thunder Junction was released and I purchased card styles for the fast land duals.
Then I found out that I cannot apply them to Concealed Courtyard Spirebluff Canal Blooming Marsh inspiring Vantage Botanical Sanctum from the Edition Kaladesh.
(I already had crafted a playset of all these cards)Should everyone really craft the same cards again from edition Outlaws of Thunder Junction in order to be able to use those new card styles ?
Is this a bug or "works as designed" ?

Change country in account
Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.

Didn't recieve card after purchase
Platform: PC, Epic Games launcher
I purchased a card from the daily deal section of the store last night, and I never received it. It was for 1,600 coins, it was "Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation" and it had that moving, active background style to it. When I purchased it, that blue tutorial ghost orb said "let's go unlock your pack!" and floated to the packs tab. I click on the packs tab, and nothing is there. Golden packs containing cards that are not standard-legal
According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates, golden packs will include:
"At least one card per pack will be Mythic from any standard-legal set, 2 cards will be Rare or Mythic from the latest set, and the final 3 cards will be Rare or Mythic from any current standard-legal set."
This means 4 cards will come from any standard-legal set, and 2 will be guaranteed to come from WOE. Because LTR is neither standard-legal nor the most recent set, these cards should not appear in golden packs.As a standard-only player, this hugely devalues golden packs and is honestly incredibly disappointed. Release standalone version
I do not want to have to use Epic to get Arena, it is so off putting I'm already reconsidering getting back into magic at all. Steam would be acceptable, Epic is just terrible. The launcher crashes, they alway keep showing ads and ******** popups. I just want to play some magic and all the other ******** needs to *****. Steam version of Arena refusing to access steam wallet for completing purchases
I click on the button in the store to purchase wild cards with sufficient funds in my steam wallet, and it simply returns me to the shop without opening the steam purchase page to complete the transaction.

Crashing while opening boosters
I play arena on my android. Since the first update of thunder junction I have been experiencing the app shutting down on its own. It's been happening mainly in the interface and has recently started happening during games. I have been able to put up with it. What the main issue is that it has started happening when I am opening booster packs. This has happened twice now. Are you guys really that hard up? You don't even offer options to earn gems but you want people to pay you money for card styles?

horizon hideaway pass bug
Before I purchase Horizon hideaway pass for 2800 gems, on Jun11, I already have assess to Psychic Frog's Horizon Hideaway. I was able to purchase stuff with ticket won during quest. I thought purchasing hideaway pass would give me more access to other prices. After I purchased the pass, there is no different in the hideaway. I don't know if it was a bug that I can access hideaway pass without paying 2800 gems or the 2800 gem purchase doesn't do anything. In short, I have 2800 gems less for nothing

Psychic Frog Horizon Hideaway’s not giving proper credit for prior achievements
I bought the Psychic Frog’s Horizon Hideaway pass for 2800 gems today (June 11). It says “ During this period, you will earn Horizon Hideaway tickets even if you haven't yet paid for entry to Psychic Frog's Horizon Hideaway; you can always pay the entry later if you decide you want to shop after all…” I won 11 matches and completed my daily quest. unable to purchase anything from store
Tried purchasing Bundles and Gems from the store the past 2 weeks, however once I click purchase. The screen is stuck on a "Waiting for Server" loop and I'm unable to complete the purchase. Any feedback or support to correct this would be very helpful.
I tried to purchase some of the outlaw junction pre-release bundles and the Mastery Pass bundles while they were on sale but were unable to, which was unfortunate.

Mythic Reward Mastery Pass
When winning the Mythic card reward in the Mastery Pass Outlaws of Thunder Junction, I keep receiving Uncommons instead of Mythics. This happened several times - I was under the impression that this had been fixed with one of the latest patch updates.
Any updates on this one?
