How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

LOTR Prerelease Packs Gone
I entered in this code from the LoTR prerelease event on my Arena account:
AAE7F-A1DAD-3B88B-84AC0-D00CC
It showed that I claimed the six packs and told me that they would be available to open on June 20th, 2023. Upon updating the game, these packs disappeared. All I have now are the three packs given to everyone.
Please refund immediately.

the daily deals lost half of its stuff all of a sudden at 11:35 AM Eastern and I noticed it when I went in to get something. Half of what was there ten minutes ago still was there, but some styles and the gems had vanished. I am using the pc client

ゴールデンパックの進行について
本日13時前にイクサラン 失われし洞窟のパックを6パックを購入しましたが、ゴールデンパックの進行が１つしか進んでいません。補填をお願いします。
また、2月にもカルロフ邸殺人事件のパックを10パック以上購入しましたが、ゴールデンパックの進行は3つくらいしか進行していませんでした。
その時は気のせいかと思いましたが、掲示板などにこういったことがよくあると書かれてましたので、今回注意してみていたところ確信に変わりました。

MTGA is way too expensive
I already spend hundreds of $ to MTGA (and MTGO), but I'm done with it since Patch 2023.26.10 (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/15739052065684-Patch-Notes-2023-26-10). After that, I didn't spent any money and I won't do it untill there is a huge reduction in pricing. I loved to draft a lot, and would re-start playing drafts if pricing policy would be reduced.

Bug - unable to redeem
I have redeemed several codes, but have not received the items. I redeemed on the website, which tells me I'm supposed to receive in my Store in MTGArena, but they are not there

murders at karlov manor pre-order locked after set release
I Pre-order the new set murders at karlov manor bought all the pre order bundles opened the the game day after the set released and it opened normal excpet that the packs says open 10 at a time but disapearse when i click on it and alll the other bundles are locked as well with the pad lock logo no idea if its my problem or its just a simple bug. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and downloaded it on my phone and on both platforms it was still locked. dont know what to do.

MKM three mythics apparently not in booster pool

I have 4 of all MKM mythics, except for the three in question (Tomek, Wielder of Law + Melek, Reforged Researcher + Voja, Jaws of the Conclave).
Opening normal packs and getting a mythic drop does not have one of those in the slot but rather the gem refund you get when you have everything applicable for that slot already collected.
The same happens when opening mythic packs.
Apparently, the three aforementioned mythics are missing from the pool.
Please take the 480 gems (12 mythic replacement for 40 gems each) from my account and add those…

Golden packs not updating as advertized on the game
The game had a text that advertized that every pack bought with gold or gems would give a tick torwards the golden pack. I just bought 3 LOTR packs in the store because I am 3 ticks down from a golden pack and it didn't contribute

Purchased card but did not receive it
I purchased Bloodletter of Aclazotz from daily deals on 2/5/2024 for 600 gems. The card showed up as purchased but it does not show up in my collection. I tried to report as a purchase problem but could not because it requires the purchase number which I never received. I do not know how to take a screenshot and I cannot get a log because I exited the game and restarted it to see if that would solve the problem. Now when I download the log it begins from the time I restarted the game. This is my first time…

Llanowar Elves Style
Pleas sell the Llanowar Elves style again, or re-enable the code STARTERSTYLES
your support can't even tell me if you have ever offered it in the store, only that the code is expired and that the redeem code tell you that you have already redeemed it when it is expired.
I have played MtG for 20 years and Arena specifically since 2018 and I just want a Llanowar elves style for my Brawl deck.

Gems instead of mythic rare from mythic packs
I spent my gold on a mythic rare pack from Murders of Karlov Manor and instead got 40 gems even though I still have 3 mythics I don't have any copies of.

I have purchased the dog in the in arena store and I never received it
I have purchased the dog and also that is why I cannot see the dog for purchase because I have already purchased for the dog from the arena store. Give me the dog now or give me my money back..

Received rare wild card instead of mythic in Mythic Pack
I just purchased a bundle of 10 Mythic Packs of the Lost Caverns of Ixalan. Of these ten packs, two were wild cards, with one being rare and the other mythic. I would like a refund on the pack that gave me a rare wild card. As I understand it, the entire point of a mythic pack is to guarantee a mythic card. If an actual mythic card is not provided then the wild card needs to automatically be a mythic wild card.

Wrong card style from purchase
Tl:dr 2 bugs; i was given the wrong card style from a purchase, i get a store error when trying to purchase the desired style
I tried to purchase the theros beyond death full art swamp while in the deck editor. The transaction was successful, but i was instead given the war of the spark borderless land. I am unable to purchase any of the other swamp variants. I tested with the theros beyond death forest and it worked as intended

Receiving Gems instead of mythic card for set I do not have all the mythics for -
Opened a pack of Murders and got 40 gems instead of a mythic I do not have yet - I guess duplicate protection is a thing of the past now?

codigo starter kit
he comprado el starter kit de el señor de los anillos, me viene con dos codigos completamente nuevos, pero al poner los codigos no hacen nada, no me han dado ninguna recompensa... he salido del juego y vuelto a entrar y no veo absolutamente nada... queria ver si me podian ayudar
