How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Bought the Bloomburrow pack that was on sale in the store today with 900 gold. Didn't get any Golden pack progression for it; I was at 2, I'm still at 2.

  2. mastery missing reward

    I completed 2 levels on the mastery and was not awarded the rewards (once 400 hundred gems and another 2000 gold). What is to be done ? I purchased the mastery and now the awards don't come ...

  3. Duskmourn: House of Horror Mastery Emporium

    Hello. I've got a problem with the mastery emporium i currently have 15 mastery orbs but the master emporium coming up with no items available. This started after i was awarded the item that i hadn't received from the pass yet. Just contacting as concerned i wont be able to get all items from the emporium before it goes in 6 days time.

  4. Mastery Reward

    Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.

    I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.

    And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

  5. Battlepass mastery rewards are not being received after level ups

    I haven't received any rewards from the battle pass since I purchased it at level 19. I hit level 24 and didn't get any orbs or my cosmetic reward. I didn't get my last 3 packs either.

  6. Not receiving paid mastery rewards

    I purchased the mastery pass, and have not been receiving the rewards from the premium mastery pass, it shows them marked off, but I haven't received them.

  7. Bloomburrow Special Guest card replaced a rare / mythic instead of a common card

    I received a pack of Bloomburrow cards as my seasonal Ranked rewards and when I opened it I noticed that I received a Special Guest card (exciting) but it replaced the wrong card slot in the pack.

    It is supposed to replace an (un)common card but in my case as can be seen in the screenshot it replaced the rare/mythic card leaving me with a pack without a Standard legal rare/mythic card which is not supposed to happen.

  8. Mazemind Tome - Retro Frame missing after store redemption

    After spending 1500 gold on the a retro frame Mazemind Tome during todays daily deal (5th Sept'24) it does not show up in my collection.
    Of note, after redemption, the card popup showed the parallax frame rather than the retro one but that is also not available in my collection.
    The result is I'm out 1500 gold with nothing to show for it. :(

  10. Mastery Pass Rewards not recieved

    Mastery Pass Rewards not received. Its been several days that i have not been recieving the paid mastery Pass rewards. Until they dont fix it im not buying anything else. Its a joke we pay money for this and we dont get the gems or the card packs that we should be getting.

  12. Nissa Planeswalker customization

    I bought a customization for the Nissa planeswalker and I cannot equip it. It shows me the planeswalker as though I had no customization for it.

  13. unable to make purchases mac OS

    Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.

    The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

  15. Duskmourn mastery pass not giving rewards

    the Duskmourn mastery pass isn't giving both of my reward paths. i just leveled up from level 15 to 16 and i noticed my rewards have only been giving me the free rewards, but not for the mastery pass that i paid for. i don'tknow if im the only one, but it's been hapening the past couple days

  17. Crash on store open

    Galaxy z fold 4. When I click the store tab, it loads for 2 seconds then crashes. Has done this consistently for about a week. I'm trying to pre-order duskmourn.

  19. No rewards from Duskmourn Mastery Pass

    For several days, the rewards from the mastery pass are not being received. I'm on Windows and started noticing this on level 33, but seeing other complaints, it can be happening since before.
    Moreover, this is the Mastery Pass Rewards, the normal bonus track rewards seem to be working fine.
    DON'T BUY THE MASTERY PASS, it's not working, it's just a waste of gems.

    When i claimed starter deck from foundations was a error, after relogin all decks havent some rares, and some decks havent name
