How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch 8/20/2024. As a huge fan of Mono G I was wondering if this was intentional or just a bug? Attached is the missing art from E: BLC that was there from the prior patch, Kiora search from today's patch, and E: BLC search from today's patch.

  2. Bloomburrow Special Guest card replaced a rare / mythic instead of a common card

    I received a pack of Bloomburrow cards as my seasonal Ranked rewards and when I opened it I noticed that I received a Special Guest card (exciting) but it replaced the wrong card slot in the pack.

    It is supposed to replace an (un)common card but in my case as can be seen in the screenshot it replaced the rare/mythic card leaving me with a pack without a Standard legal rare/mythic card which is not supposed to happen.

  3. unable to make purchases mac OS

    Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.

    The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

  4. Crash on store open

    Galaxy z fold 4. When I click the store tab, it loads for 2 seconds then crashes. Has done this consistently for about a week. I'm trying to pre-order duskmourn.

    After update, I can't go to get new packs. When I click on the packs tab the MTGA application stops responding. I'm playing through steam.

  6. Season Pass no XP gain

    Hi Support,

    I've played and won a few games today on Android and completed some quests but I didn't gain any Mastery XP.

  7. EXP doesn't get added from wins or daily quests

    I did a quest and two or three wins that I didn't get EXP for. However I did get EXP for my first 5 or 6 wins.

  8. No XP given towards mastery pass after the update.

    Playing on IOS. Not entirely sure how to get a log out of my app.

    I won at least 5 games that should have counted towards my weekly wins. I received a notification screen that I had earned gold and XP after each win. Gold was added to my account, but XP was not.

    I wasn't paying close attention to when the issue first arose so I'm not sure how many games worth of XP I lost out on.

  9. STORE BUG - Can't enter the store

    1. Clicking on Store Button at the top menu

    2. PC MTGA Client

    3. "Waiting for the server", infinite loading

    4. Expecting entering the store, but it's just loading

  10. Packs and Game store menus will not load

    Ever since the most recent update on my PC I can't seem to open the store or packs menus. I have installed and reinstalled several times, but still no fix. It says that it is connecting to the server then freezes.

    The funny thing is that I can still play games no problem. I just can't redeem any of my rewards.

  11. Store bug 9/25/24

    Apparently WOTC doesn't want my money. I have tried two purchase gems since yesterday evening and when I choose the gems I want to get, it only shows that it is working but never completes the task. Ordinarily it goes to the screen showing the payment method and total but it is not functioning. It does nothing. I am unable to stop the action or do anything else in game. I have to manually force the application to quit. Great work by your computer sciences division. I hope you see this as sarcasm.

  12. Game stops responding and crashes if it has to connect to network.

    Every time I open the store on mac, the game stops responding and I have to force quit which creates an error message. It already crashed my laptop once. only happening post duskmourn update

  14. 対戦したりストアに入ったりするとフリーズする

    2024/9/14に、PCでアップデートをインストール後、ストアに入るたびにフリーズするようになってしまいました。
    その後、BO3で対戦中も、フリーズが起き、サイドボードになったらフリーズしてサイドチェンジが全くできませんでした。
    インストール前は全くそんなことは起きませんでした。
    対処保方法を教えてください。

  15. Psychic Frog Hideaway left store early

    Psychic Frog's Hideaway said we had 4 hours left to use it. I bought it and started redeeming tickets. Starting at 11 AM EST, I received internal errors and when I closed out the program and brought it back, the store is gone despite having 3+ hours left (according to in game message) and hundreds of tickets left to spend. Please re-enable or refund this purchase.

  16. Cannot Purchase Through Store on Mac

    Any time I try to purchase anything through the store I get a spinning wheel and a message saying "waiting for server" that never brings me to the payment screen. Have been trying off and on since August and have not been able to purchase anything. Using the Mac version.

  17. Mazemind Tome - Retro Frame missing after store redemption

    After spending 1500 gold on the a retro frame Mazemind Tome during todays daily deal (5th Sept'24) it does not show up in my collection.
    Of note, after redemption, the card popup showed the parallax frame rather than the retro one but that is also not available in my collection.
    The result is I'm out 1500 gold with nothing to show for it. :(

  18. mtg arena (Epic games launcher) starts on mac 2018, then freezes at first click

    I run mtg arena on a mac 2018 with epic games launcher.
    my issue started last week (the update before duskmourne).
    The game starts. Then when I click e.g. on a limited format, the graphics feezes, sound goes on. The activity monitor from mac shows that the GPU has '5 million minutes time usage'.
    This bug is strange as the start screen works.
    Strange also: when i click play and join a match directs - it works!
    It just eventually crashes.
    It always crashes when i click on a limited event (the screen where you can pay to join it)…

  19. spg slot in mh3 pack opening

    this mtga announcements article stated that Special Guests are supposed to replace a common slot for store packs.
    However, both in my experiences with regular and mythic packs the special guest replaced the rare slot.
