bronze tier 0
saw some other people had this problem but no solutions, stuck at bronze rank 0 and no way to rank up. any updates to this problem?

If you notice this problem, immediately do a charge back on your purchases if you can. It's been three months for me and they just send automated emails like bots.
The support team won't help you and the dev team is literally too braindead to fix it. They say it's a known issue in emails but it's not even listed on their site's "known issues". They're sweeping it under the rug.
And definitely fill out this form if you're in the US.

I just started playing, like yesterday. I did de tutorial, the colour challenge, played 1 unranked match and jumped on standard ranked. I won 4 games (the rewards on the home screen shows it) and I am still stuck in Bronze Tier 0!

I was wondering how to rank up, apparently I have the same bug, I started this week to play and won already around 10 ranked games but I'm still bronze tier 0 .. don't know what to do :/ Luckily I still have to spend money, guess I will wait till they fix the bug

replying to guy below, another one of us stuck with this bug actually got someone on support that would answer them instead of solving the ticket and not replying with any useful information.
support said there is no way we're getting a refund or compensated.

Fix the inability for some people to rank up. Why the **** are we voting on this? Ive spent money on the game and can't play it to the capacity as everyone else and instead of fixing it you give people the run around. I just won 5 games in a row only to realize I'm still bronze tier 0 and none of my ranked wins have been worth anything except wasting my time. No rank ups, no rank rewards, just wasted time and money. Stop ******* around and fix it or at least ******* address it or get reported to BBB for ******* stealing money from customers who aren't getting what they paid for. ******* embarassing.

I'm having the same issue, have contacted customer service directly and they just shot me a link here, twice. There's also evidence of this bug as far back as 3 years ago on reddit, as a side note.
I don't understand why this hasn't been a major bug fix instead of a "vote on the issue" problem.
Clearly, there is part of the MTG Arena community who are not experiencing the full functionality of the game, missing out and being put at a disadvantage in challenges and earning season rewards (by being unable to do so despite paying)Something I'm quite frustrated about as well is the fact that I've paid for gems multiple times and being in Australia, out dollar is like 0.74AUD to $1USD currently. So, when I've paid $49.99USD, I'm actually paying $66.84
Even requesting directly to have what I've spent funded to a new account and closing the defected has been avoided by them just throwing out a link to here.
Why not implement a transfer for these issues? I agree with BlackDahlia42, start filing formal complaints because we're not receiving what we paid for and, as stated previous, are not receiving full advantage that other players are.I've included screenshots of being bugged, plus evidence with them that they're multiple games via game win/loss overlay as well as my emails that have been sent directly and WOTC response.
