How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Wins/Quests not giving XP
Daily/Weekly/Midweek Magic - None gave XP after winning

After the Alchemy: Bloomburrow update, mastery pass XP is not updating after daily win or daily quest
Prior to game win and quest completion, XP shows 750 / 1000 XP with mastery level at 31. After game win and quest completion, it remains the same.

freeze then forced quit
When I click the Store tab, or click to change the daily quest, or (today) click on the new Mid-week magic, or click on the limited events (premier draft, quick draft), the game just freezes on Waiting for the Server... with the circular spinning thing frozen. The game then pops up with MTGA.exe is not responding. The only thing that works is playing the Starter Decks, and I am not sure if that is just because it was the most recent thing I have played. I have the Premier draft bloomburrow on my recent played and I can click it…

Eluge not gaining power from Zendikar two faced lands
Flood counters from Eluge, the Shoreless Sea on spell lands such as Glasspool Shore or Sea Gate, Reborn do not increasse Eluge power/toughness despite them becoming Islands, the cost of the first instant/sorcery is still decreassed however.

Game play problem
I have problems with the operation of the MTG Arena video game on Windows version.

Unplayable after Update 09-13-2024
After the last update the game is completely unplayable without the possibility of interacting with the UI because the game crashes! It is still possible to play but every 3 games the game crashes...

Sideboard
iOS IPad. I can no longer play bo3 until this is fixed. Shows right cards and can remove cards from deck but cannot add from sideboard and then have to wait out 2 min

matchmaking not working in any queue
Matchmaking is not working in Quick Draft or in Standard Play for the last 40 minutes or so. It was working before. Restarting the client did not help. Enclosed is the log file in case that is relevant. I am using the Mac client.

Full art animated lands are no longer displaying as animated.
I have full art, animated lands by Sam Burley from the Theros Beyond Death set but they are no longer animated in this update.

Game crashes when I want to join the draft queue

Bug preventing the casting of Fall of Kroog
Was playing in a match, had ample mana to cast Fall of Kroog, spell was unable to be cast, there were no effects on the board providing hexproof, shroud or protection, but regardless of how I tried casting the spell, which ranged from normal casting to it being exiled by Arcane Bombardment, it simply wasn't selectable as a castable spell

Accessing to recently played games or events works fine, but I can't find new match types or choose a different deck

Aven Interrupter interaction with Three Tree Batallion
When I get Aven Interrupter off of the Three Tree Batallion and create a 1/1 copy of Aven Interruptor, my opponents plotted spells still cost 2 instead of 4. And if the 2/2 gets destroyed there's no cost reduction at all anymore.

game randomly freezes
Game freezes when entering the pack section of the menu, or the shop. The game also freezes when entering the main menue and in matches. Uninstalled and installed the game, still same issue.

helm of the host bug
I had helm of the host unequipped while my opponent had a different equipment equipped to one of their creatures. at beginning of combat I got a token copy of their equipped creature. Once I equipped helm of the host at the beginning of my combat I got a token copy of my equipped creature and theirs.
