How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Friendly pvp bug
It's not allowing me to submit decks of any kind for friendly pvp, it says try again later but I've tried several times since the update at varying hours of the day. Also the friendly historic brawl option is out right unavailable to me which is frustrating as it's the number one most played format by me and my friends

Missing Arena Pre-release packs
Two days ago I put in my prerelease code into mtg arena for the new lotr set. I received six packs that I couldn’t open or use until today, June.20th/2023. This morning when I updated the app on my phone and laptop, the six packs disappeared and I wasn’t able to open them. I reput the code in to see if I could redeem them again, but it said the code has already been redeemed and that I can no longer use it. So I’m missing six lotr pre release packs and I am very sad

I hit exit fullscreen and now no matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall MTGA i cant click anything.
I went to options>exit fullscreen and the game froze after that. Now when I open the game, I can't click on anything, I can only move the window out of the way to be able to force quit. I can't click on the red x to close it. can't click window or the general tab for mtga at the top.

Can't use Ultrawide Fullscreen
Ever since the last update, ultrawide (and other unsupported screen resolutions) are now resetting to non-fullscreen mode every time we switch to a new scene. I press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, hit Play to search for a match, the game loads the searching scene and exits fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen, the game scene loads, the game exits fullscreen again. It's really frustrating... Before this update, I believe I only had to manually enter fullscreen if I made changes to the video options and only because ultrawide resolution is not an actual option.

Not enough disk space
The game says I dont have enough disk space even though my phone has over 10 gb of storage space remaining. Any fix for this?

Wildcards appear buggy
Wildcard amount symbols of rarity seem appear to be a bit misplaced.

Display is completely bugged for cards/menus
Like I will show in the pictures and video below, some displays from cards and menus are completely bugged now. I'm only showing the ones I've come across, which are: the alternative art from Fynn, the fangbearer, in which you can't see his stats; and Chandra, Heart of Fire, in which the whole bottom of the card is weird... but I'm sure there are more cards that will show the same glitches.

La freccia per bersagliare permanenti o giocatori non compare o appare sbiadita
Da dopo l'aggiornamento la freccia che si utilizzava per bersagliare permanenti o giocatori appare appena; alcune volte non è proprio visibile.

Touchpad scrolling not working
Can't scroll any of the menus in the game using a windows laptop touchpad. Forced to use an external mouse to play the game.

Wildcard Window Formatting
Playing on IOS. Issue with Wildcard layout. The little window showing how many of each wildcard you have is very janky, with overlapping words with the wildcard icons so it is very hard to see how many uncommon and rare wildcards you have, and the common and mythic wildcards being out of line.

Cannot install on iPad: Not enough disc space
Cannot install on iPad: Not enough disc space.
I have around 30G of free space on my iPad running iOS 17.4.1, but I keep getting this error message on install.

Deck image streched out for any showcase / alternate / extended art
The image on the deck box gets stretched out or misaligned after editing a deck or its position in the list of decks. This seem to happen to any alternate / extended art cards and planeswalkers used for the deck image and recently got much worse.

connection error
after playing second match on Aprils fool event I was disconnected from game and couldnt reconnect. My internet is working properly. I restarted my PC and the error persists. The MTG Arena Status page says its everything OK...

Graphics issues art missing
On the Japanese lands, the text is missing. The space where the japanese characters for plains, mountain, etc is there but the text is not.
Also, when attacking, the little glowing chevrons have a mask on them. The colourful frilled dinosaur companion has a mask around it's frills. When the victory or defeat graphic comes up, the background is smoky instead of consistent.2 votes
