How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I've bought one card a week ago or so at the "dily offers", and the card never appears for me to choose.

Missing Cards
I woke up this morning and started playing some MTGA mobile (iOS) and shortly noticed that may of my decks are missing cards. I played some last night, built a new deck, and after playing a game with it went to bed. On reflection I had cards missing then too. Not all my cards were available to build with. Many of the missing cards are from starter decks, but not all the cards will be missing from a single deck, some will be left. Also, some of the decks with missing cards are still playable. Cards changing to Alchemy Version
When i set up my standard deck with Cosmos Elixir, they keep changing to the Alchemy version of the card. I have top go in and remove them and add the standard version back to the deck. It usually happens when i change decks.

Land draw in sealed is just scripted.
In the 50% of the time you draw wrong land that makes you die doing nothing. 16 lands, 8 per color, you draw 6 of the same color, this happen 50% of my games, this is not fair and you die doing nothing because most of the time you keep drawing other color cards. The game is scripted, just assassinate you to make you pay more for gems. FIx this or i'm gonna uninstall, this is a scam, non way is just misfortune, probability is a different thing.

Am not receiving new cards
After opening packs and purchasing cards from the store none of them moved into my collection even though the packs and gold are consumed.

Can not add legal version of Esika's chariot to deck
When I try to add Esika's Chariot to a deck it adds the non-legal version instead of adding the legal rebalanced version.
No matter what I do it adds the old version and thus preventing me from using it.

Cannot Import or Creat New Decks
I cannot creat new decks or import them. I can only edti existing decks which is cumbersome. I have unsintalled and re-installed the client. I have installed on different machines and it never fixes the problem THIS IS A PROBLEM AT YOUR END. I have contacted you all several times before... PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT!

unable to import deck
I can't test decks that i just built. Each time I try to select an other deck, the application shut down.

Missing gems for duplicate card
I have 2600 gems and when I opened 20 packs, most if not all were of which were gems (as I have the cards from that set) my gem total could not change... is there a bug?

Cannot select decks in traditional standard decks, but that decks are available for standard play

stop rebalancing
All this "rebalancing" of cards has got to stop. One of the fundamental characteristics of any card game is that the cards aren't supposed to change. Once you learn what a card does, its cost and abilities, you shouldn't have to worry about it suddenly changing on you. And then what's to say it might not be "rebalanced" again after that? Banning a card is one thing, tinkering around with it because you screwed up the competitive balance when you created it is quite another. Stop punishing players for your own lack of proper playtesting. You are going to continue…

Missing decks and missing cards collection
While playing again mtga this year on mobile. I found out that lots of my cards in my collection were missing. Including decks that I built last 2018(my red deck with lots of rares and mythics) my esper deck, and my boros feather deck card inside have missing cards inside. You can also see my scrnshots that my other preconstructed decks also have missing cards inside.
Hope to get a feedback from you guys

Old Set Card Styles
This is a pretty minor request, but I've been working to buy card styles for all the cards in my favorite deck, and I just found out that I won't be able to get one for the card Favorable Winds from Ixalan. If possible, could some of the older sets on the client get card styles for the cards in the set? Have there been plans to stylize the older sets, and will it ever happen?

Standard 2022 too predictable, same cards, same decks, boring boring boring
Hi. Can´t you design a more predictable standard game? Every game is turn 1 shambling ghast, eye twitch, extra turn, blood in the snow, same boring decks, same cards... I do not play for fun, Ive been forced to play decks to achieve victories to win daily coins. So I do not build decks for my fun, Arena forces/direct a player to a kind of playstyle, so there is no individuality, everyone just playing to win. I like standard because I like new cards, new sets, but you have designing powerful/broken cards that there is no reason not using them.…

相手が無限コンボを行っているとこちらがタイムアウトで負けてしまう
相手が勝ち目のない状態で無限コンボを決め遅延を行う。
こちらはスキップしてインスタント等もなく操作を行っていないにもかかわらず、こちらが何も操作してないために負けになると警告を受ける。警告後も相手の無限コンボは続いており何も操作できず

Touch the spirit realm
For an unknown reason "Touch of the spirit realm" is not working on "Edgar, charmed groom". You just can't cast the "Touch of the spirit realm" on it, likke if the creature was not on the table.
I think it's a bug.

Erroneously Received Gem Gift
I received a Gem Gift of 20 Gems instead of a Rare from a recent pack of Kaldheim, it said it was because I had collected all the rares from the set, but this is very clearly not the case when I look at my collection.

bot戦でアルケミーの調整カードをプレイできない
bot戦でアルケミー調整カードがある場合bot戦を始めることを出来ません。
bot戦のデッキ構築画面からデッキを編集することは出来ますがその際に調整版カードではなくスタンダード版のカードしか入れることができません。

Missing cards
I bought a bunch of Strixhaven packs and as I opened them I made notes on the new cards I'd like to incorporate into my decks (or build a new deck with). But several of the cards I made notes of don't show up in the deckbuilder as an option for me. I have checked online to see if I wrote down the wrong names, but those cards are listed on general websites as Strixhaven cards so I don't know why they won't show up in my deckbuilder.
