How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Shapeshifter not recognizing
Having a shapeshifter on field (Lazav, familiar stranger) did not trigger as an outlaw (Mine Raider). This appears to be a reoccurring issue with Shapeshifters, as I noticed other threads (involving other shapeshifter cards) having a similar issue.

Midweek Magic Bug - Can’t start a game
Perhaps it is me or iOS but on my iPad this week, the Midweek Magic: Gladiator Community Spotlight games fail to start. I have tried multiple times and even restarted the game but to no avail. I click play, it says currently waiting, then waiting for opponents, and proceeds to wait for minutes without starting and after 60 seconds allows me to cancel. I am unable to actually play games for the event, please help.

Mastery XP fix not really fixed
I have not been receiving Mastery XP for BLB pass, i got a message on arena saying it had been fixed, however when i clamed the 2500xp from the message it still did not apply.

"got" the 2500 mastery xpo for the mastery not working properly
I just "received" the 2500 mastery XP rewarded for the mastery pass not working properly.
It didn't add to my mastery pass when claimed.
I posted earlier about the issue and had a pic (as shown) showing 125 XP on mastery level 31.
Here is that. Plus 2 more showing I got claim (it's dulled out like all accepted rewards) and another of my mastery still being at 125 on level 31

alchemy event reward
Alchemy event is still showing thunder junction rewards as of 8/22 . Please fix the reward so we can start collecting alchemy packs.

Kicked me out of draft
Not sure if this was posted before, but I received a loss in an ongoing draft after someone on my friend list sent me a challenge during a game. It force exited the game and did not allow me to return, leading to a loss.

Coppying Coerced to Kill with Doppelgang
After coppying Coerced to Kill with Doppelgang I could not select the targets for Coerced to Kill.
The timer went off and the game selected my creature instead.

Disconnected during draft
Lost connection during premier draft of Modern Horizons 3 and auto-picked the end of Pack 2 and nearly all of Pack 3.

bug
I was just playing MTGA quick draft arena and lost a game when I should not have lost at that time. The creature attacked with trample and was blocked by a greater defense number than power, yet trample damage went through like only one creature blocked, not two. Occured at about 3:53 PM Pacific.

J'ai eu le message correspondant a une erreur réseau, mais le jeu n'arrivait pas a se reconnecter. C'est déjà la troisième fois que cela m'arrive, et cette fois j'ai des vidéos et screenshots (ou l'on voit que l'ordinateur est bien connecté a internet avec un réseau qui fonctionne, mais que malgré tout MtgArena ne parvient absolument pas a se reconnecter au point qu'il eu fallut que je redémarre la machine et non pas seulement le jeu). J'ai perdu mon inscription au draft après avoir redémarré evidemment.

Bug - IOS Draft Pick Display (BLB)
During draft I cannot enlarge card nor view it in my pick window after selection.
Also once you scroll down, you cannot scroll up.

iOS app draft bug - can't interact with drafted cards while drafting
Ever since the Bloomburrow update, I've had the same problem every time I draft on the mobile app. When I try to click on the sideboard button or on any of the cards I've already drafted, it has no effect. I can scroll down, but then the scroll bar gets stuck at the bottom and I can't scroll up. The card selection part and drafting part works fine, and then once I get to the deckbuilding stage it also works fine.

Disconnected from draft, game did not count as a win or a loss
Platform: PC
I was playing an Outlaws of Thunder Junction Premier Draft. I had 1 one and 1 loss. Just when (I think) I was about the win the match, the "rope" appeared even though I had played a card and had priority, indicating a disconnect. As I only had one time-out left, I closed the game, as that usually helps me reconnect faster. I re-launched the game, and the client stated that it was "searching for active matches", but instead of reconnecting me to the game, it just put me in the main menu. I opened the draft, and…

HATE that midweek magic Alchemy Ladder event affects ranking
I'm not sure if this was by design or not, but in any case my rank shouldn't be punished for being forced to use a deck I did not create. Midweek Magic should be ENCOURAGING me to try new formats, and the rank change punishment does the exact opposite.

K'rrik makes you lose games and Customer Service won't do anything about it
It would be nice if Customer Service acknowledged the fact that attempts to cast K'rrik in MH3 limited can result in the game stuck without any chance to advance in game except concession. Unfortunately, when reported, they don't think such problem grants a refund, or that it exists at all

Outlaws Draft Crashed my iPhone
Playing on my iPhone loaded into a draft. Internet is consistent. Kicked in the middle of pack 1, told me I was unable to make the draft pick, asked me to reconnect, and now all I am getting is a black screen. Even after closing the app and reopening. Am I out 1500 gems due to drafting a pile?
