How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Win recorded as loss
I was playing OTJ draft with two losses and 0 wins. I won my next match but the app recorded both 1 loss and 1 win. Since that totaled 3 losses, I’m not able to continue.

Quick Draft Quest No Progression
I decided to spend some of my gold to do the Quick Draft Quest (the blue one) and started a WOE Quick Draft event. After playing 3 matches I went to check on my quest progression, since I didn't get the reward prompt, only to find out that it's still at 0/3. Immensely disappointed as I won't have enough gold this month to do another draft and get the Halloween pet, so I'd have to wait a whole other month to attempt to do this quest again.

Complete 3 Quick Draft Matches Reward Not Received
The quick draft quest for "complete 3 quick draft matches" did not complete after going 2/3 payed with gems, the quest mark is still there showing 0/3, i play on Steam. Also, when I click into the quest to be navigated, nothing happens, I just remain on the home screen tab.

cant play triomes in chromatic cube
The triomes in the cube have a different art style so I can't put them in my deck despite this event should be phantom. I don't own the triomes and I don't want to pay 600 gems to get an art upgrade for a phantom event ????

Chimil Quick Draft Aetherdrift disappeared
After playing 3 or 4 games (all wins) with an Aetherdraft Chimil Quick Draft, the event suddenly disappeared.

Cube draft not in arena
Cube draft is not in arena but it says it supposed to be until the 8th of April

jump in event stuck
jump in event button "play" became 'home' for a long time, but no fix and replay, click home will turn to main home page, plz fix it!

Midweek Magic Achievment
Went into this week's Midweek Magic with only 1 more MWM event need to reach the achievement for playing 13 of them (Vanquish the week2). Upon finishing the needed 3 wins, my track remained at 12/13.

Disconnection During Draft – Request for Refund
Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue I experienced during a draft I entered for the Final Fantasy set release on MTGA. I was disconnected during the card selection phase and was unable to reconnect in time to complete the draft properly.
This significantly affected my ability to build a viable deck and enjoy the event. Would it be possible to receive a refund or some form of compensation for this draft?
I’m happy to provide any additional information if needed.

Crash after spending Draft Token
I attempted to join a Premier Draft of Final Fantasy by spending a draft token, and as it was loading, the game crashed and logged me out. I can not log in.

jump in event button "play" became 'home', cannt start play or select new decks

Jump in Event - stuck
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still showing…55 votes -
Duskmourne Alchemy Event Bug at 11/06
Since 11/05/2024 the alchemy event (Bo1) is giving OTJ Alchemy packs as reward instead of Duskmourne ones.
For me, are already 3 events that I recieve the wrong rewards.18 votes -
traveling chocobo
I played a fat chocobo with a traveling chocobo in the field, and the traveling chocobo didn´t trigger the additional enter the battlefield of the fat chocobo. I did twice in the same game but it never trigger the additional time.

Final Fantasy Draft Connection Issues when about to win
Hello, I was wondering if there is some way players are able to cause me to lose connection during a match. I have just played two matches on the final fantasy draft and right when i had the game board in pretty much a win state in my favor(1 or 2 turns from win) it disconnects. I am not sure what the problem is but it happened twice in a row. It is odd because my connection is great for the whole game and everywhere else and when I have the game set to win it then backs me out…

Forced loss upon disconnection
Disconnect from limited format game.
Attempt to reconnect. ---- It starts new game.
The previous game counts as a loss.Occured on Mobile

In a premier draft of WOE my opponent conceded but Arena registered it as my third loss of the draft

Server outage during draft
Today's server outage happened to me mid-draft.

Unable to continue in Draft
I was in a FIN Premier Draft event. After I finished a dual, I was redirected to the main page of the client. Then the Premier Draft event disppeared. Also, the whose FIN set (including packs and cards) disappeared. I exited the client and now is unable to log in

Cube draft is gone after update
I just did the update for dragons of tarkir (04/01/2025) and cube draft option is gone. It should be going until April 8th. It's no longer in events. Screen shot from 2:30 PM EDT April 1st 2025.
