How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Cannot find matches.
As title says, when the update hit, I was in the middle of a Premier Draft Event for MKM. Trying to requeue but have been waiting for almost 30 mins.

Jump In! Challenge. New player won't let me complete
New player. Completed the 3 Jump In! events for a Jump In token. Won the events, got the card and everything. Was 2/3 for this, won, took the card on the third time same way as the others. Instead of completing the challenge it went back to 1/3. Not sure why.

Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

Quick draft lost caves
Game play will not engage after update. Have waited 10min for a match multiple times. No matches have triggered since the update.

Cannot start Quick Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan
I Cannot start Quick Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan. I go into the draft detail page, I see I have 1 victory and 0 Loses, I click Play and no matter how much time I wait I don't ever get paired with someone to play. This happened since the MTA update to introduce the new set.

Midweek Magic Bug - Can’t start a game
Perhaps it is me or iOS but on my iPad this week, the Midweek Magic: Gladiator Community Spotlight games fail to start. I have tried multiple times and even restarted the game but to no avail. I click play, it says currently waiting, then waiting for opponents, and proceeds to wait for minutes without starting and after 60 seconds allows me to cancel. I am unable to actually play games for the event, please help.

Coppying Coerced to Kill with Doppelgang
After coppying Coerced to Kill with Doppelgang I could not select the targets for Coerced to Kill.
The timer went off and the game selected my creature instead.

Extra loss during Draft
Went 1-2 in a MOM premier draft, but got an extra loss after game 2 I think. After playing my third game the draft ended at 1-3. 17 lands screenshot is attached.

HATE that midweek magic Alchemy Ladder event affects ranking
I'm not sure if this was by design or not, but in any case my rank shouldn't be punished for being forced to use a deck I did not create. Midweek Magic should be ENCOURAGING me to try new formats, and the rank change punishment does the exact opposite.

Outlaws Draft Crashed my iPhone
Playing on my iPhone loaded into a draft. Internet is consistent. Kicked in the middle of pack 1, told me I was unable to make the draft pick, asked me to reconnect, and now all I am getting is a black screen. Even after closing the app and reopening. Am I out 1500 gems due to drafting a pile?

Quick draft MKM appears to me as unranked, while quick drafts are always ranked. The rank does not update after each game.

Rank badges not displaying during Premier Draft: Outlaws of Thunder Junction gameplay
While playing in a Premier Draft: Outlaws of Thunder Junction, neither my nor my opponents rank badges were displayed, either during the vs. screen right before the match starts or during the match itself. When I checked my profile after the draft had concluded, I had gained rank for the draft matches correctly, so it appears to simply be a visual bug.

Starter Deck duel and other events cannot connect games.
It will never find a game. Other events, like Jump In are experiencing the same problem.

Jump In! says "claim" but won't let me claim anything or play
I click on the "claim" button, and am trying to claim my card and build a new deck for Jump In! but it just says "waiting for server" and won't let me do anything

Bug: "Festival: Murders at Karlov Manor Story" rewards
On the new Festival: Murders at Karlov Manor Story rewards , the first reward "call a surprise witness" is not rewarded.

Lost a draft game without even entering a match...
So yesterday I've Drafted (it was early in the morning), and I've done Premier Draft for MKM.
Deck is probably going to do poorly, I'd be surprised to get a win with it, but w/e.
Completed a daily quest earlier, so I was basically done for the day anyway, but I've tried to get a single match with that deck, queued in with the deck, I saw almost a minute has passed and I was still waiting. Was about to cancel, wasn't really in mood to play anyway, but there was no "Cancel" button. After it passed 1 minute mark…

No way to improve limited rank
Since OTJ update, there's literally no way to improve one's limited rank. I know y'all shifted to only allowing best-of-1 premier drafts to count for this, but even those aren't affecting limited rank now. Could you fix this soon, please? One of the nice things about having these drafts ranked is that I'm more likely to be paired with someone with a comparable skill level--I'd prefer this over playing a bunch of randos who might not know what they're doing or be ridiculously better than me.
