1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery XP not adding
I played 6 games this evening, winning four of them, and completed two daily quests while playing.
I should have received a total of 2100 XP for this:
4 x 250 for weekly wins
4 x 25 for daily wins
2 x 500 for completed questsHowever I only got credited with 275 XP, and therefore missing 1825 XP

Mastery Pass won't progress;stuck at level 31
My mastery pass is frozen at level 31. I completed two daily quests today, and I stopped gaining experience instead of progressing to level 32. I played several more games to get my daily win experience, and the bar is still stuck at 975 experience on level 31.

Jump in Event - stuck
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still showing…12 votes -
Client crashes when trying to play Premier Draft
- Trying to play Premier Draft
- Mac
- When I clicked Premier Draft, I got stuck on "Waiting for server". After a while, the client crashes, and my Mac restarts. When I went back, the gold had left my account, and I could click to resume the draft. However, the same thing happens when I try to start the draft.

Mastery is not progressing
Mastery is not progressing.
Please check the two attached PNG files.
Number of wins has increased from 4 to 5.

Crash anytime I try to enter draft waiting room
Unable to enter waiting room for draft. Anytime I attempt to start a draft after (after the pay step), I get the spinning wheel on the "waiting for server" screen. At this point the screen freezes and the program arena. This occurs for any draft event. I do not have this problem for any other game type or arena feature, nor did this happen until after the most recent update.

Not receiving mastery xp correctly
2 issues. On arena.
When I hit my daily rewards today (40 lands played) the reward was supposed to be 750 gold and 500 mastery XP.
It popped up as 800 gold and 25 XP. But wasn't added eitherPicks as shown. 4 wins. 125 XP. Win a game. 25 XP.... Still 125 XP accumulated
BUT my mastery XP has not increased in the last 2 days (1000+ XP) whether it's the daily or from wins
So I'm behind at least 1 full mastery level

No xp given after completing daily mission
Completed daily yesterday and was given no xp. Logged in today to see if the server needed to catch up and still didn't get in. Was playing on PC when this happened

XP not being awarded after completing weekly wins on win 11
XP fails to update after daily and weekly wins. I'm missing all XP accumulated from both following the update which I installed first thing this morning. (08/20/2024)

Arena crashes when I want to resume a draft that I signed up for
I registered for a premium Bloomburrow draft, but now I can't acces the event in Arena - the program crashes every time I click on the "resume" button, it never gets past the "waiting for the server" screen. Bloomburrow limited events end soon, what should I do? Thank you in advance!

arena.exe non risponde durante la formazione del tavolo draft
Sul pc dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento durante la formazione del tavolo per il draft di bloomburrow arena.exe non risponde, mentre le altre tipologie di gioco funzionano correttamente. Ho reinstallato il gioco 2 volte ma il problema persiste.

Can't resume Quick Draft after 9/12/24 update
I started a Quick Draft before the 9/12/24 update, but hadn't played any matches with my draft deck. Over the past couple days, I've tried going back into Quick Draft, but the app freezes up on the "Waiting for Server" screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. And it only appears to be an issue with Quick Draft--I've been able to play a couple Standard matches without any problems.
Also, I'm playing on a PC, in case that info is helpful.

Frozen Premium Draft - can't quit, can't re-enter
Background: the first day of Duskmourn Premium Draft, I tried to enter. It showed the screen that said waiting for others to join the draft, but no one ever did and MtGA became unresponsive. I was able to force an exit from MtGA and restart. All other events that I've tried are availiable to me, but not Premier Draft.
When I navigate to Premier Draft, the box I select says "Resume." I can get to the next screen, which shows how many games I've won and lost (none, none) and says "Start Draft." When I select "Start Draft" MtgA crashes,…

Draft win recorded as both win ans loss
I was playing premier draft for Duskmourne.
I was 4/2 when I won a game and suddenly I was 5/3.

Jump in
Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

Cards changing during drafts
During my first SNC draft, I picked a Psychic Pickpocket P1P4. However, what showed up in my pool was a Brokers Veteran. I figured I had just misclicked.
However, after completing the draft and building my deck, I encountered a server error and had to build my deck again. This time, the Psychic Pickpocket was in my pool, and the Brokers Veretan was not.
Parsing my logs with 17Lands.com (attached), I see two separate draft pools. This was pretty bizarre, it may have affected my picks but I'm mostly concerned about the integrity of the draft format.

Allegedly All Access Midweek Magic
The Arena event page heavily implies it's all access (as in cards you don't own, not banlits). The THIS WEEK IN MIDWEEK MAGIC webpage implies similar (although the The THIS WEEK IN MIDWEEK MAGIC suggests that maybe it's a matter of only all access for new set commanders, but I tested that and still doesn't work).

Expierence not progressing
Exp not being added to mastery pass. Completed multiple daily wins and tasks with no progress.

Weekly XP not counting toward event
The weekly XP was not counted towards the ongoing bloomburrow event. Won 4 matches that gave me 1,000 XP and no movement towards the next level.
