How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Started a Premium Draft, but selecting any card made the mobile client crash. Relogged 3 times, was able to get into the draft again, timer was running - but as soon as I selected any card or tried to scroll in the pack, the app shut down again.
Restarted the phone, and now the client won't start at all. Black screen until I shut down the app.

Waiting for server bug
Playing a match then "Waiting for server " message pops up then I'm kicked from the match. It's happened 3 times tonight so far. Attached are my log files. This is getting annoying with the frequency it's happening.

Win Counted as a Loss in Draft – Request for Review
Hello,
I'm reaching out regarding an issue I experienced today on Magic: The Gathering Arena.
During a Draft match played around 9:55 PM, I won the game, but it was incorrectly counted as a loss, which ended my ongoing win streak in that Draft run. This has negatively impacted the results of my event.
To support my request, I’ve attached:
A screenshot of my win streak, showing the incorrect result,
And a screenshot from 17Lands logs, confirming that I won the match at the mentioned time.
Could you please investigate and correct the error, or provide appropriate compensation?

Did not receive packs after draft event
I just completed an Edge of Eternities Premier draft. Went 4-3. Hit the 'claim' button after completing my last match saw the pop-up about gold and packs but no packs were added to my account. I think I got the gold added, but I'm not certain.

ban traveling chocobo
Hey can you guys not let the opponent draw every ******* card he needs while feeding me only lands? Kind of ridiculous the cuck drew all his traveling chocobos and all I got are lands lands lands lands. Maybe you could try not rigging the game like a bunch of dirty rat casinos? Good job asswipes.

Stop ruining every format. Stop making Midweek Magic push ****** alchemy cards. And maybe don't make me go second 7 times in a row and the times I go first you **** me over on lands. You scumbags should lose your jobs.

I lost a best-of-3 match after starting it, and the game returned to the main menu
I was playing the second game of my traditional Final Fantasy draft. After starting the game, in the second round the game simply returned to the main menu. I continued playing normally because the menu indicated that there were 2 games remaining, but after playing a new game I only received the reward of 1000 gems without being able to play the last game. I want a refund for the gems or the chance to finish the draft.

Did not received Rewards playing Final Fantasy Traditional draft
I won 2 Traditional Draft games but did not receive 1000 Gems. I bought Final Fantasy Draft bundle. I felt robbed of my money. It so disappointing and unfair

BUG: Did not recieve quest reward for doing 3 matches in Quick Draft
I did a Quick Draft today after the quest for doing 3 Quick Draft matches appeared and won 3 times and lost 3 times, and did not receive any credit for the quest that gives 1000 gold and requires me to complete 3 Quick Draft matches. Attached is the log file.

Balthier and Fran bug
Balthier and Fran crewing a vehicle and the cost of additional combat being paid, does NOT result in an additional combat step occurring and i lost a match because of this. Currently on android OS.
