How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Unable to join event
Joined premier draft. Upon trying to join queue, i get "network error: unable to join event. please try again later." Persists after restart and reinstall

Draft mixup
I tried to apply for a premier draft of dominaria united but it put me in the alchemy dominaria pool instead, meaning it took my draft token for a draft I didn't want.

Chromatic Cube an ALchemy rebalances
Even though I normally don't play much limited, I am having a lot of fun playing Chromatic Cube. But the inclusion of alchemy rebalances is somewhat confusing, since now cards I think I know have slightly different effects.

Midweek Magic Bot Draft - I picked a card and a different card showed up in my deck.
On my first two picks, I picked a card and a different card showed up in my deck. First I picked Lord Xandar, the Collector, and Dusk Mangler showed up in my deck. Next pack, I tried picking a Dusk Mangler and Unlucky Witness showed up in my deck.
After closing and reopening Arena, the deck showed the cards I picked from the packs and the rest of the draft worked correctly.

Match didn't start
My match did not actually start after I chose play. My hand did not load, and the timer appeared. This was on Android, and I was not given an opportunity to capture the log. It was around 10:25pm 5/3/22.
I restarted the client, but had already lost the match by the time I got back in.

Frozen game
The game got frozen during a Draft Arena. My opponent timed out and my turn didn't begin. I finally decided ton concede, but nothing happened, and I had to close MTGA. It gave me a defeat.

Premier Draft - Network Error: Unable to join event. Please try again later.
I got this message attempting to join a premier draft. Now, I'm locked into this message. When I go into premier draft, it shows the "Start Draft" button, and when I click it, I get this message.
I've tried restarting Arena and my computer. There's no option to resign. I'm locked into being unable to play premier draft.

DMU Premier Draft Disappeared But No Gems Credited / No Refund
Back in early September, I reported a bug where I could not enter and finish my Premier Draft (refer to my comment under this post https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/45655369-can-t-enter-premier-draft)
In that instance, every time I tried to resume the draft to claim my gems, it crashed to desktop, in both iOS and PC. Video: https://imgur.com/a/eCfZqAX
Ever since, I've had to play either Traditional Draft or Alchemy Premier Draft.
Yesterday, when I logged in, my draft has disappeared and no refund or gems given. I went 6-3 in that Draft! I have proof of this; you can refer to my 17lands screenshot attached…

Invisible Disconnecting During Draft
For the second time now, while drafting Premiere Draft in SNC, I have encountered an issue in which my draft disconnects and the client doesn't tell me.
At first I thought my table was just taking a long time to pass, but then when I clicked the button to look at where the packs are on the table, it simply wouldn't let me. When I switched from my PC to my iPhone, I was able to get back in, and noticed I had missed several picks in a row. I tried to roll with it and do a few picks…

Draft Frozen

By the end of a premier Draft first Pack rotation (around p1p8) the client froze with the message "waiting for the next player pack selection" or whatever, but I waited for some time, then try to see the wheel and saw the person next to me had 1 pack, and then I had 3 on my image. But I still couldn't see or pick a card, but rather still had the message. So by the time I realized it had frozen and reopened the game, I was already on p2p2 or p2p3, with random cards on my draft…

プレミアドラフトでピックを行っている際、ピックをしたカードと別のカードがデッキ内にあり、その想定で後のピックを進めていたが
ピックを終了後にデッキを確認すると正規でピックをしたカードがあった

ピック完了後、デッキを保存できない旨のメッセージが表示される
ホーム画面に自動で遷移し、再度ドラフト画面に入るとデッキ編集の項目がなく新たにデッキを構築するというボタンが表示されている

Priemier Draft Froze mid draft
I had two drafted train wrecked by the draft freezing. The packs just stop passing mid draft. Restarting the client fixed the issue the second time, but I still lost 3 picks.

premier draft froze while waiting for the next pack
I made a selection and was waiting for the next pack. I realized more than a few minutes had passed so I closed the program and restarted. When I got back in the draft had already been completed. I would like a refund of my gems.

draft crash
Midway through pack two, packss topped being passed to me even though the counter contiuned to tick. Had to force a restart which means I missed several picks and the auto pick is useless.
Trainwrecked my draft, please issue a refund.
